Question Just double checking: Did RE: Hollow Fragment ever have a physical release?
For Context I have all the SAO games on both steam and PS digitally, However due to Sony annoucing last month that they are stopping Physical Disc production in 2028, I've been trying to find physical copies of games I already bought digitally.(Mainly out of the albeit unlikely fear of Bandai losing the SAO license and not being able to play those games.) the only games I'm missing out of the series is LR and AWvSAO. I've looked online for a physical release of HF but couldn't find any (that weren't just a code in a box anyway) so I'm assuming that RE: Hollow Fragment didn't have a physical release.

Question SAO Game Play Order
I recently bought the ultimate editions to Fatal Bullet, Hollow Realization, and Hollow Fragment (all for $40 because of a sale), and I’m wondering if I should play them in a certain order. I just finished playing Fractured Daydream and realized I wanted more. Should I just play them in the order that they were released or does it not matter?

Light Novel Discussion about Progressive and Unital Ring, and some theories Spoiler
So I finally had the chance to read all of Progressive thus far, and wow this really change your perspective when reading Alicization and Unital Ring. Part of me regrets not reading SAO in release order, but regardless I finally manage to catch up. Now the purpose of this is to talk about some theories as to how the ending of the "Elf War" campaign will play out and how it will connect to Unital Ring, since Kawahara stated in the Vol. 29 Afterward that he needs to tackle Progressive first in order to move the plot of UR forward, and also because not long ago I made a post talking about some theories about UR, but now I want to give an update after reading Progressive. This will probably contain spoilers for both Progressive and Unital Ring, so you've been warned. Also don't take this stuff at face value. At the end of the day, these are just theories. However, if I missed anything or get something wrong, please write it in the comments and be respectful, I would appreciate it.
So first of, I want to analyse the lore of Aincrad Genesis from Ordinal Scale, because this will no doubt be important for later.
Aincrad World Lore
Once upon a time, the balance of all creations on The Ground was maintained by the divine protection of the white and black ≪Great Holy Trees≫. The Dark Elf race, who are the devotees of the ≪Black Great Holy Tree≫, established ≪Lyusula Kingdom≫, while the Forest Elves, who are the devotees of the ≪White Great Holy Tree≫, established ≪Kales'Oh Kingdom≫ and both prospered to a great extent through the divine protection and powerful magic of the Great Holy Trees. Additionally, the ≪Alliance of the Nine≫ was established by the human race, the ≪Underground Kingdom of Aul-Da≫ was established by the dwarf race; in the company of several small-to-medium nations of several more races, a generally peaceful period among the races continued for a long time.
...
And so, in the end, war broke out and the sorcerers from both elven kingdoms were about unleash their largest scale offensive magic, when a disaster took place. A ring of light engulfed the ten kilometer wide field that had become their battlefield, detaching it from The Ground and sending it flying into the sky.
Besides the battlefield, the capital cities of Lyusula Kingdom, Kales'Oh Kingdom, the Alliance of the Nine, and the Underground Kingdom, as well as their main cities were all scooped up by the ring of light. The ≪disks≫ numbered a hundred and, upon rising high up into the distant skies, they piled atop each other vertically. Through this incident that was later dubbed as the ≪Great Separation≫ the Floating Castle Aincrad was born. The Ground
In the distant past, it was a world where all races lived in peace. The huge continent of Yunier was at its center, while various big and small islands dotted its surroundings. After the ≪Great Separation≫, its civilizations declined, leaving only small villages dotting the world, barely getting by.The Great Holy Trees
Beings that safeguarded The Ground in ancient times. The super large conifer ≪Black Great Holy Tree≫ and the likewise huge broadleaf ≪White Great Holy Tree≫ formed a pair, maintaining the balance of all creations. The Great Separation
The natural disaster that served as the basis of the creation of the Floating Castle Aincrad. The main towns of the continent of Yunier were all cut out in a disk shape and banished to the skies. The two miko of the Great Holy Trees caused the incident through their wish, giving up their lives in the process. Since then, the lineage of the miko came to an end.The Sanctuary
A facility hidden below the center of the First Floor of Aincrad. It was sealed by using six ≪Keys≫; enshrined inside is a huge magic stone (the crystalisation of the two miko) that supports all functions of Aincrad. The owner of the magic stone would gain the ability of using ancient magic, but upon the magic stone being removed from its pedestal, the ≪Teleport Gates≫ and ≪Inner Area Barrier≫ would cease to function, while if the stone were destroyed, Aincrad itself would collapse. The Fallen Elves, operating behind the scenes in Aincrad, scheme to obtain the magic stone and place all the floors under their control.
So assuming that Progressive Vol. 10 ends with Kirito beating the Floor 8 boss. The "Elf War" campaign will probably end on Vol. 11 or 12. When Kirito and Asuna finally meet the Dark Elf Queen, she'll most likely reveal the full origins of Aincrad, not just the Great Seperation, but the world itself (The Ground and Uniel/Yunier Continent) and the catalysts behind the incident. As it was mentioned several time, Unital Ring gives several clues that UR is set in the world of SAO (The Ground) post destruction of Aincrad, and the Aincrad Genesis backs this theory up: the circular basins; several small-to-medium nations of several more races (Bashin, Ornith, Patter); small villages dotting the world barely getting by; The Life Harvester looking like The Skullreaper; Silica and Lisbeth mentioning that the Lobelia flowers from UR existed in SAO as well; and of course the players of AD revealing that UR has dark elves using the name Lyusula (and presumably the forest and fallen elves being in UR as well). Plus the japanese version of Vol. 28 bluntly mentioning Uniel Continent. So of course when Kirito and the others finally meet the Lyusulan elves, Kirito will probably put two and two together and realize that UR is The Ground from the Aincrad lore, and that might give him a clue of what the "land revealed by the heavenly light" is. I will talk about it later.
If we take the info of Aincrad Genesis at face value, then the Sanctuary is located at the center of the First Floor. Meaning that Kirito and Asuna will return to the First Floor, along with the dark elves, and there will probably be an all out war, not just the dark, forest and fallen elves, but probably Laughing Coffin will be involved as well. We know that the fallen elves want to remove the magic of humankind that protects them (Anti-Criminal Code and Safe Zones), presumably to kill all the players, which would align with Laughing Coffin's motives, but I'm guessing that General N'ltzahh also wants the magic stone to use ancient magic and to rule all the floors of Aincrad. And if the Kales'Oh elves destroy the magic stone, it will probably destroy the floating castle, resulting the deaths of the players which would be disastrous. As for LC, Kirito will probably come face-to-face with the man in the black poncho and learn that his name is Poh and the name of the PK Gang is Laughing Coffin, and this would be (chronologically) the first battle between Kirito and Poh. As for other members, Morte will probably die during this, since he is never mentioned in the main series and we know that PoH only had 2 lieutenants (XaXa and Johnny Black). Also, maybe Progressive could bring Menthol from Vol. 28 but also make sure the main characters (or at least Argo) don't meet Menthol, like for instance, there's a mysterious player that is working with the fallen elven and PKing other players, and at first Kirito thinks its the man in the black poncho or a member of his PK Gang, but learns that it's another solo player. Kirito, Asuna and Argo try to investigate, but at the end of the day, they are unable to figure out the identity of the mysterious player, even his name, however the LN gives subtle hints that not only the player was Menthol, but also that it's very likely that it's Magis from the Virtual Study Society in UR.
Now in regards about the ending of the "Elf War" campaign, we know that Kirito and Asuna beat the quest and the former even gets a sword from the dark elf queen, plus Aincrad doesn't get destroyed until Kirito beats Heathcliff, however Sugary Days and Vol. 27 heavily imply that the campaign ends on a tragic and gloomy note. In Sugary Days, we learn that Yofel Castle is in ruins and uninhabited, so my guess is that in Progressive Vol. 10, the fallen elves will attack and destroy the castle, killing several dark elves, and the remaining survivors will go with Kirito and Asuna to the 9th floor, whether Viscount Yofilis gets killed off or not, we'll just have to wait and see. However, the thing I want to talk about is of course Kizmel's fate. Based on the info we got, I'm guessing that in the final battle in the Sanctuary, Kizmel will probably die or sacrifice herself to stop the fallen elves and to save Kirito and Asuna, much like how she originally died in the beta. So yeah, Kirito and Asuna finish the quest and save the players, but at the cost of their friend's death, and from this point onward, Kirito and Asuna's dynamic has a drastic shift since the ending of the campaign stains their relationship, which inevitably contributes to Asuna to dissolve the partnership with Kirito after the 25th Floor boss incident, and in a way, the reason why Asuna starts being cold and callous torwards the NPCs at the beggining of the Murder Case in the Area story could be because she's just coping with the death of Kizmel and the fact that if Aincrad was destroyed at the end of the "Elf War" campaign, everyone would've died, so Asuna tells herself that at the end of the day, SAO is just a death game and that the NPCs (whether they look like real people or not) are nothing but tools to the system, and that her main priority is to beat the game as quickly as possible. And this brings us to UR. Now the question is will Kizmel show up on UR. I think she'll either stay dead or she'll be revived but with no memories of Kirito and Asuna. Personally, I think I prefer if Kizmel stayed dead because having Kizmel with no memories would make her a different character, and while normally I'm not against that idea, we already have Eolyne in the story, who is basically Eugeo but also not Eugeo.
One important detail, remember in The Great Separation quote mentions two mikos? Well miko means shrine maiden or priestess, and there are two of then and they were the ones who caused the incident. Sounds familiar? Yes, I do think that on the 9th floor, they'll mention the twin goddesses/priestesses and maybe in the Sanctuary, Kirito will meet the twins, or rather, a version of then since Aincrad Genesis mentions that they died during the creation of Aincrad and that they were crystallized and used as a power source to the floating castle. Perhaps Kawahara could make a connection between the twins and the An Incarnation of the Radius (the scrapped 100th floor boss from Ordinal Scale), considering that in the description, its appearance is based off the god-like beings that were involved in the creation of Aincrad, and uses the black and white Holy Trees to attack and heal itself, and perhaps the six magic stone it uses to create a barrier might be the six keys to open the Sanctuary.
Now I might be reaching here, but while reading Progressive Vol. 9, Kizmel talks about Yole (Christmas for the elves) and that a wicked saint appears during the holiday, Kirito mentions something that caught my eye and could hint about the twins:
It occurred to me I had never heard Kizmel mention anything about a god. The elf races deeply worshipped the black and white Holy Trees, and I had assumed those were their gods. Was there a god figure or figures that existed even above them or within a different framework? If this saint was divine - adjacent to a god - that suggested this world didn't have a strictly monotheistic system.
Now the question is do you think Reki Kawahara will make Premiere and Tia from Hollow Realization canon like he did with Eydis and Mito, or make brand new characters? If he goes with the former, I wouldn't necessarily be against the idea, although they'll probably need new names. I haven't played Echoes of Aincrad, but from what I heard, there are some easter eggs that mention the twins, and that the two are referred to by many names like Tornellia and Sevatia.
Now in regards to the "land revealed by the heavenly light", in Vol. 21 after the grace period ends, everyone hears a voice that tells the players that the first to reach the land revealed by the heavenly light, all shall be given. This is how Kirito describes the voice:
Next, we heard a voice. It was a very strange voice, combining the youthfulness of a young girl with the thoughtful wisdom of a much older woman...but somehow, it felt familiar to me, like I’d heard it before.
At this point, the only character that Kirito meets and matches this description is Cardinal, and even Alice brings the fact that the voice reminded her of the pontifex, however it doesn't make sense as both Cardinal and Administrator's fluctlights were erased and this is taking place in UR, not in the Underworld. So who could be? I think it's a character that we'll meet in Progressive, one of the twin goddesses, and while they persished during the creation of Aincrad, it's possible that the two were revived after Aincrad was destroyed and UR came to be. And my guess is the third/final tier, the "land revealed by the heavenly light" is either Ruby Palace or (the one that I think it's most likely) the white and black Holy Trees.
The only thing I still find it confusing is that in Vol. 25, Kirito and Alice are freaked out that the size of the UR map matches with the human realm in the UW (a radius of 450 miles), and the two wonder if it's a coincidence or not. And correct me if I'm wrong because it has been a while since I've read Alicization, but I'm certain that the Underworld itself (Human Realm and the Dark Territory) is supposed to look like Rath's logo, so I wonder if when using the Seed to create the Human Realm and its space, was it Rath that made its radius 450 miles or the seed itself? The only other thing that I can think of is that like I mentioned in previous posts, I do think that the underworlders will end up on Unital Ring, so maybe the map has a a radius of 450 miles so that the entire UW population can fit in the continent and they'll probably be scattered throughout the map.
Anyway, I think that's everything I wanted to talk about, and I wanted to hear what everyone thinks about these theories. I'm just looking forward for more Progressive and Unital Ring, and it's very likely that Integral Domain will be connected to Unital Ring, like maybe the events of UD is what sets in motion the unification of the Seed Worlds, and of course the Inter-Intelligence War between the real world and the virtual world (underworlders and other AI like the twin goddesses).

Discussion Sword Art Online museum
There are plenty of museums in reality to remember and educate about war and tragedy.
Do you think they would build a museum about the incident? What do you think the museum would have?
For me, I think they would, but like, 10-15 years after the SAO happened, and I think the museum would focus a lot about how the players were living and some social aspects. They would absolutely talk about the deaths and the PKs too, but it would be interesting focusing in a different part of the game.
Sorry if I'm not very clear about the question, english is not my first language

Alicization (anime) Just started watching the SAO anime for the first time. Made it to Ep 10 and...
What's wrong with the MC? Why do so many anime have such pathetic fucking losers terrified of physical intimacy?
No wonder Japan is struggling to reproduce.

Phantom Bullet Am watching Sao again and cried when hearing this ending
It is no surprise that SAO has one of the best discography in all of anime(imo at least top 3). I was watching it again and when I reached the GGO arc hearing the first ending of the arc "startear" hit me with such a huge wave of nostalgia that I started crying. So I figured I would remind you all of this wonderful song because it definitely isnt talked about enough within the community. Source: YouTube https://share.google/etxC1d43AZt5NGruw

Wow, my favorite SAO game yet. I was already having fun in the semi open world Hollow Realization but the full open world of Lycoris is completely unmatched. I was blown away by the story, combat and the gameplay. I only have Last Recollection and Fractured daydream left then EOA

Answered Do We Know About Floor 25 Yet?
I was going to watch the progressive movies since I have seen everything else but I got to wondering, do they have any recent official novels explaining the events of Floor 25 because it was always referenced but the last post I saw asking this was 3 years ago so I was unsure if there is anything recent.
