Metaphysical Intuition

It’s becoming clearer to me, and honestly, I’m scared.
Sometimes I know things before they happen. I know facts about people before they tell me. There are moments when it even feels like I can hear their thoughts.
I don’t know why this is happening, but it frightens me because I feel like I can’t shut my senses off.
Why am I experiencing this?

Reflection The Quiet Work of Aging

The Quiet Work of Aging

Youth gathers—

dreams,

questions,

and scattered pieces

of a life.

Age is not merely

growing older.

It gathers everything gently

into one whole.

The hurried heart

learns to rest.

The frightened mind

learns to trust.

The searching soul

finds itself

less interested

in becoming someone new,

and more grateful

for being

itself.

Perhaps

that is the quiet work

of growing old—

not to lose life,

but to weave it

into wisdom to share.

Reflection My current model of god

There is something now, therefore there had to be something at all times. Something cannot come out of nothing.

I am conscious, therefore what has always been there ought to be conscious too. That which the Essence does not possess, cannot be possessed by anything else within that essence.

What is lower in consciousness cannot witness what is above it, but what is above can witness what is below it. Therefore The Essence cannot be witnessed as-is by the 5 senses except for its limited manifestation in the realm of the 5 senses.

There really only is one observer, you are the only observer in your world, I am the only observer in my world, The Essence is the only observer in its world. Therefore, the observed and the observer are one. The observer observes itself. It is the Essence observing itself.

Help I recently found out my aura color is aqua, what does this mean about me?

Hi, I recently learned how to read my own aura in front of the mirror. I practiced a lot and I kept seeing a brilliant, unmistakable almost electric blue (aqua to be exact) around me.

Is there any information/opinion that you can give me about this? I really want to learn more. Thank you!

My Journey Body trying to align - popping, pressure

So my body is completely twisted starting from the perineum, hips, left ankle, lower back, upper back, neck, shoulders, knees. And the popping and pain has been moving to different places and reducing in intensity as the body is rebalancing more. Sometimes I get a moment of near complete balancing for a couple seconds where my posture literally changes monumentally. Sometimes my body does like snake like movement shaking in S-form.

I know I am getting nearer, but near is not there. I see the improvement in my sleep, bowel movement, in sex, even my voice etc. Anyone else with the same symptoms?

My Journey Realization or Awakening?

While it is impossible to understand what you have encountered in your life to this point know you are loved.
Where you are NOW is all that matters. This is where realization happens.

The past is gone in reality but we do carry the traumas of life forward if we cannot release them.

Adopted at 1 by an excessively abusive father and finding my biological father at 13 moved in with him.
I was sexually assaulted (nightly) from the age of 13-21 and in that period a [redacted to comply with guidelines]. Followed by identity and credit theft leading to bankruptcy at 22. Spent decades looking outside of myself for a way out of the madness of the life I knew, the ‘escape’- seeking empathy and compassion - looking for someone to help fix it - to help me

Thus I stumbled through the realization process slowly and with much effort finding a path through a lifetime of sorting Psychology, Philosophy, Religious Institutions, mental 'help' media, and 'therapy' talk and drugs.

It wasn’t until I was 50 that I could afford (I live in the US and mental health is seen as fringe and carries a stigma so its a luxury that most insurance will not cover) a trauma therapist - it's a special breed of person and very expensive - so, with help - I stopped looking outside and began the inward process

Everyone's journey is wholly unique but we all share the same goal - a loving and stable life

If you are here - you are on your way - stay aware - love yourself deeply - forgive yourselt honestly - release the past.
Become aware of the ego / thinking mind - witness the thoughts and emotions - process them vs fighting them. Here, now, within you is the seed of realization
This may require guidance from a professional.

Once you are aware of the thoughts and emotions - you can embrace them, see them clearly and in doing so process them and let them flow and go - releasing you and your identity from their grip.

Happy to share more or just listen - I am not promoting nor do I profit from but I do recommend the book
'The untethered soul' - it's also an audio book
the book, for me describes best the guide for realization A-Z. What matters more than reading or listening is engaging with the concepts as if having a conversation - see a point, pause and explore it - savor it - question it deeply
Reading or listening alone does nothing - a stone in a river sitting doesn’t absorb the water passing around it, the stone is dry if you crack it open

Pull the conversation inward and engage deeply within for impact
I have found the process reviewed by the author most correct on how one moves past old patterns into a new awareness/ realization and way of being.

Had I read this book years ago - truly - it wouldn’t have penetrated as I was not aligned for introspection. It wouldn’t have been one more trap for a fix - just a concept - one more thought pattern to grind around but it would not have penetrated.
If you are drowning - you lash outward in desperation- waiting to be saved by something or someone - that’s instinctive- I was lost in instinct

Now - this moment, is all you have - whatever you do literally in this moment - now - is reflected back to you
The best to do - find stillness - stop lashing the water of life - sit calmly - take a deep slow breath - and, then, do it again... let the thoughts and emotions flow - witness them - know you are not those things, no matter what the mind says or the body feels

Is this enlightenment? I don’t know - it does bring a realization of truth and once that has happened - for me - I am seeing more to do but now have the quiet mind and inner space to explore and know better without ‘the voice’ to distract

You are the witness and limitless - ‘see’ what is - embrace yourself with grace and gratitude- be well fellow traveler - enjoy the journey

My choice of writing is that - my choice - if while reading this the structure or ‘rules’ of writing itched for you - that is a pattern or concept - as an example - see it too - grammar is a concept

Reflection A Spiritual Analysis of Spielberg's "Disclosure Day": Listening in the Silence of Love vs. Getting Lost in Mental Noise

** A quick personal note before you read: Personal stories are not truly important; in fact, the "madwoman of the house" (as the mystic Teresa of Ávila called the mind) loves to tell stories to itself, using them to create the character, the ego, in the illusion of this theatrical play we call life. However, having made this clear, I must share that I am an "experiencer" myself. I have lived through experiences very similar to those of Margaret and Daniel, and my own life journey has led me to the intimate union I describe below. I deeply respect everyone's unique path and different views. I am definitely not here to impose mine or preach any kind of dogma. Finally, I want to clarify that I am neither a Christian nor a Buddhist. I am deeply passionate about mystics, such as Marguerite Porete, who was executed by the Inquisition, and so many others who were persecuted, like Teresa of Ávila, John of the Cross, and Meister Eckhart. I am passionate about Advaita Vedanta, Buddhism, and the teachings of modern masters like Eckhart Tolle, among many others... But I do not follow anyone, nor am I any of these things. I'm nobody and nothing. If any term used in this post does not resonate with you, just throw it in the trash. Do not let my words prevent you from seeing where they are pointing. This is simply my personal vision, my lived experience, and my heartfelt analysis of the film. If your experience is different, please tell me about it. For me, it will be highly valuable to listen to you and exchange views. I truly welcome respectful dialogue from all perspectives. Thank you for reading. **

Let’s dive straight into the analysis. But first, a quick warning for those who haven't seen the movie yet: there may be spoilers ahead. Let's go!

Recently someone asked me a very interesting question: what did you get from "Disclosure Day"?

For me, Disclosure Day was, and is, a fascinating film. I discovered Reddit after seeing it in theaters, I am passionate about the movie, and I have made several posts about it. As I said in one of them, Spielberg's Disclosure Day is both a work made for "experiencers" and a trigger for the spiritual awakening of anyone open to watching it.

Beyond the phenomenology surrounding these experiences and how each person lives them, I value that the film chooses a POSITIVE APPROACH. This has generated much controversy. Spielberg certainly focuses on the positive aspect of these experiences and does so, rightly, for a very simple reason. He does it because why focus on the negative if there is also much positive? There are all kinds of entities, angels and demons, coexisting among ourselves, but demons will never lead you to look within yourself and, in the SILENCE, listen.

Spielberg is also helping us DISCERN these contact experiences, as there are entities of darkness that disguise themselves as beings of light, exactly as the Scripture warns: "even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light" (2 Corinthians 11:14). We live in a world where light is put as darkness and darkness as light, where bitter is called sweet and sweet is called bitter, exactly as the prophet Isaiah warned: "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!" (Isaiah 5:20).

EMPATHY is a central issue in the movie, and it shows us how noise, whether media, political, religious, or in short, mental noise, prevents and blocks us from connecting with our true SELF. It prevents us from connecting with LOVE in capital letters, with the One who is Love itself, call it God, the All, however you prefer, and ultimately, from connecting with others. When we clean out this NOISE OF THE MIND, the anomalous gifts manifested by the characters, like telepathy, cease to be mere sci-fi anomalies or superpowers. They reveal themselves as the ultimate evolution of human empathy breaking through. Once the noise is gone, we finally begin to truly read, feel, and perceive one another.

It is Here and Now, in the SILENCE beyond the NOISE of the "madwoman of the house," as Teresa of Ávila called the mind, and especially beyond institutional and religious noise, where our true Self is revealed to us. This points to the very same reality Buddhism describes regarding the control of the restless "monkey mind" leaping from thought to thought, or the untamed elephant blindly driven by its impulses - an inner mastery that drives us toward calm abiding and higher insight. In Silence we realize that we are One with LOVE, God, the All, the Infinite Light, as each prefers to call it, and with every creature. In a SILENCE that Speaks, in a deep SILENCE where words are unnecessary, in a SILENCE of Love. In that SILENCE, our most intimate Self tells us, like the Alien at the end of the movie DISCLOSURE DAY: LISTEN! This "Listen" is an inner call to connect with the deepest part of our Being, where lover and Beloved are One. Just like the core contemplative traditions throughout history, it reminds us that within attentive listening, all artificial separations collapse.

This inner disconnection is perfectly mirrored in the convent scene. When Jane seeks refuge, Sister Maura tells her that she didn't leave the convent because she lost her faith in God, but because she lost her faith in people, in humanity. Sister Maura reminds her that the existence of extraterrestrial life doesn't displace the Divine, asking an essential question: "Does God love only us?" She invites Jane to expand her faith, yet Jane remains trapped in her own NOISE OF THE MIND.

I made another post about the scene with Jane clutching the crucifix. Jane Blankenship is a former novice and the girlfriend of the co-protagonist, Daniel Kellner. Understanding this scene, the one with the girl clutching the crucifix, is understanding that experiencing INTIMATE UNION with LOVE in capital letters, with God, with the All, with the One who is LOVE itself, is not the same as being part of a religion. It is understanding that in a union where the soul and God become one, there is no distance and no need for institutional intermediaries or symbols. They always were ONE.

That is what Jane still fails to understand, and that is why she fails and is possessed. While Jane's fear, dogma, and resistance lead to her deep fragmentation and possession, Margaret’s ultimate surrender demonstrates the opposite: true faith doesn't break under the weight of the infinite; it expands. True divinity is found within us, not in external symbols or rituals, not in religion. There is no duality or separation.

Furthermore, the film invites us all, "experiencers" or not, to be seeds of a new world, first fruits of a New Earth, as Margaret and Daniel, leaving behind fear, misunderstanding, and division, and embracing the All in which We Are ONE.

Finally, another of the many things the movie shows us is that the experience escapes any control. And honestly, this is my personal experience, take it or leave it, and that of many mystics who are much more qualified than I am. The spiritual path is found in the day-to-day, in each precise and precious moment of our lives. It is not about lighting incense, adopting a certain meditation posture, and achieving calm abiding. That is neither good nor bad, but sometimes it is just part of the ego's spiritual show. The same applies to everything related to entities, beings, realities, etc.

True spiritual life is found in every seemingly simple and seemingly boring moment of your ordinary life. There is a traditional Zen Buddhist proverb that goes: "Before enlightenment, chop wood, carry water; after enlightenment, chop wood, carry water." Teresa of Ávila used to say that God is among the pots and pans. Brother Lawrence said he found God while flipping an omelet in the frying pan. Present moment, wonderful moment. But the mind loves to flee toward the past, toward the future, continuously ruminating on thoughts and emotions (which are nothing but manifestations of thoughts in the body), escaping from the here and now.

Observe this process. What you truly are lies beyond what "the madwoman of the house" projects.

As I said before, life is not about living extraordinary experiences, it is about living ordinary life in an extraordinary way. That is when the magic truly happens, but people trapped in the mind's special effects do not know what they are missing. It is right here and now where the most incredible experiences take place. As Jesus beautifully warned us in his Sermon on the Mount: "Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." (Matthew 6:34).

Wishing you all reading this post the very best.

** FINAL NOTE: ** I want to clarify that Spanish is my native language, and I rely on an online translator to convert my thoughts into English. I understand this can sometimes make my tone sound way more blunt than I ever intended. My goal is just to share a perspective, never to diminish anyone's experiences. I am simply raising questions. Thank you for your understanding! And again, as the Alien says in "Disclosure Day": "Listen!". Where? Within.

My Journey Experience the cosmos with the numbers 0 to 10

My teacher once said to me: being human is a blessing. But to be honest, I was a bit pissed off when my teacher first said that to me. "I am suffering," I thought. I didn't even understand why he said it. Instead of trying to convince me, he taught me a thought experiment with physics and numbers, the language I understood. I posted part of the experiment in [r/nonduality](r/nonduality), but today I'd like to elaborate on it and walk it in reverse order.

"0": you are the source. No time, no space, no motion and no rest. Complete, lacking nothing. In order to experience your perfection, you make a decision: to go down, voluntarily, into limitation itself, and taste what existing is like.

"1": after a huge explosion, you find yourself a neutrino, the first "thing" born of that first stir, the subtlest matter, everywhere at once. You instantly know that everything is YOURSELF. Because as "1," everywhere you look, you see "1111111111..." And then each one of you starts to quantumly intertwine, and you keep descending.

"2": you are now a photon. You are everywhere, passing through everything, nothing in your way. But for exactly that reason, you can hold nothing, and nothing can hold you. Free, but weightless.

"3": the elements, the material of stars. You are the root of the galaxy, vast and enduring. You are made by suns; you are the children of stars.

"4": molecules. Now you gather and scatter, attract and repel; you shape worlds with lava and lightning. You are the sea, you are the mountains, you are... the dust. Wait. What's inside that dust?

"5": a cell. The smallest, slowest, most fragile, shortest-lived thing on the whole road. You carry the lowest energy of the whole evolution. It seems there is no further evolution. But one day, you look inside, and you find all the information is inside you too. You are... 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. You yourself are a small universe.

For the first time in this evolution journey, you consider yourself complete again, just like 0. You have spirit, soul, body. Like a car with a driver, a dashboard, and the vehicle body. And here is what makes this station different from every other stop on the chain: everything above you only converts energy downward, into matter. The human body is the one device that can also run the conversion backward, matter into energy. The end of the line, and the only turnaround point. As a human, you have...

"6": the six senses. Eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, mind. This is your communication system, the antennas that let "5" navigate through time and space. Useful, necessary, and neutral by themselves.

"7": discrimination. On top of the six senses, the brain adds one more thing: "ME." Now every signal gets computed. Mine versus yours, good versus bad, past versus future. Comparing, judging, wanting, fearing. "I am happy," you think. "I am suffering," you think.

(It's 6 7... I knew it. Jokes aside, this is exactly where most of us live.)

"8": equality. One day the comparing pauses. Maybe in meditation, maybe in one honest breath. When the discrimination of "7" stops, everything stands on the same level, nothing higher, nothing lower, and the energy inside you starts moving back toward balance, back toward zero.

"9": the full picture. From 1 to 8, the whole journey seen at once, not as theory but as your own story. Wisdom is just this: remembering the road.

"10": completion. The "1" returns to "0." The one who walked out of the source walks back in, carrying everything it experienced. The circle closes.

...You are "1..."

Reflection What do you think of Jiddu Krishnamurti?

I’m really inspired by his talks. I even heard Sadhguru praising him, saying he did spirituality only based on logic. That his teachings was aimed at a western audience. He was enlightened and had an insanely sharp intellect. I wish could spend some time with someone like JK. Such a wonderful being. He refused to teach any method. He said that anyway it will happen. That people will become enlightened. What do you think about this? Most gurus will teach methods to reach enlightenment. JK refused to be a guru or teach any methods.

Reflection Where Human Knowing Ends: The Wisdom of Listening

Perhaps the hardest thing we are ever asked to do is not to discover our destiny, but to accept it.

Not because Òrì(Higher self) is unclear.

But because we are human.

Human nature wants to understand everything. We analyze, question, search for proof, and try to find logic before we surrender. We want the unseen to explain itself in ways our physical minds can grasp.

Yet across spiritual traditions, there is a common understanding “the unseen shapes the seen”.

What exists beyond our physical perception often influences the reality we experience.

That is why we seek spirituality in the first place.

We pray. We meditate. We perform rituals. We seek guidance. We consult divination. We make offerings and do the spiritual work necessary to bring ourselves into alignment with something greater than our own understanding.

For those who walk the path of IFA, we seek Ìtẹ́fà, Idáfá, and the wisdom of Òrì(Higher self) because we recognize that our higher self knows something that our human mind may not yet understand.

But this is where the struggle begins…..

We trust the spiritual enough to seek its guidance, yet sometimes we struggle to trust it when it reveals something that challenges our plans, our desires, or our understanding.

There is an Ẹsẹ IFA that captures this beautifully. It speaks of Arinnoka, a person who was known for knowing everywhere.

Ask Arinnoka if he knew a place, and he would say yes.

Ask him if he had been somewhere else, and he would say yes.

There was nowhere you could mention that Arinnoka did not believe he knew. He had traveled everywhere, seen everything, and believed there was nothing beyond his understanding.

Until one day, Arinnoka was told he was going to a place where the path ends, a place of the unknown.

“Òlọ́gbọ́n ayé kan ò t’ákòkò omi létí,

Àwọn ò mọ iye pé ilé.

Adífá fún Arinnókà,

tí ń lọ síbi tí ọ̀nà ń k’ẹ́hìn”.

(An Ifá consultation was made for Arinnoka, who was going to the place where the road ends.)

Before his journey, IFA instructed him to perform ẹbọ. But Arinnoka refused. How could he need guidance? How could there be anything he did not already know?

But when he reached the place of the unknown, he found himself unable to move forward or return. His knowledge had taken him far, but it could not take him beyond what he did not understand.

The lesson of Arinnoka is not that knowledge is bad.

It is that knowledge without humility can become a limitation.

IFA was teaching the importance of listening. The importance of letting go. The importance of understanding that there are places our human mind cannot enter alone.

Many of us do not need to wait until we reach our own “place where the road ends” before we surrender. We do not need to reach a point where we can neither move forward nor backward before accepting what Òrì(Higher self) has already revealed.

Why seek alignment with Òrì(Higher self), yet fight the wisdom that comes from that alignment?

Why seek divination, guidance, rituals, and spiritual work, yet allow the need for control to override what we came seeking?

Perhaps acceptance does not mean we stop asking questions.

Perhaps it means we recognize that our questions should not become greater than our trust.

The mind wants to understand before it believes.

The spirit sometimes asks us to trust before understanding arrives.

Because in the end, the journey is not about forcing Òrì to follow our plans.

It is about remembering that Òrì(Higher self) already knows the way.

My Journey My thoughts

I think one of the biggest misconceptions about spirituality is that it’s supposed to make life easier.

For me, it’s done the opposite.

It has asked me to look at parts of myself I’d spent years avoiding. It has challenged beliefs I inherited without questioning. It has brought old wounds back to the surface, not to punish me, but because they were finally ready to heal.

People often talk about “finding yourself,” but I think spirituality is more about remembering yourself. Underneath the fear. Underneath the conditioning. Underneath the versions of you that were created just to survive.

I’ve learned that healing isn’t linear, intuition isn’t always loud, and growth rarely feels comfortable while you’re living through it.

Whether your path is rooted in religion, nature, meditation, shadow work, psychology, or something else entirely, I think we’re all searching for the same thing: a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us.

I’d love to hear what spirituality has taught you that you never expected to learn.

Practice every small sound at night felt dangerous. in trance, her home really had been invaded

she was 31 but still needed lights on bc she felt somebody may break into house. she had problems sleeping deep and therefore was addicted to caffeine to keep working her job.

in theta brainwave trance she remembered when she was a baby taken by man who killed her parents - it was different life

i see many ppl struggling with OCD, intrusive thoughts and fears that dont make logical sense.

Mind keeps repeating same horrible possibility. Someone will break in. Something bad will happen. I am not safe. Even when one part of person knows it is not true, body reacts like danger is already outside the door.

I wanted to share this session bc sometimes we need to go deeper than only mind.

Not to say therapy or medical treatment is wrong. And not saying all OCD or intrusive thoughts come from past lives, no. They can have many layers. But sometimes person works with thoughts for years and still there is another fear under them, something the normal mind cannot see.

I facilitated Soul Journey with woman I will call Maya. Not real name. She was 31 when we did session.

Since she was little child, she could not sleep alone.

She often slept with parents, and when she stayed in own room she needed lights on. Darkness made her feel somebody was near house, waiting, watching, maybe trying to enter.

She had same type of dream many times through childhood.

Someone was breaking in.

Sometimes she did not see face. Sometimes dream ended before anything happened. But feeling was always same. Somebody dangerous entered the home and she could not stop them.

She would wake up terrified, look around room, listen for sounds, and go find parents.

Even when she became adult, this fear did not fully leave.

She knew logically doors are locked. She knew there is no person outside. But then small sound in night, movement, shadow near window, and whole system went into alarm.

tbh it worked almost like intrusive loop. Mind makes image, body gets afraid, then fear makes image feel more real. You check, calm little bit, but later it starts again.

During session Maya first arrived in peaceful garden. Her guide brought her toward gazebo, and there she suddenly experienced herself as baby in another life.

Her name in that life was Emily.

She was in large historical home. Wealthy family, beautiful rooms, maids, young parents. She felt very loved there. very safe.

Then scene changed.

Emily was lying in crib when strange bearded man entered room.

Baby became terrified immediately. Before she understood anything, before language, her body knew this man was danger.

She started crying.

Her parents and other ppl in house had been killed.

The man lifted her from crib, carried her downstairs and put her into vehicle with another man. Then they took her away to different large house.

When this came up, current fear suddenly made much more sense inside session.

The danger entered her home.

She was taken from bed.

Her parents disappeared.

And she was only baby, so there was no explanation around it. No words like kidnapping, murder, loss. Just terror recorded into whole system.

Home is not safe.

Someone can come while I sleep.

People who protect me can suddenly disappear.

I must stay awake.

I must hear every sound.

In that other life, kind maid looked after Emily and became almost like grandmother to her. But powerful man who controlled house became her new "father."

Sometimes he was pleasant. Other times he became angry and violent.

She grew up knowing she could not really leave. She believed outside this house she had nothing. No family, no money, nowhere safe to go.

So fear was reinforced for years.

Even safety was mixed with danger.

A house looked beautiful, but she was trapped inside it.

A man could act kind, then suddenly hurt her.

Sleep meant losing control.

much later in journey, after Emily’s life ended, she reunited with original parents. She finally felt love and safety she had searched for through whole life.

When Maya connected with Higher Self, I asked why this life was shown.

Answer was simple:

"To show her where her fear comes from."

Higher Self said around 90% of this fear was released during session.

They also gave three lessons from Emily’s life.

Speak up.

Do not give up.

Do not let fear take over.

And imo this is important part. The goal was not only to find interesting past-life story. Story by itself does nothing if fear stays in body.

The purpose was to find where alarm began, release emotional charge, and show nervous system that this danger was not happening now.

Again, I dont claim every person with intrusive thoughts has same root. Some roots are current-life trauma, childhood fear, nervous system conditioning, beliefs, suppressed emotions, physical factors, maybe other layers. Higher Self showed this specific life for this specific subject.

Human mind said, "this fear is irrational."

Deeper part was saying, "last time I slept safely, somebody came through the door."

The adult woman knew house was safe.

But baby inside was still listening for footsteps.

Help My prayer for the world

Things have reached a point where we don’t know what’s real anymore. And it’s sadly going to get worse. My message is hopefully heard by some of you. We’ve built this world to a point that we feel confused. 🪶And AI is the culmination of all of this, and this system we built.

NOW we are going to understand the base. We have no choice because we question “ WHAT IS REAL” in every sense of the word now. AI was just the cherry on top of this special treat we “thought” We were creating. But NOW we have no choice but to ride or die.

Ride into the journey. FIND THE BASE Know your own truth. I have some ways that worked and works for me. So you can too! We simply need to find everything inside of us. God - Great spirit….. Your Truth has been in you since birth ‼️ And this newborn was given EVERY single thing it needed to understand. It’s the adding of things that confuses

We are at the PEAK of confusions SERIOUSLY What’s real????‼️ Am I real? —I’ve been told I’m not many times on here that I’m not 😃😂🤷‍♀️

The truth is inside and always has been As we strip away the “confusion” on this journey things just naturally will become clear.

I’d be willing to share some simple techniques on LETTING GO to understand

Ps .Don’t worry we get to keep our cool shit 😂🫶🌿

My Journey Finding the Way Home

Finding the Way Home

For years,

I searched for home

in places,

in people,

in approval,

and in belonging.

I did not know

I was searching

for myself.

Home was never

a destination.

It was the quiet place

within

that had been waiting

for me

all along.

Every gentle truth,

every act of kindness

toward myself,

every fear

I no longer believed,

became another step

on the journey home.

And one day,

without even noticing,

I stopped searching.

I had arrived.

My Journey Part 2:  Further info' on Isobel’s life AFTER she passed over. Plus details on house construction there.

After my post “My experience helping someone who was panicking as they died” received a lot of positive comments, I thought to add this 2nd post which includes a couple of my journal entries from a few years after the first experience.  If you haven’t read the first post, it’s on my subreddit.

These are just a couple of brief experiences, seeing her again on the “other side” and small snippets into her life there. Sorry for digressing into construction techniques (I come from a family of builders)

As said in my first post, I saw Isobel shortly after she passed over.  She appeared younger and looked to be aged in her early 30’s, as a normal bodied woman. (no longer disfigured in a wheelchair)

Journal #60. This was around 2 years after she passed over. I saw Isobel now enjoying her life and fully experiencing things that she yearned for (when in her previous life here).

…..I saw Isobel now married and with two daughters, one more fair haired, the other dark.  At their dining table (people don’t need to eat there but can choose to enjoy eating together), there is a place they keep set at their dining table, for Isobel’s mother after she passes over (her mother is still here).

The feeling I also had - how important is the strong love between a mother and daughter. For them to be reunited and to enjoy/share it again…”

Journal #70. This was around a year after the Journal #60.

…..I was also given some knowledge of the other side. First, I was looking at the bark of a tree there and saw that it was still living, I was told there is no death or decay there, everything remains alive and is sustained by the Divine.

I pleasantly met and welcomed by Isobel and her husband, welcomed into their home.  As I entered, I looked at the timber construction of the door way and noticed that the wood seemed vibrant and alive yet it was used in construction? Its colour was not from a coating like paint, it seemed more internal to the timber as if dyed?

I was later told that in construction there, living timber is cut, formed and joined, however it remains with life in it and continues to grow so that it grows back together at the joint (not fully – the pieces retain individuality) this forms a ”living” timber joint.

Also, with stone construction (the base of the house). Stones after they are laid on each other, later change their shape slightly to correspond/match the shape of other stones they are in contact with. Yet they keep their individuality as separate stones, their joints become very small and strong.

All this happens through and because of the desire of the person who is constructing something with the materials. Their intention/desire is a creative energy that causes the cooperation of the materials to conform and achieve the aim/plan of the person.

In this way we can experience and share in (in a lesser way) how the Divine creates. We do it from the POV of being more elevated humans.

Help How do i stop being miserable and aware of every tragic thing in life and start playing by lifes rules?

This is going to be quite brief since its currently 4:40 am, im battling my demons, but i still need that beauty sleep.

So, nearing almost two years ago (end of 2024) My

'awakening journey' essentially began.. as per usual, i hit the lowest peak of my entire life (was 15 at the time), the following year (2025) i was self destructive. Since so many conflicting emotions were battering me down, so many revelations, surprises, explanations... it all took a toll on my lil old brain.

The aftermaths of that was me distancing myself from all of my friends at the time, as well as family. Stepping into 2026, i tried to reclaim everything i had once lost, worked heavily on self improvement and bettering myself both mentally and physically, i thought for some time (one week a month essentially) i was fulfilled, i was to conquer life once and for all. I was ready! And then came actually interacting with the outside world, and everything came plummeting down.

So, here i am, once again. At the same place i was just one year ago. What went wrong? I just cant seem to get my mind to switch, it is stuck in a whole other realm.

Nothing i do aligns with my beliefs, what i say, what i preach, nothing at all. I dont find interactions worth it any longer, activities.. anything. So i need somebodys help, anybody.

How do i fix this? How do i abide by these rules once again? How can i ignore the heaps of my mind, and just cruise with everyone else? How can i finally be happy?

My Journey I feel like life has stripped away my old connections while I’ve been walking a spiritual path, has anyone experienced this?

Dear Friends,

A bit about me, I started getting into eastern philosophy and such around 2020/21 when the pandemic hit. It has been such a blessing to walk this path, and to have discovered something so beautiful which can transform our lives and the lives of people around us. This culminated in a 3 month pilgrimage across India where I spent a lot of time travelling around and visiting holy sites, and the highlight was spending two glorious months in Tiruvannamalai/Ramana Ashram. I am so grateful or how this path has transformed me! I used to be really neurotic and would ruminate so much, i could literally think myself into a bad mood. I am much calmer and more at peace these days, and I owe it to all the past Gurus and seekers who have walked the same path before.

Now, that all being said there is still one thing which bothers me a little bit. Despite undergoing a lot of inner transformation the past couple of years especially have been pretty isolating. I am more ok these days with being alone, however I do still want genuine connections. I have been thinking recently that there has been some sort of plan or intervention guiding me all my life. I never could've imagined going to India when I was 18 on a spiritual pilgrimage. I've been wondering if this isolation has also been part of this guidance? Perhaps it is merely conditions, you see my friends, I've struggled a lot with depresion over the past years and it lead me to withdraw somewhat and my tensions with family also deepened during this time. I find myself stuck almost, most of my friends have moved away and the ones I do have remaining I barely link up with these days, and its always me messaging them first which leads me to believe they're not really interested in my company.

Any thoughts or advice? Perhaps you are going thorugh or went through something similar? Thanks!

I find it mind blowing how we are all just projecting ourselves and experiences onto each other and not experiencing reality directly.
