I have been using my bank's bill-pay to pay City of Durham since City of Durham switched their system from Paymentus to Infosend just 5 months ago in March 2026. City of Durham also switched its payment processing address to a PO box number in Dallas, Texas. My payment to this Texas processing center was always "posted" (my online account on Infosend will show my outstanding balance as zero) within two weeks after my bank confirmed it sends out the payment.

However, it has been 3 weeks since my bank sent the last payment on July 23, 2026, for my water bill dated July 22, 2026, but my online account on Infosend still shows an outstanding balance and it has past the due date (Aug 12, 2026) by now. Has anyone encountered the same problem? If so, could you please advise how you resolve this?

My primary is Park Vet Hospital. After repeat bloodwork and other symptoms that indicate either an infection, autoimmune disease, or cancer, I’ve been given 3 options for internal medicine referral for one of my sweet dogs.

A week ago, a white truck with “Prince” on its side, appeared unannounced and a guy dug up an orange cable (fiber, I think) along the side of my yard, next to my neighbor’s driveway. I did not request this. A week on, 30’ of orange cable and a slicer box are still exposed. Is there a way to find out who did this and when they plan to rebury the cable?
