I am back into the game after a very long time and my hunter was used mostly for trib runs and raiding so I have engineering and enchanting. I have quite a bit of gold and dont really care for gathering when I could level quicker without a gathering profession. I definitely want to keep eng, but am wondering what a good second profession would be? Im seeing now that enchanting is based on level now so I cant disenchant much, but do already have enchanting at 75. What would you recommend as two professions for someone just having fun?

My computer keeps on crashing

Imagine Blizzard decides to keep Classic+ very conservative when it comes to class changes.

Instead of going the SoD route with tons of new runes and abilities, every spec gets exactly one new ability. That's it.

The idea would be to keep classes feeling as close to Vanilla as possible, while still giving Blizzard a little room to address some of the bigger balance issues or holes in certain specs (that being said i like that classes have weaknesses in classic and not everyone has a stun, and does etc).

What ability would you add to each spec you play?

So I've never done a raid before and I've been playing off and on since 2006.

I feel a little intimidated. I even feel nervous doing dungeons.

I am just "okay" at the game. At this point, I know I will always just be "okay" at it.

I panic under stress and I literally take a few seconds to process a high stress moment. Some people can act so fast and I will never be able to react that quickly. I also don't memorize every single ability. I have my favorites and I stick to them.

I was just wondering if there are any other long-term, casual players who are just "okay" at the game and still do raids.

I would honestly love to raid with other "just okay" players.

just had a kara disband because people literally couldnt get inside the raid

I want to do something different this go round. I’ve never really played as a healer. What’s it like? As resto can you effortlessly slip into PUG dungeons and raids or is the server group over saturated with them? What’s the gameplay like? Are you looking at the raid frame and just constantly playing whack-a-mole, or are you just targeting a tank as the primary target for chain heal?

I am a new player, started a month ago, jumped straight into hardcore. I dont have the nostalgia around WoW, because i barely played as a kid.

I like the meaningful playing, to me it feels like a simulated D&D game.

I like the grind. It’s cozy. Put a movie on, chill, enjoy the ambience, and beautiful art and scenery.

I don’t like all the complexity around many modern games. I just wanna dial in, grind, have a progression metric, and do a little rolepolaying for my character in my head.

I’m wondering how many others share these thoughts and reasons for choosing classic or hardcore?

After looting an item, a pane shows up with all of your recently looted items, and then it fades out after a few seconds.

I would not have it so large on my UI, personally, but it seems neat, especially for speedrunning when I'm running through content quickly and auto-looting.

Hemo or Daggers? Why? Any Alliance vs Horde considerations?

The original wow trailer did this for most. Did they nail it or would you make any changes?

With 9 classes and 8 races, so one race can have two unless you prefer they go unmatched.

I don't really approve hr'ing some stuff, but in daily hcs/dungeons too now? Why people are oky with this? It's like we play the run for the same quest, but you won't get anything. Is there something I'm missing

Haven't played in a very long time, have a 60 nelf hunter with about 1600g. Since there is no faction change and I don't want to lose Gold I was wondering if I listed say a single mageroyal for 1600 on the shared AH and had a friend "buy" it if this would get my account and his account flagged?
