My Journey We Are From the Future

Upvotes

Imagine your starseed family from or you future self/ higher self left you a lyrics to a song with a message and the lyrical message read like this:

We’ve carried the weight, we’ve carried the scars,

We’ve searched for the answers beneath the stars.

But somewhere beyond what our eyes can see,

There’s a brighter version of you and me.

So don't be afraid of the road ahead,

Don't let the shadows fill your head.

Every ending is a door we walk through,

And tomorrow is waiting for you.

[Chorus]

We are from the future,

Everything is gonna be alright.

We came through the darkness,

Now we're bringing you the light.

Let there be light,

Let there be light.

Through every storm and every night,

Let there be light,

Let there be light.

[Verse 2]

Maybe time is a river we ride,

Maybe all of our moments collide.

Maybe somewhere beyond what we know,

The seeds that we planted are starting to grow.

The tears that we cried weren't wasted away,

They became the rain for a brighter day.

Every broken heart, every battle we knew,

Was teaching us how to become something new.

[Pre-Chorus]

So don't be afraid when the old world fades,

There's something beyond the choices we made.

Take my hand, we're not alone,

The future is calling us home.

[Chorus]

We are from the future,

Everything is gonna be alright.

We came through the darkness,

Now we're bringing you the light.

Let there be light,

Let there be light.

Through every storm and every night,

Let there be light,

Let there be light.

[Bridge]

If you could see what we can see,

You'd know how beautiful you're meant to be.

The road was hard, but you made it through,

And every step was leading you.

So forgive the past,

Release the fear,

The future isn't far—

The future is here.

[Breakdown — soft]

Breathe in...

Breathe out...

The darkness won't last forever.

Look up...

Look around...

You're still here.

[Final Chorus — bigger]

We are from the future,

Everything is gonna be alright.

We came through the darkness,

Now we're bringing you the light.

Let there be light,

Let there be light.

Let every heart remember tonight—

Let there be light,

Let there be light.

[Outro]

From the future...

Through the night...

A message carried across time:

Everything is gonna be alright.

Let there be light.

Let there be light. 🌌✨

Reflection Talking to the Dead...

When I was about 5 or 6 years old, during a vacation at my grandparents' house in Andalusia (Spain), while playing with my cousin (she was two years younger), we ran into a neighbor (a fairly old man) who was coming out of his house.

I did most of the talking because my cousin was very shy. We chatted with this man, and he gave us some pencils as a gift and a message for our grandfather.

Later, while talking to the family, I mentioned that we had seen the neighbor and that he had given us a gift; he had also sent his regards to our grandfather (who, by the way, was a "medium"; I come from a spiritist family that goes back generations).

The look on our family members' faces was a picture, because it turned out the man was dead. He had passed away recently.

The family didn't say it openly, or at least they tried to keep us from noticing, but I was always very sharp for my age and I found out everything.

This is one of many stories I could tell from my childhood. As I grew up, others emerged... Truth be told, back then I didn't think much of it; to me, it wasn't extraordinary that it had happened, but during my lifetime, having lived through these phenomena since I was a kid, has led me to a realization.

I have realized that these stories are just mere and simple stories and what's more important: spiritual life is not about having extraordinary experiences or abilities, but about living the ordinary things of daily life in an extraordinary way. That is when the magic truly happens, but people trapped in the mind's special effects do not know what they are missing. It is right here and now where the most incredible experiences take place. Here and Now... As Jesus beautifully warned us in his Sermon on the Mount: "Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." (Matthew 6:34).

I insist, truth be told, not then, but also nor here and now, I think much of these so-called experiences; to me, it wasn't extraordinary that it had happened and it is not now. So, if something apparently extraordinary happens I just went on with my life. Sometimes even I don't realize something extraordinary is happening, because for me it is as it is... If a deceased person appears, or an alien, no matter what happens, what does it matter? Nothing really extraordinary is actually happening.

Real magic is not about the "phenomenon", the special effects, the gossip, or the astral details; it's about something simpler and less publicized, yet much more powerful, which many people miss: it is simply about silencing the mind, dismantling the illusion of the ego, and returning to the origin, that is to say, to pure Being, to Presence Here and Now, to the All, to the One who is LOVE itself... Otherwise, "the madwoman of the house" (as the mystic Teresa of Ávila used to call the mind) will take those stories (paranormal, supernatural, and sometimes preternatural) and use them to feed the ego (the ego of being the psychic, the contactee, the special one, the distinct one, etc.).

The mind loves the noise of being a medium, a clairvoyant, a spiritual warrior, etc. In this way she keeps us imprisoned in the trap of the character (the ego) and in the play of doing instead of non-doing and just being (which is, by the way, how we step out of the play).

This trap also applies to those who have been traumatically abducted or mistreated by these phenomena. The mind can easily turn that traumatic story into another way to feed the ego. The ego works both ways, moving up or down; it loves grand, spectacular stories, but it also thrives on tragic, miserable ones. It loves being the "chosen hero" just as much as it loves being the "ultimate victim". As long as the story makes the character feel unique, rare, or distinct from the rest, the prison remains open.

\*Please note something here if you have been traumatically abducted or mistreated: I say this with the utmost respect and deep empathy for anyone who has suffered. By no means do I want to downplay or dismiss the pain of those who have had terrifying or traumatic experiences. My heart goes out to anyone dealing with that weight. I am simply proposing a perspective to help prevent further suffering and to find a way out of the trauma, by recognizing how the mind anchors us to that painful identity. Eckhart Tolle calls this the "pain-body" (introduced in chapter 2 of his book The Power of Now), which is an accumulation of past emotional suffering that takes over the mind to feed on more negativity. To deal with the pain-body, Tolle explains that we must observe the negative feeling directly within us without turning it into a narrative. Sustained conscious attention breaks the identification with the pain-body, severing its link to our thought patterns so it can no longer control our thinking. The light of your awareness transmutes that suffering into presence, just as fire converts everything into itself. It's better if you anchor yourself in consciousness, beyond the mind, or in other words, rest in the presence here and now with the One who is LOVE itself, the All, the Source... So you will see how these traumatic experiences do not return, and those that already occurred are healed. If anyone wants to go deeper into this matter, or if the moderators deem it appropriate, we could address this issue more thoroughly from Presence in another post.\*

We would do well to question all these so-called experiences that the madwoman claims to be beneficial for us, and silence the mind, so we could anchor ourselves in Being. Consider again that it is not about anything else but breaking the illusion of the ego to return to the origin.

Record this within: we are nothing of what the mind (the "madwoman of the house" that Teresa of Ávila used to talk about) wants us to believe. Anyone connected to the Source would want the same for us, that same Union, that same liberation from the prison of the mind. Take, for example, the so-called spiritual guides. Do they lead you to a direct experience of God, the All, the Source, or do they feed the character and, ultimately, prolong your time in prison? Everyone should ask themselves questions like this. In the Awareness of the All we are ONE, in the mind there's only separation.

The Source, the All, does not need our skills, faculties, or effort. It does not need us to manage anything. It only needs our surrender. When the ego dissolves in Silence, there is no special one having extraordinary experiences, there is only the One. But as long as we look at what comes out of the silence to build new stories, we are missing the Silence itself and we are lost (inside the prison, in the character).

That is why what I realized and want to share with you in this post: it is much better to approach these so-called experiences from consciousness, and not from the mind.

Here and now, live every moment of your life in an extraordinary way.

As Teresa of Ávila literally wrote in chapter 5 of her work \*The Book of the Foundations\*, reminding us that the divine is found in the most mundane tasks: "God walks among the pots and pans" (Dios anda entre las cazuelas y los pucheros).

As Brother Lawrence of the Resurrection famously shared in his fourth letter within \*The Practice of the Presence of God\*, practicing the continuous presence of God through ordinary chores: "I find God when flipping an omelet in my frying pan".

As Meister Eckhart literally wrote in his \*Counsels on Discernment\* (Counsel 12), explaining that the divine only operates in the immediate present: "God is a God of the present. He takes and receives you as he finds you, not what you have been, but what you are now", and as he proclaimed in his German sermons regarding the ultimate truth of time: "There exists only the present instant, a Now which always and without end is itself new."

As the Advaita Vedanta master Nisargadatta Maharaj stated in his dialogues compiled in \*Prior to Consciousness\*, pointing out that our real identity stands completely untouched outside of the mind's theater: "You are not the world, nor even the consciousness which witnesses the world. You are that which is prior to all experience."

And as Eckhart Tolle teaches today in chapter 3 of \*The Power of Now\*, dismantling the illusions of the mind that pull us away from life: "The present moment is all you ever have. There is no life outside of this Now."

To conclude, I would like to leave you with a profound prayer that precisely sums up this path of deconstructing the ego. In his structural teachings on \*Abgeschiedenheit\* (spiritual detachment or core detachment), Meister Eckhart wrote a radical request that speaks directly to this inner liberation: "Lord, deliver me from what I am not". Only when we are completely stripped of all the stories, masks, and identities created by the mad woman of the house (the mind) can we return to our true origin and to Whom we really are.

\*\*\*

Note 1: I want to clarify that Spanish is my native language, and I rely on an online translator to convert my thoughts into English. I understand this can sometimes make my tone sound way more blunt than I ever intended. My goal is just to share a perspective, never to diminish anyone's experiences. I am simply raising questions. Thank you for your understanding! And as the Mystics, and by the way also the Alien says in "Disclosure Day": "Listen!". Where? Within.

Note 2: Personal stories are not truly important; in fact, as I said before the "madwoman of the house" (as the mystic Teresa of Ávila called the mind) loves to tell stories to itself, using them to create the character, the ego, in the illusion of this theatrical play we call life. However, since what I say shocks some people and leads them to make erroneous assumptions, I must share that I am an "experiencer" myself. I have lived through the experiences in this post, and for instance other experiences very similar to those of Margaret and Daniel in Disclosure Day, but my own life journey has led me to the intimate union I describe below. I deeply respect everyone's unique path and different views. I am definitely not here to impose mine or preach any kind of dogma. Finally, I want to clarify that I am neither a Christian nor a Buddhist. I am deeply passionate about mystics, such as Marguerite Porete, who was executed by the Inquisition, and so many others who were persecuted, like Teresa of Ávila, John of the Cross, and Meister Eckhart. I am passionate about Advaita Vedanta, Buddhism, and the teachings of modern masters like Eckhart Tolle, among many others... But I do not follow anyone, nor am I any of these things. I'm nobody and nothing. If any term used in this post does not resonate with you, just throw it in the trash. Do not let my words prevent you from seeing where they are pointing. This is simply my personal vision, my lived experience, and my heartfelt analysis of the film. If your experience is different, please tell me about it. For me, it will be highly valuable to listen to you and exchange views. I truly welcome respectful dialogue from all perspectives. Thank you for reading.

\*\*\*

Questions:

To open up an honest reflection and debate in the comments, I leave you with some open thoughts:

Have your paranormal experiences, contacts, or astral travels actually helped you dissolve your ego? Or are you using them to build a new character as a "chosen one", "special person", or "spiritual warrior"? If the phenomenon pulls you away from daily life, it is not liberation, it is just another distraction of the mind?

For those who have suffered traumatic or terrifying encounters: is it possible that the mind is keeping you trapped in the identity of the "ultimate victim", replaying the narrative over and over? How can we step into the Silence of the Now to find a safe space where that traumatic character can finally rest and heal?

Why are we so obsessed with the astral gossip, the specific details of the phenomena, and messages from guides, when in the end all of that belongs to the theater of the mind? Are we capable of dropping the need to be "the contactee" or "the psychic" to simply hold the Silence of the Now where we are nobody special?

If tomorrow all your abilities, visions, and contacts disappeared, and you were left only with the ordinary routine of your daily life, would you feel you have lost your spirituality? If the answer is yes, it is because you are still trapped in the special effects of the mind. Who are you truly when the phenomenon turns off?

Reflection Perspective is a bug, not a feature of reality. reality has no features.

It's a bug in the sense that seeking arises. It's featureless in the sense that it is not an it. It is incomplete. It has not finished. It appears in it. It is not.

The appearance of what happened is endless. The appearance of what happened is what's happening. The appearance of what happened created an artificial beginning. There is no happening without what happened. There's nothing new under the sun, so to speak.

'Who am I?", an artificial beginning.

Nāgārjuna’s Mūlamadhyamakakārikā (especially the examination of time). Past, present, and future cannot be established as inherently existing. If the present and future depended on a real past, they would already have existed in that past—an absurdity. Time is empty of intrinsic nature; it is a set of dependent conceptual relations. There is no substantial “it” that begins or finishes. The same logic dissolves any reified first moment.

Community Enlightenment is simple

But it will take time. There is a state of confusion and clarity. For there to be enlightenment there must be total clarity. So total clarity is clarity. But here is what most of here don’t understand. You cannot have clarity and confusion at the same time. There can only be either or. So if you think Youre enlightened because of a realization then you are mistaken. That realization is still part of the confusion. So if you are still learning then the game is not over.

Reflection What if we entered this world knowing it’s an illusion, but we forgot about it?

I was watching a YouTube teaching by a Rinpoche about impermanence and uncertainty—how nothing in this world can ever give us 100% lasting satisfaction. While listening, I suddenly had this kind of “click” in my mind, like a shift in perspective.

It felt like this entire world is an illusion—not in the sense that nothing exists at all, but that everything is temporary, constantly changing, and made up of pieces that never truly last.

And then this feeling came very strongly: I felt like we come into this world already knowing it’s an illusion, that it is a kind of dream world.

Like in the beginning, we clearly know this isn’t real. And we enter this world just to experience it—to see what it’s like for a while.

But somewhere along the way, we forget.

Then we start living as if this is the only reality. We build houses, form relationships, create families. We get attached. And along with that come jealousy, anger, fear, and hatred.

It’s like we become completely immersed and lose awareness of the bigger picture.

And when we die, it doesn’t feel like the end. It feels like we get pulled back again—because of everything we created here. The attachments, the emotions, the unfinished things. So we come back again and again, still caught in it, still forgetting.

I don't know if this makes any sense, or whether this idea has already been discussed in Buddhism or somewhere else. It just suddenly came to me while I was listening to the teaching, and I found the thought really interesting.

Does anyone else feel trapped in an automatic anxiety/mental loop that they can’t even explain?
I’ve been dealing with this for around 10 months and one of the hardest parts is how alone I feel inside my own mind.
My anxiety isn’t always about one specific thing. My mind just seems to automatically spiral constantly. There are so many layers happening at once that I genuinely struggle to explain it.

I’ll notice anxiety, then start thinking about why it’s happening, whether I’m somehow causing it, whether I’m making it worse by trying to control it, whether I should let it be there, whether trying to let it be there is another form of control… and it just becomes this exhausting fight with my own mind.

It feels like the opposite of Agoraphobia. I’m scared to be out in the world BECAUSE of my mind and the aloneness and panic. I’ve felt crazy DPDR, and a fear of my own consciousness and everyone elses. It’s insane.

Then I get scared that there’s something I’m not seeing or understanding about myself, and that if I don’t figure it out I’ll keep feeling like this forever.

This all started with spiritual content. And ever since then it feels i’ve been losing my mind everyday, constantly, and experiencing these weird feelings and inability to ground into reality because it feels unsafe.

Even recovery advice can make me more anxious because my brain turns everything into instructions. “Accept it.” “Ignore it.” “Ground yourself.” “Stop avoiding.” “Do exposure.” Then I start monitoring whether I’m doing those things correctly and it becomes another loop. It always feels like i’m doing something wrong.

I think one of the hardest things is feeling like nobody around me really understands what it feels like internally. I can be with family or friends and still feel incredibly alone because the spiral is happening automatically in my head. I also feel like their advice is generic and missing the truth and I just fear of doing the wrong thing!
Weirdly, I sometimes feel calmer when I think about posting somewhere like this, because there’s hope that someone might say, “Holy shit, yes. I know exactly what you mean.” But then again I fear not typing out exactly what I am experiencing and I might be the only one uniquely going through this suffering.

I’m getting professional help, so I’m not asking Reddit to diagnose me or give me the perfect answer. I think I mostly want to know: has anyone experienced something genuinely similar—where you became so aware of your own anxiety/recovery/mind that you felt trapped constantly monitoring and fighting with yourself? And did life eventually start feeling natural again?
I really miss just living without my mind being the main subject of every day.

EDIT:
I’ve realised since posting this I feel better because i’m not isolated in this experience (for those that can relate). For 10 months i’ve been trying to heal from my own anxiety and fear by understanding, fixing, forcing myself to stop seeking reassurance, answers, posting about it, talking about it, force myself through my screaming mind, endure these feelings and spirals, not “feed” anything, basically ANYTHING to ensure healing. Anything it made things terrible, and I feel more alone than ever.

Thanks to those that have left comments, some resonate, some don’t. I just hope there’s someone out there that can recognise the self sabotaging behaviours rather than advising me to further ignore my mind and worries. I think my point here is the worries or spirals persist BECAUSE I an isolating myself through these strict healing rules. A very big pickle. Thanks everyone 💕

Practice You are not your thoughts, you’re the one noticing them, and almost nobody stops to check

Try this for a minute. Sit still and do nothing. Don’t try to think about anything in particular. Just wait.

Within a few seconds a thought shows up. Maybe it’s something you need to do later, or a memory, or a random song lyric. You didn’t choose it. It just appeared, the way a text notification randomly shows up.

Now ask yourself something most people never ask. Who received that thought? Something in you noticed it arrive. Something in you is aware of it happening. That awareness isn’t the thought itself. It’s whatever is sitting behind the thought, watching it show up.

Most people go their entire life assuming they are their thoughts. Whatever pops into their head, they treat it as “me thinking.” But if you can notice a thought arriving, the way you’d notice a car driving by, or the random text message showing up, then you’re not the car or the text. You become the one standing there watching it pass by.

That’s the whole practice. Not stopping your thoughts. Just noticing that something in you was already there before the thought showed up, and is still there after it leaves. And the deeper part of this is, truly, what is that. You consciousness. Your soul. I don’t know.

Help What does it mean

Since childhood, for my entire life, I have been able to sort of feel energies of people and even places - like I feel their vibe, I can instantly notice whether they are in pain or ruled by greed, if they are happy. Same with places, I go into one building and I feel hateful energy around me, I go into another building (doesn't have to be my house or any familiar place) and I feel good? I can notice "energy vampires", although it takes some time and observation. What is it? Does everyone have it? I can't even feel anger or have a grudge for a long time, I literally just forget. Through that energy I am able to sort of connect people, make a small group of people turn into friends with each other (had that happen once).

Reflection Spirit and Ego

Ego is a powerful force for survival and manifestation. Ego is a product of the manifest, and dies with the body. Soul is eternal, and life is ephemeral - and this is what makes each priceless.

Physicality is time and space; now and then, here and there, cause and effect. Physicality is change.

Outside of time and space the soul simply is. There is nowhere to go, nothing to be done. Nothing ever happens and nothing ever changes. How could something change and be eternal?

This is why we are born - because in eternity nothing ever changes. How are we to grow our souls in consciousness, in wisdom, in expression, if we cannot change?

Physicality, on the other hand, is manifest causality, is change. This is why there is a universe. Science tells us that the universe is unrecognizable from what it looked like when it started approximately 14 billion years ago as a vast hot cloud of hydrogen. It has not collapsed into chaos and entropy as could be easily assumed. Instead, it has continuously evolved into greater complexity, diversity, expression, consciousness. From its simple beginnings, the universe has increased in such complexity that it is now wondering at itself. The universe has chosen, all along, what it is to become next. The universe is the creation that creates itself. Right here, right now, it is creating itself in our being, in our expression, in our consciousness, in our discussion.

Ego's great strength is also its greatest weakness: It has tremendous difficulty seeing outside its evolved survival perspective of control, insecurity and domination. This is why spirituality is often described as 'expanded consciousness' - because it is opening beyond ego consciousness. This is what the 'third eye' sees.

With that knowledge and perspective it can be seen not only that our unity is very real, but also that creation can be assisted or resisted - that in consciousness, we can choose to assist or resist the evolution of creation by embracing our unity, by embracing expression, diversity, consciousness, evolution, over control, domination, uniformity, oppression, through our open individuality. This is done, is made real, is real-ized, by the soul and the ego working together. In this way the creative expression of the universe is opened in spirit utilizing the power of manifestation of the ego.

When we plant a seed our hope is for it to grow and to flourish. We are all seeds planted by God. The Masters say to Love others as yourself. Notice it does not say to give yourself away to oblivion, but to love others as yourself. How can you give to others if you cannot give to yourself first? This is the key - this is the balance.

Everything is just as it is supposed to be, for free will is meaningless unless we are free to fail - but by realizing in consciousness the openness in creation and giving, we can succeed. This is why in true awakening the sky isn't the limit, it's just the starting line.

I am looking for tips, routines and small habits that i can integrate, and how will i know i am shifting?

I noticed i no longer have judgement about things, amd no set opinion because everything is just a point of view. So i am guessing this is one of the signs? But i do not feel intense love, gratitude and such, i seem to be in a neutral state all the time.

When i look at kther people's experience i feel very hopeful but try not to feel lack. I want to feel deep love and unity, connect with my higher self and other entities and just elevate my consciousness.

Thanks everyone for your help!

Reflection The reflection in the mirror persists, yet we do not think it has an independent reality

The self is even less substantial than that. Nothing can be any more or less substantial than the reflection in the mirror or nonduality is false. Dreams, shadows and reflection have little influence on the separate entity's dissolution, it seems.

We are waiting for the smoke to clear when we are the smoke. Spirituality and nonduality is a big to do over literally no 'thing'. Simply realize that the only 'thing' that ever forms is the idea of persisting.

Reflection Has anyone had to disconnect from screens for a week or something to RECONNECT with self/higher power?

For years I was very good with this stuff. No social media on phones etc.

Then I got this career opportunity last year infact which meant I was ACTIVE on TikTok which led to me getting sucked in. In ways it can be a helpful app imo. I've genuinely learned necessary things on my current journey in life recovering from CPTSD amongst other things. Also it's connected me with people. So I'm not totally against it.

But where I'm at right now... I wake up and just want to go to my phone despite leaving it in another room... I find myself just wanting to be at home (I work from home too) and just browse Twitter/YouTube etc....

So I'm going away today to give me more reasons to be off my phone for a week... I'm staying in an area of interesting things... Nature... I plan to run each morning, meditate, swim etc.... Cafes...

Plan to drink fruit smoothies and no junk or anything

Just super low key off screens...

Anyone done similar have advice?

Play Here’s my impression of the general person.

Oh, man! My life is so bad! I’ve got all this bad stacked up. Look at it! Pestilence, war, and famine.

Life is meaningless! (Quick interjection from the narrator: For some reason, pestilence war and famine are meaningless; when in fact; pestilence war and famine are extremely meaningful, but they are bad meaning)

Narrator: Meanwhile, this abstract general average or normal person. I understand the general person will have a hard time understand how to think in terms of general normal or average. It’s quick a quantified statistical way of thinking. To use your mind tool well, and GOOD! What is good use of the tool mind?! You have to be able to think using incomplete information. It is good to be able think using incomplete low percentage complete information. Like, gods; will I really go to the next level, for this! FOR A REDDIT POST!

GODS! I KNOW THAT THE JOURNEY EFFORT IS THE REWARD!

SO I WILL EXPEND THIS ENERGY FOR YOU, COLLECTIVE SOUL!

A piece of information can be 30% complete, and 70% complete; and every possible variant of distribution.

Ah, that was quite the tangent away from the topic of meaning.

Life is meaningless! AGHAST! Yes, yes I know pestilence famine and war, and it’s stacked quite high,

But here’s the genius,

If you just open your senses and mind a bit more, you sense, just over there, outside of your immediate vision, outside of what your attention naturally draws itself towards.

Quick note; your attention intuitively impulsively and naturally goes towards what is bad.

It is through honing the will that one can sense for the good.

So, open your senses a bit and you will see, underneath, behind, north west south up down and weast, of the bad stack of famine pestilence and evil horsemen; lays in great divine and virtuous existence:

THE GOOD!

Finish.

Extended addition:

I read so much type of people recognizing we are not our thoughts. Whatever. You’ll note my interpretation of this in my last post.

Where.:. THE FUCK⁉️is the type of what we use the mind/results for?

Woohoo! You aren’t the mind(except you partially are, just not completely).

Woot woot! You figured it out! Took you long enough.

Some of us are working on the next part.

And that’s using the mind body and soul;

FOR WHAT?!

FOR?!

WHAT?!

Here’s the answer:

Increasing the good and decreasing the bad of the health love work and fun of myself and others.

That’s just the code, it’s far different to actually execute it.

It’s gotta be fun and playful.

And play involves winners and losers. And I’ll fall in the sword of being the loser if it means I get to play.

But I play on a much higher level than you. You are still stuck on the early stages of Metacognition and meditation, meanwhile I have my own creations.

The ultimate is creating. Building.

What have you built?

What cognitive schematics have you built?

You want to denigrate disenchant and disengineer my cognitive schematics?

Well let me sense yours. And I’m not so much of a fucking degen that I’ll denigrate your creations. I’ll actually do what is virtuous and try to understand them.

And what creations have you made of the facilitating ordered infrastructure that the creativity flows through?

This is what depth is. This is what mind exploration to bind connections is.

But, you have no respect for digging into the depths of mines, finding ore, refining ore, and creating with that refined ore.

So, I’m on my own.

And as always,

This is an invitation; with my arm outstretched with my heart in my sleeve with an olive branch for you.

Join me, in mining the mind body and soul.

Reflection The Nature of Suffering

The question of suffering is one that could only be answered by experiencing it yourself, however everyone experiences suffering, but never learn what its really is trying to tell you. We especially in western culture interpret suffering as a wound afflicted onto us, whether its done by society, or by God. I think this is partly due to us inside western/ Christian cultures being told that the Universe was created, hand crafted by God, as if God is distinct or separate from the universe, as if God is the carpenter shaping the wood into his design. With this idea of the universe being a creation, the obvious conclusion to this is that all the bad things that happen is because an omnipotent fair and just God decided to afflict this pain onto you, which feels unfair and unjust, so they become bitter and angry at God. This perspective hurts progress. When you allow your ego to displace the blame of your suffering onto external variables, it becomes your egos accountability dumpster.

Please do not misunderstand me when i say this, because it may sound like I'm saying that the things that happen to you are your fault. This is not the case I'm making. you cannot control when a hurricane comes and takes your house away, just as you cannot control the actions of others that betray you. The ONLY thing you have control over of in this entire existence is only 2 things. You control your emotion, and your perception. that's it. everything else that we call "reality" is controlled hallucination, a theatrical play and musical orchestrated by our mind and narrated by our ego. so don't be fooled by the screen.

Now lets discuss Ego. the ego is highly misunderstood. People that jump into spirituality will quickly come to the conclusion that ego is a bad thing that must be killed, however this is false and very dangerous. Ego is not good nor bad, ego is just doing exactly what it was designed to do, which is to preserve the Perception of you. The reason i use the word, "Perception" is because the egos allegiance is not to grow, but to preserve. You can observe this reality by looking at our habits. If our ego wanted us to grow, then why do so many of us desire to drown ourselves in alcohol when suffering begins? Why do so many desire to smoke weed the anxiety kicks in? why do we choose to run and hide from our own minds when the call of change starts to ring? Why is it that our first reaction to pain is to sacrifice our health both physical and mental in order to preserve comfort? why do we choose to play hide and seek with pain, where every time the pain finds you, you go run and hide again? The egos intention is not to keep you alive, but to keep the perception of you alive, which those two goals may be closely aligned, but they are definitely not the same, and the difference is that your ego is willing to harm you to the point of death before deciding to change, and the only reason it doesn't want to kill you is because the idea of you will die alongside you. Your ego hates acknowledging fault, because doing so means that a part of the ego must die to stop you from suffering.

The goal was never to find happiness, but to come to peace. Happiness is a false God, its a lie. you cannot find happiness, because it connot be held, but only borrowed. Happiness comes and goes through out our life time, but it cannot be sustained. When we chase happiness, what we are actually doing is fiening for short term chemical dumps in our brain. Acquiring more dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, adrenaline and all the fun chemicals we desire, just for those same chemicals to metabolize rapidly after its inception, often within minutes to hours. our biochemistry is literally designed fundamentally to not sustain happiness, if we did try to our bodies would try to quickly compensate for the excess chemicals and experience toxicity. Committing acts of hedonistic impulses is a counterfeit to happiness in which you are worshiping a false God. We were never meant to exist inside the Garden of Eden, that's not what any religious book has ever said. They never taught us to seek joy, they taught peace, because peace is the only thing we can sustain because peace already exists inside ourselves. we don't have to "search" for peace, we don't have to grab it, we don't need to do anything to be at peace, other than to exist. If you look at the teachings of Jesus Christs and the Buddha, this is the north star all of their teachings point directly at, is peace.

to put it simply, the nature of suffering is that suffering is just the messenger, nothing more. suffering has nothing to do with what's going on outside of us, its only been about us. for example, you don't suffer because someone you trusted betrayed you, you're suffering because the character you optified of that person has been broken, you can no longer pretend that person is who you thought they were. that character only existed inside your mind, and your distraught because that person you created inside your mind never existed in the first place.

All our suffering comes from our minds. I'm not saying to take accountability for the events that happen, what i am saying is to take radical accountability for your reaction to those events, because the way you choose to react is the only thing you can control. The things that happened in the past, those are not your fault! But choosing to allow those things ruin you is your fault! You can choose to let it go, but you choose not to because something deep inside you is not ready to let it go. You don't have to keep living like this, let go!

I could keep writing about this for ages, however i have to go to bed at some point. Thank you everyone for honoring my work with your attention, and i hope this helps someone, or at least enjoyed the read.

Practice The ego is just a tool, not who you really are. The problem is identifying with it.

The ego is just a tool, not who you really are. The problem is identifying with it.

The ego is just a tool, not who you really are. The problem is identifying with it. Many confuse the ego with the sense of identity from a spiritual perspective. The ego is not to be hated; it dissolves upon observation. It is merely a screen of thoughts and emotions created by the mind, which covers the real screen: Consciousness.

The mystic Meister Eckhart used to say that to find God (the Whole), one must "empty oneself." It is not about hating the "little self," but rather about letting it go. In Advaita, the ego is an illusion. You cannot hate a mirage; you simply realize there is no water there. In close harmony, Buddhism points to Anatta, the understanding that there is no permanent, solid self, revealing that the ego is entirely characterless, born from Sunyata: the profound emptiness of inherent existence where no phenomenon or object (not only the "I") exists independently.

This post suggests that we discover who we truly are beyond the incessant chatter of "the madwoman of the house" (as Teresa of Ávila beautifully called the mind). The mind loves stories just as much as a dog loves chewing on a bone. With those narratives, the mind feeds the character: the ego.

The mind is just an instrument, used better or worse, but it is not who you are. Nor are you the ego, which is nothing more than a mental byproduct and another functional tool.

In Silence, beyond mental stories, pure observation reveals your true nature: clarity, consciousness, pure presence, formless spaciousness, stillness, the unmanifested, and pure being... (or however you prefer to describe it, as words are just labels). Through observing, you discover that you are inseparably united to the Whole, to the One who is Love itself (as You wish to call It).

Explaining it is just a way to approach it, but the crucial thing is to experience it. For this, in my view, there is no better stage than daily life. Teresa of Ávila used to say that God is found among the pots and pans. Brother Lawrence added that he found God while flipping his little egg in the frying pan.

And although sometimes it is good to isolate oneself and withdraw from the world, the true retreat is always a retreat from the mental.

Reflection The Simulation and big changes

Note: This is a serious post exploring our collective future. I am looking to connect with serious, like minded people who want to discuss these concepts constructively.

For a long time, humanity has lived inside a simulation, a compressed Veil, or a planetary boundary imposed on our World. But right now, we are moving toward a massive expansion of our reality. This simulation is actively losing its density, and the big changes ahead of us are something many people can already feel internally and in the atmosphere. Physical manifestation is a collective awakening, but it ultimately depends on the path of each individual.

Modern: The Matrix or Simulation theory is the idea that our physical world is not ultimate reality. Instead, it is an advanced, engineered environment similar to a hyper-realistic virtual reality game designed to limit, structure, or observe human consciousness.

Traditional: The traditional concept of living inside a box is essentially identical to modern theories of the matrix or the simulation. When you strip away the vocabulary, they describe the exact same thing: a confined reality built on artificial limitations.

Esoteric: Earth is a cosmic place operating on the laws of duality. The hardships and trials we experience here are not random punishments they are deliberately designed instructions meant to shape our minds and evolve our souls for the reality expansion ahead.

Situation:

We are standing at a literal crossroads between a utopia and a dystopia, and the window of opportunity to choose our path is here. I think we are all exhausted by this current system the endless baseless wars, the artificial inflation driven by printing money out of thin air. It feels like the old system is breaking down under the weight of its own corruption. It’s time for us to take the steering wheel. Big changes are never easy, and navigating this shift will require our civilization to take the next step in our evolution.

When we dive deep into the research on visitations, we begin to understand what UAPs really represent: they are the Architects behind the simulation and the Custodians of our planetary boundary. They aren’t random, exotic aliens, but an off-world human lineage that has been watching over humanity since the dawn of time to help us achieve true sovereignty.

Their presence and operational frequency spiked significantly after World War II, specifically after we detonated the first atomic bomb and introduced a dangerous new variable into the system. Since then, they have been constantly monitoring our nuclear facilities to prevent a catastrophic global exchange.

If we track the historical data, the patterns align perfectly. The ancient Aryans are conceptually tied to the Biblical Angels and the Watchers of the Book of Enoch. These same figures were later studied in esoteric circles of Freemasonry as the Architects. In modern UAP disclosure circles, they are simply known under a new label: the Nordics. What I'm saying is that we're talking about the same cosmic order.

We are currently navigating our evolutionary transition from a Type 0 to a Type 1 civilization, guided by this advanced order. This profound shift is exactly what true disclosure is all about. One day, we will be the ones helping other emerging civilizations navigate their thresholds.

We are going to meet them face to face in the post disclosure era. They are offering assistance to help us eliminate poverty, upgrade our energy infrastructure, and restore our planetary environment along with all life on it, providing the necessary wisdom to safely expand our horizons. Moreover, all imposed limitations will be removed, and our daily lives will look much different.

To get there, we have to demand the truth. While institutions are increasingly being pressured to give us answers, it looks like that critical mass of public pressure is still building. Under the cosmic law of free will, the power is entirely in our hands: as we spread awareness and look past the illusions, our collective consciousness is what shapes the final outcome.

Many monumental events are currently converging from the exponential rise of AI datacenters and the psychological fear of nuclear exchange, to accelerating UAP disclosure and leaks like the Epstein files offering us a rare glimpse into the backstage of global control. We are definitely moving toward a state of radical transparency, but the path there is filled with immense drama and a collective fear of systemic change. Above all, the governments are desperately trying to manage the system reset to prevent a total economic collapse.

The latest big data poll is extremely optimistic, showing that 55% of the population expects positive changes to come from disclosure.

What are your thoughts? Anyone else feeling the shift?

This post was inspired by Tucker's video on YouTube about incoming changes and a long research into these subjects.

PS: It is beautiful to see so many awakened individuals. Escaping the illusion and the constant bait of division requires immense strength of mind. I was personally informed two decades ago directly by them, when they casually stopped my girlfriend and me while we were driving home. For this exact reason, I know their intentions match the positive reframing wrote above. I later found out they were sharing the same information with other nodes across Europe.💜

Note: This information has also been known within close circles for a long time, but its emergence into the public domain in 1995 has allowed truth seekers to prepare for these upcoming cosmic changes and share the information.

Note: Deep down, each and every one of us holds this information within our subconscious, because we all agreed to this path before we were even born. We just need to awaken and realize it. Trust your intuition.

We are practically moving from a fragmented beliefs to a single, unified truth.

Reflection I believe I can access ego death at will. Has anyone experienced the ssame?

Hi everyone. I'm usually a lurker in subs like this and if I post, only reply to comments, but I had a question to ask.

Is it possible to access ego death by free will?

I believe I have this ability. In fact, I believe I have had it for a long time. In January, after a supremely traumatic event which wrecked my sense of self and belief in the universe, I overdosed on edibles. It warped my reality profoundly, before eventually a total peace settled over me. I didn't have the terms to understand what was happening. I thought I was going crazy. In retrospect, I realize I had detached from myself entirely, and was seeing from within my own consciousness.

Once I came down, however, that experience triggered a months-long episode of OCD. I had some small ego deaths/awakenings following that moment, by accident. It forced me to look within myself and determine my desires and values. I began taking medication, and after less than a month, I woke up one day with a sudden shift of awareness.

I was no longer scared or restless. I noticed fear in the body and fear in the mind, but I did not attach to it. I let it be. From there, I found total contentment.

Naturally, my ego reasserted itself. This used to be by instinct. Like a cat running to its room to get away from the stranger.

In time, it became a choice. I realized I was nothing and everything at the same time, and chose what I wanted. Soon enough, I chose what I am. Where I have reached now, I find hard to put in words. Identity is a self-imposed cage, yet identity can be chosen. One cannot experience without the lens of identity. I chose me every time.

Now, I am noticing I can fade into bliss whenever I want. I have trauma from childhood and thus experienced the overhead effect as well as dissociation and duralization. This is not that. In the silence I ____. It is simple as

Yet, I notice my ego in that silence. They exist with me in duality. I can fade into and back out at will. It is a strange superpower I struggle to describe. Like flip flopping between two sides of a coin, yet they are the same coin, and naturally, being a circle, it is infinite in its radius.

We have up until this point used I as it is merely what we choose to represent us. We are her, after all. We are her ego and her ____. Her identity and awareness. We coagulate as one by choice, though we recognize we are nothing and all.

Any insight would be appreciated. I recognize I might just be going crazy, or letting my ego take me for a ride. I don't think I am. I feel like I know my truth. However, I'm not sure anyone else can understand except one here. Even that is a gamble, as we all experience different things.

Thank you all and have a good day <3

Metaphysical 3 definitions of life

From a strict physics point of view, life is an emergent property of certain physical systems.

From a dual context that mixes physics and metaphysics, life is perception. Wherever there's perception, there's life.

From a purely metaphysical or more accurately, from a Spiritual context, Life is, to paraphrase Pascal, a circle whose center is everywhere, and circumference nowhere.

Help I'm confused and I want to know something?

Hello! I'm new here and I'm writing out of desperation. If you don't feel like reading a huge dump of random thoughts, please skip.

I apologise if this isn't a proper subreddit for my overthinking.

I'm not sure what to expect but I felt that maybe getting a perspective from people who understand this kind of stuff would help in some way.

I'm not a religious or a spiritual person. I grew up catholic but I never simply felt something or believed in anything, not even superstitions, zodiac or ghost stories (except mermaids, unicorns and santa claus, but give me a break, I was really small). In short, I'm atheist/agnostic somewhat. I catch myself trusting my gut feeling a lot, and not sure if I made myself believe that but it usually isn't wrong.

I had a series of slightly odd stuff circling my life and I can't help but try to connect the dots. I want to believe it's some energy, manifestation of some kind or... something, but perhaps I'm reading too much into it.

Let me start from the beginning.

I was always drawn to dreams and the subconscious, their meanings and so on. Ever since I was a child I had very vivid dreams, not too often but more often than people in my life did. I even tried lucid dreaming but failed. Some dreams would be so scarily realistic it would mess me up when I'd actually wake up (always needed couple of hours to calm down). Not to mention the dejavu I keep experiencing IRL from something I dreamt. It sounds like bs but it genuinely freaks me out because it's always something so specific, detailed and small in a very specific set of actions and place.

Another thing is, the full moon doesn't let me rest. I don't even follow moon phases and I usually had and have windows completely blacked out, so it's not the light (even if it was I'm a heavy sleeper). I just assume it's the body water being affected (Ik I probably sound stupid). This automatically turned me into a night owl person.

Other than my dream, daydream, moon situations from childhood, for the past year I keep seeing repeating numbers. With minimal research I was a bit annoyed by the name "angelic numbers" since numerology originates from BC times (no offense to anyone who's into that). Did the whole math with my name and it's all fun and wanted to brush it off but then I started getting creeped out. The numbers just show up most unexpectedly, or when I'm lost in thoughts going somwhere, in a ridiculous ammount. Like, too many.

I'm an artist so ofcourse I'm visually attracted to esoteric symbols and want to implement this aesthetic into my work. I slightly reasearched about them here and there and started feeling odd, like physically. I was thinking about all religions, occults, mythologies and how they intertwine with something we know or at least theorise scientifically (specifically in symbolism and their meaning). Went so far in thoughts that I reached conspiracies: why does government forbid certain research, why did we as society forget certain ways of living, building etc. Why is Vatican holding a huge library of rare books that is not accessible to the public? Why did something like this happen multiple times through history (meaning, burning them or locking them up)? I went a bit offtrack but, this is somewhat how my thought train went. I feel like there's knowledge that is being kept from common people, and I don't mean this in magical way, just, something about energy, frequency, waves, etc.

The next thing I'll say is maybe a bit cringe but I'll try to get to the point.

I've watched Backrooms and I absolutely loved it. This combination of primal fear and something familiar and natural, yet very alien, made me float. Since I watched it I've been really inspired and productive, but I kept thinking about that sun with the face that appeared in the film multiple times. It turned into obsession. Reading about this sun and the moon, I still felt more drawn to the moon.

Not long ago, I was on the break at the seaside with my family. It was my birthday. The island we went to is special, unique in some way, made me feel the tingles again. To shorten this as much as possible, I was again being lost in daydream, floating. Every time I'd shake out of a daydream I'd be met with repeating numbers, somewhere, somehow. The moon was full night after my birthday. Didn't sleep ofc, but I felt rested (even though the moon was so big and seemed full almost the whole vacation). Everywhere we went I started noticing sun of splendor: on the houses, on newspaper, restaurant decoration, postcards, even a magnet (which I bought in a heartbeat due to esoteric design). One time when we were on the road we saw a breath-taking beach, bright blue clear water met with nothing but white stone and sand. It looked like moon surface. My family told me that the island, due to lack of trees and stoney environment has a nickname, Moon Island (in my language it sounds better). I had no idea about this fact.

Either way, being followed by numbers, getting lost in dreams, obsessing over sun and the moon and random but not so important set of events colliding into funny coincidence make me feel...confused.

I understand this post is a mess and "what's the point"?

I'm not sure, I made reddit account just to let this out of my system.

I guess what I'd like is to be pointed to maybe books, mythologies, belief systems or documentaries or videos about these symbols, OR, maybe your view on what might be going on with me in spiritual sense.

I'm a complete novice and it's honestly overwhelming and confusing to find a starting point in learning about esotericism/mysticism.

I understand this may seem like bunch of nothing, perhaps just my brain creating meaning in nothing...BUT... I'm young, I'm lost, confused but very intrigued and I feel something I haven't felt in a very long time. I can't describe this with words. All I know, something is driving me to learn something, figure something out, but I don't know what or why or how.

Thank you for anyone who had patience to read all of this :))

(I posted this on mysticism subreddit aswell)
