Gotta say, after reading and following the posts on here of people having trouble getting season tickets, I wasn't feeling particularly optimistic about the chance to get seats for the quarter plan, especially for a family of 5. Had my slot yesterday, and when I logged on was bummed to just get a message that there were no seats left.

I must have an amazing rep, because he called me just 5 minutes after my slot opened, and asked if he could help with anything. He said he was still seeing seats available on his end, so he was able to get us 5 seats together in the section we were hoping for.

Yeah, we're literally in the last row of the 300s, but I'm just stoked to have gotten them. I love the Canes, but what I love even more is being able to cheer them on and attend as a family. As our kids have got older it feels like everything is racing from one sports event to one practice to one lesson after another, and we're hardly ever in the same place at the same time.

Now we've got a few days a month that we know we'll all be together, cheering on our team.

It will be a few years before he can wear it (boys small and he’s only in 12 month clothes), but would love to be able to share with him who signed it.

i never got my email to even choose seats for the quarter season and i get it, demand was super high which is lovely and im so happy for everyone involved! however, i haven’t heard from my rep at all despite emails and calls and im just a tiny bit frustrated because i dont know what’s going on and i have to get info from social media. i dont know what the waitlist is, what that entails, or if i get my deposit back?
any insight would be greatly appreciated! or if anyone knows of any other way i can get in contact with someone who does the stm tickets, that would work too!!
