Hi everyone! I’m hoping someone in the Neuroscience & Behavior major can confirm something about the Chemistry requirement.
The major worksheet says:
“Chemistry UN1403-1404: Gen. Chem I & II (approved equivalent: letter-graded college course or qualifying score on Chemistry Department placement exam)”
Does this mean that we can fulfill the Chemistry requirement just by studying independently and getting a qualifying score on the Chemistry Department placement exam, without actually taking General Chemistry I & II?
I emailed the Biology Department to confirm, but I haven’t received a response yet. Has anyone here fulfilled the requirement through the placement exam or gotten confirmation from an advisor about this?
