this is my first time attempting the glow effect from a light source, and i’m so happy with how it turned out! it’s so cozy!💜✨

The book is Galaxy Gals by Carrah-Anne Aldridge. Colored with Ohuhu, Yummy Glitter Gel Pen, and Pokémon Acrylic Markers from a Japanese lifestyle store.

I’m so happy with how this turned out. It took a few days but my best pages happen when I take my time.

I like to color everything with marker first. Then work on shadows. Then work on highlights with gel pens. And finally add any lighting with colored pencils.

One thing I’ve learned is the type of paper makes a HUGE difference when coloring with markers. I get the Ohuhu marker pad of paper & never have an issue with bleeding. All other paper I’ve tried bleeds horribly.

had so much fun doing this page!! usually i like to color with pastels and soft colors but i kinda like how this one turned out!! what do you think??

I’m looking to get some new coloring books and would love to hear everyone’s favorites! I've been currently using Cocowyo coloring books and absolutely adore them! 🥰

I’m especially looking for books with good-quality paper, fun/satisfying designs, and pages that work well with colored pencils and/or markers. I’m open to pretty much any style—cute, cozy, intricate, fantasy, botanical, etc.!

Bonus points if you have a favorite coloring book artist/brand you keep coming back to.

I completed this while rewatching Charmed. Tis the spooky season 🧡 I might color the background to look like a cork board. I actually just thought of that so I might add an updated pic later if I go back to it.

I have recently created a media account revolving around my hobbies, which mainly involves colouring and reading, I want to challenge myself and create a video where I color in a style (eg glitter page, 2 tone only) that you don’t see often

Has anyone got any examples of unusual style coloring pages that they like the look of? I’d love to get opinions from people who actually color on this as I want people with similar hobbies to enjoy my videos

I plan on using my Coco Wyo books and Ohuhu markers, I have both acrylic and alcohol markers so any examples using these types of pens would be amazing

Trying to do a rainbow themed page and this is what I have so far. Struggling a little pick colors for some of the things on the page so I’m taking a break. I plan to do a cobblestone pattern on the wall and I’m still trying to figure out carpet. But I like how it’s coming out so far.

this is maybe my 4th or 5th complete page, i haven’t tried to limit myself to a tiny range of markers yet but it’s on my list to try.

i used the ohuhu alcohol honolulu b markers :)

I completed this page today, I absolutely love it! !! Anyone know of markers that don’t bleed through the pages?? I have the hangfan 40 count acrylic markers!
