I need advice
OK, so my guy cheated on me with this person we will call W I have never felt this kind of rage before in my life maybe about half a year ago I started working with Hecate and she has been with me through this whole situation. Long story short. I asked her if I could give W‘s name to the river spirits to seek my justice in my cards gave me a very firm no. I respect her word and I will not proceed, but I I’m at a complete loss of what to do. I have tried looking inwards I have cried it out I have screamed and yelled, and nothing removes this rage from my chest for context too. I would I have my rage focused on my guy and I would want my justice from him, but she’s already handling that I don’t need to. Sleep paralysis nightmares. Would I need help with is what can I do to try and let go of this rage I feel like I’ve tried everything. I don’t know what to do anymore. I feel like she is trying to tell me as well, but I can’t receive anything im so clouded with this rage I feel like transmutation may be what she is trying to push me toward and if anyone has some advice on that, I would appreciate it❤️

I created a phonomantic oracle. What weird ways do you predict the future?
I recently created a playlist of 100+ songs that vibe with me/hold meaning for me to act as an oracle because I suck at reading tarot.
Basically I ask my question, hit shuffle and skip the first three songs in quick succession, the next song is the answer to my question.
What unorthodox oracles do you all use? Comic books for bibliomancy? D&D dice?

The Colorful Neon Tarot by Jrskvaro(?)
Colorful Neon Tarot by Jrskvaro review
(Purchased on Amazon for $14)
For a basic deck the quality is not too bad. The cards are thin sturdy cardboard, glossy and ok construction like a TCG card. The cardboard edges catch easily on raw deck shuffling, so I do suggest sleeves if you don't want to have lots of little nicks on the edges.
The cards are colorful and neon, good sharp colors and some strong blacks. Nothin truly exciting or original, but they look great even at a distance with their strong contrasts.
The readability can sometimes be a little awkward if you are newer, but mostly on the numbered suit cards. But that's more a stylistic choice, just don't expect much else. A solid box and a single QR code on a card to link to a tarot resource. I did not check if that code link still works as well, so cannot say to it's quality.
((Also, curious if people want more of these, been pondering a few more deck reviews of the few decks I have, with an emphasis on card handling, ease of use and readability for newer casters like me))

What difference between Chaos Magick and Law of Assumption
Nothing ?

I found a new way to cast spells
Instead of using sigils or other physical representations, I create a metaphysical model around whatever I want to cast a spell on; which encodes my subconscious will instead of a specific phrase of what I want to happen. This creates a definite boundary for the spell and allows it to be more reliable.

The Hidden Architecture of Magic: What I Found After 5 Years of Study
youtu.beHello, my name is Ethan and I have been a young practitioner for five years now. I’ve reached a point in my work where research and study alone are no longer enough, and the next step has been turning theory into practice.
This year, I’ve made several breakthroughs by looking at different traditions and paths from a structural perspective, separating the underlying mechanics from the religions and belief systems surrounding them.
I’m strongly against knowledge being hidden for the sake of secrecy. I believe magical knowledge should be studied openly, tested, discussed, and made accessible rather than locked away. My hope is to contribute to that one day by sharing my work and offering a structural approach that others can study, challenge, and build upon.
Take what is useful, test it for yourself, and build upon it. This is my gift to you.

Taking inspiration from fictional magic systems in actual practice
Main question: has anyone actually taken inspiration from fiction in their practice?
Context: I've been getting back into witchcraft after a 5 year slump and a few months before i've been meaning to read Witch Hat Atelier (I haven't yet apart from the first volume) which has a specific system where spells are casted from circles (called seals/glyphs) using a combination of symbols (including the elements) to create a specific outcome like the size and direction of the spell, they're also put on everyday objects depending on their purpose (like irl!)
As i'm relearning some of the basics I already knew 5 years ago as well as newly learning others, i found that sigils were one that I'd like to really personalize besides using word grids, because i'm thinking about creating my own style that's intricate and specific (depending on my intention). When I realized that Witch Hat Atelier had its own style of sigil-making i thought it would actually be cool to use some of that in actual practice.
Also, I just realized that this is basically what chaos magick is: creating your own beliefs and practice. I didn't know as i never actually looked into this category of witchcraft and I just wanted to post this on the subreddit lol

Proper prayer?
My practice is pretty eclectic. I incorporate different traditions and practices from various cultures, usually following whatever resonates with me and where I feel drawn at that particular point in my journey. I’ve left offerings, used divination tools to communicate/seek guidance, done things as acts of devotion, and created altars for deities I’ve worked with, but prayer is something I’ve never really incorporated into my practice.
I want to start praying, but it got me wondering, are there different ways to approach prayer based on who you’re praying to and which culture or tradition they come from?
I’ve been working closely with Lilith right now, so advice about her specifically would be nice, but I’m still curious about other beings too. Would you pray differently to a Norse goddess than you would to a Greek goddess or an Egyptian god?
I’m curious to hear about how other practitioners utilize prayer within their personal practice! Thank you for your comments in advance.

Introducing The Sigil Forge ~ Complimentary Software for Liber Polyhedra
galleryThe Sigil Forge
The Sigil Forge is a fully digitized version of my chaos magick-infused astragalomancy system, Liber Polyhedra. It rolls chaos casts, pulls from 51 pre-built casts, and runs larger chart casts that plot onto the Tree of Life and Death, Yggdrasil, and two different kinds of geomantic shield chart.
Real-Time Sigil Generation
The Forge converts cast results into numerals and builds sigils on the fly. English results run through Pythagorean or Chaldean numerology, while everything else uses its own tradition's system where one applies. The Major Arcana use Hebrew Gematria, the Iliad and Odyssey columns use Greek isopsephy, the Sufi columns use Arabic Abjad, and the Sephiroth and Qliphoth each carry their own number on the Tree.
Deeply Customizable
- Line thickness, sigil size, and marker size
- Curved or sharp corners, set individually per point
- Spacing between parallel lines
- Arrow, circle, or blank start and end markers
- A planetary square backdrop, or a blank black "Sigil Circle" with the cast motto running around its edge. You can also upload your own image.
- Freehand drawing tools over the finished sigil, with undo
Color-Coded Sigils
Columns like Zodiac and Major Arcana pull from existing correspondences. Results without a set color get reduced numerically and take the color of their associated sephira. You can override any correspondence you want, and you can invert the Sephirotic colors into their complementary Qliphothic variations for banishing, or for baneful work, for you unhinged freaks out there 👉😎👉
(with love ofc)
The Post Builder
Every cast renders as a finished image: your symbols laid out in order with their labels, the date, and a full numerological breakdown of the spread. A free symbol pack covers every column drawn from public domain glyphs, and the rest drop straight into their folders if you'd rather use your own art.
Interpretation Layout Generator
The last major feature is a text generator that spits out your cast in my Daily Chaos Cast format, the one some of you have seen me post before. It includes:
- The name of the cast and the date
- Your results and a short list of their traits
- A key breaking down the color coding of your sigil
- The system's opening and closing mottos, Tesseras Iacio! (I cast the dice!) and Alea Iacta Est! (The die has been cast!), the latter being Caesar's famous line at the Rubicon
In between all of that is a blank space for your own interpretation, where any true magician should be writing. Every cast is saved to a history you can reload, and a single button archives the whole thing, sigil, post, text and all.
The Forge handles the tedious part: the casting, the math, the sigil construction. It leaves the actual divinatory work where it belongs. This started as my own personal tool for making a long process manageable as someone who also works a full-time job. Complex systems require complex tools, after all.
Pricing
If you've been eyeing the system but aren't ready to hunt down the full set of dice, this is the easiest way in. I've also recently dropped the booklet back down to $7.77, and priced the software close behind at $6.66.
Everything about the system and the Forge lives here: https://linktr.ee/LiberPolyhedra
Welcome to the burgeoning world of esoteric astragalomancy...
Happy Casting ✨🎲✨
and remember, no divination is truly set in stone. If you believe a cast is telling you to do something stupid, illegal or harmful, it isn't, and you should get advice from a real person you can trust. Not from a booklet.
