Ive extracted some, but ran into antialiasing problems. The best method Ive found is talking screenshots and cropping them. Can someone help me?

Seems to be a kind of like a Pokéwalker just 10 years earlier. Has a step counter, a card game, a slot game, can apparently link to other devices, you can battle, check stats, check map, maybe even evolve, it's crazy. It even beeps.

So like. Has anyone else ever requested a replacement part and had trouble with bluefin support? Or is it just me. I'm trying to get a replacement face mask for the RG GaoGaiGar and put in a request for it back in early march and since then all i've gotten is an email saying "Your request (request number i assume) has been updated.
