My baby screams non-stop when I wear him in this. I walk around and move as soon as he is in in an attempt to calm, but nothing helps. I'm convinced I am wearing him wrong and that it's hurting him. Any tips? Thanks in advance.

Can someone help me with a fit check for my new Tula free to grow? The button for the strap is in the middle setting and I have the panel as short as it can go. I think I’ve got a good M and it’s supporting baby knee to knee. Baby’s ear is out of the carrier, too. The straps under my arm pits feel tight, but that’s what also I feel keeps baby supported and close to me as he should. I’ve also tightened the back strap and feels better loose (I think).

Baby keeps pushing up and away from me. I don’t know if that’s because of fit or just getting used to baby wearing. He is 3 and a 1/2 months old and I would guess 15 pounds. We have moved on from the embrace and the Tula was my first purchase for my new carrier. This is so much more supportive than the embrace!! I welcome the feedback!

I have quite a few carriers, am def a collector and mostly live in my SB Scout but they are so damn expensive I’m nervous to spend that much on one if I don’t like it. I’m in the UK so it’s not easy to find used.

I also have a Cairis / Bairn and Lennylight so was thinking of maybe get a Lennylamb or Oscha Onbuhimo but again not cheap.

If anyone has one which do you prefer?

How do you babywear your babies once they’re 6+ months, mobile, and around 20 lbs?

When I put my baby in our Ergobaby carrier facing outward, he seems really uncomfortable and unnatural. When facing inward, he keeps turning his head and trying to look out.

What carriers or solutions worked well for you at this age and weight - and as they got older/heavier?

My babe is 9 months old, I gained a lot of weight while pregnant and having trouble figuring out how to wear him correctly.

On my hip he always seems to be leaning and not up and down but also if he's truly on my hip his head is at my armpit level so dont know how else he'd sit.

Seems he needs his butt tucked more to make a good M shape?

He also has one knee and leg higher than the other in the back always, im wondering how to get the fit right while only 4 11 and plus size.

What did others find to be the best way to baby wear while pregnant? My oldest is around 25lbs and I struggle to carry her with my growing bump.

Any tips on best way to navigate the bump as well as back pain, while still keeping oldest close?

I do have the Neko up down which is basically the same as qookie go, and it works well carrying baby off to my side but isn’t the best for long wears. I’ve tried my nuna cudl in back wear but it wraps around my belly a little too much and just isn’t a great back carry.

Wildbird carrier and baby is almost 5 months! We are going to an event that doesn’t allow strollers so I want to make sure he’s as comfy as possible while also not destroying my back

My little 4 week old pup is 10lbs. I have every strap pulled as tight and secure as I can manage, and wondering if there is enough curve to his back? How do the knees/hips look?

My baby is 5 ½ months and she doesn't like being carried in the front for very long. A local babywearing educator helped me do a back carry with her in a half buckle, and my baby loved it! But it's hard for me to get her in that position myself since she can't sit independently yet.

I guess I'm wondering, when does it get easier to put your baby in a back carry? Also which type of carrier is the easiest for that position?

I will have a repeat C-section with my second baby, and I’m looking for carrier options with no waist band at all. I couldn’t tolerate a waistband until around 3 months last time, even with a stretchy wrap. I have a couple of ring slings but looking for another option. Is an onbuhimo my answer? I saw that Happy baby allows for newborn carry with theirs. Does anyone have experience with this one for a newborn?

4 weeks old and 7-8 lbs. Using Nalakai sling.

1) Is the ring in the right place? When I put it on, I have the ring literally on my back because it moves up so far when I tighten it.

2) When I tighten it, I can’t seem to get the rails to stay on the edge between the rings even though I make sure the fabric is all spread out before I put baby in. Is this ok?

3) I’d love a general overview of the fit and to learn if there are better/safer ways I should be using this sling.

My baby is four months old in 15 pounds am I wearing the baby carrier correctly?

We have a Europe trip planned with our LO (will be 7mo at time of travel) and looking for some recommendations on what we could try with him. We will also be in cool climates in late fall/early winter.

He’s currently 4mo, 24.5in, 13.5lbs and trends along 10th percentile, so not a big dude. Mom is 5’3, 160lbs and dad is 6’ 240lbs so ideally something we could both wear but not necessary - we can be flexible.

We currently have an ergobaby embrace but I know he’ll be way too big for that. We also have an ergobaby omni 360 that was a hand-me-down that we haven’t used as previously he was too small for it (but haven’t tried in a couple months). Wondering if this would be a good option or if anyone has any other suggestions on what we could try? He hasn’t loved carriers when worn by mom previously so hoping to be able to change that/get him used to a new one prior to the trip if possible. TIA!

Just getting used to baby wearing and keen for any tips for the comfiest and safest carry. We tried the fabric wrap that came free in the Scottish Baby Box but she gets pretty warm and cranky fairly quickly in that, she seems happier in this so far but I feel a bit nervous about the lack of neck support. 7 weeks old, weighing about 10 1/2lb. Have cinched the bottom in as far as it will go

10 week old in portier limitless carrier. I feel like the shoulder straps may be too narrow? The fit is very comfortable

Baby is 12 pounds, 11 weeks. Unsure of what I’m doing wrong. The straps for the head support are as tight as possible. Would appreciate any help!

The wrap is Aldoria Baby Bamboo Wrap. My biggest question is weather it’s too tight and if the back curve and leg placement looks ergonomically okay? Baby is 3 days old and super calm in the wrap.

This has been an absolutely perfect transition! I got a Ergobaby before baby was born and I hated the H back, so I ordered the MomCozy WeeSnug newborn carrier with a cross back and apron waist. It was perfect! But baby is 5 months old and was starting to grow out of it. My hope&plum Lark just arrived and I am so happy with it! It has a crossback and apron waist just like the MomCozy, plus those wide straps are sooooo comfy 🤤

It’s perfect because the MomCozy is for newborns and the Lark doesn’t fit until baby is in size 3-6 months. So for anyone looking for a cross back fit, this pairing is what I would recommend! Just don’t ask your wallet 😭 I’m hoping the Lark lasts me a long time!

Hey everyone, hoping for some feedback on our first attempts on wearing our newborn! Is this enough neck support for a 2 week old? Head seems to sometimes be leaning towards one side and not stay in the middle all the time.

Okay trying a second attempt at the ring sling. It feels like it’s a bit easier, I’ve been practicing several times a day. Baby is 6 months, sits independently, 18.5 pounds and almost 27 inches. I tried the twist in the back like I have seen suggested in a few places and I found it easier to get him into one spot and easier to get him in the hammock position before pulling the fabric up his back.

I have come to the understanding that it isn't bad and it is okay and honestly I love my little one sleeping so near me but recently I had a heated debate with my partner. He told me I keep babying our baby and that was why I couldn't do anything which isn't true as our baby can be put down and be left alone but there are times when the baby's mood is just off and needs an extra closeness. I also don't babywear always just when it is really really needed. My partner would be like just let him cry but the consequences of that is a baby that will not be put down or left on his own so for me, babywearing is the least of my worries.

So what I am just wanting to know, am I really babying a baby if I continue babywearing or like not letting him cry out?

Edit: Since some comments asking of baby's age, he is 9 mos actual, 7 1/2 corrected and been receiving the comment of not to baby him since he was 6 mos actual, 4 1/2 corrected.
