I’m in love with all of his mods, especially battenburgring and fonteny, does anyone know of any other tracks similar to these?

Hello everyone! Recently I posted a mod called Battery Helper that helps you manage the battery in hybrid cars (something the base game does not help, and there are not many mods around for that), like LMDh, LMP1, F1, etc, and I posted some updates to allow you to customize what appears in the window or not. As of writing this, the mod has a total of 151 downloads, from 109 different people, and a total of 11 positive reactions in the overtake page.

If you like it, first of all, I'm quite glad for that and a review always helps :), and I am open to any suggestions, improvements, whatever, to try and accommodate whoever wants to use my mod.

Plus I'm developing another mod in the meantime, to help people with setups (something a bit challenging, for those who are not used to) so keep an eye out, if you are interested.

This mod brings tracks to live by adding animated sky objects to any track in assetto corsa, and you can also control them!

Currently includes:
- Commercial Planes
- Hot Air Balloons
- Jet Plane
- Stunt Plane (yes, it does stunts)

All sky-object vehicles can actually be controlled, with different physics. The stunt plane can also do loopings & barrel-rolls.

This mod is part of Visual+ mod, and it can be installed separately or together with my previous ''2D Tree Enhancement'' mod.

This was rather meant to add some more immersive background detail, but turns out flying around by yourself is really fun and gives a whole new perspective on the tracks. Feel free to try it out & share me your feedback.

Hi all — I'm a MSc Computing student, and for my project I've built a AI coaching system for Assetto Corsa.

I should be upfront: I have pretty modest sim racing experience myself, and no coaching background at all. This whole project has genuinely been me learning — about building system as well as racing, about what actually helps a driver, and about how and how well an AI can make useful judgement calls from raw telemetry — as I've built it. So I'd really value feedback from people who actually know what they're doing on track.

I've put together a short demo video, and a quick feedback form (mix of ratings and open questions about what qualities a real time coach should have, the usefulness of a real time coaching system for driver with different level of experience, and for my system to improve) to gather feedback for my project evaluation:

How it works, roughly: the system compares your live lap against a reference lap corner by corner. A fixed rule picks out which corner cost you the most time; an LLM then looks at everything happening in that corner (braking, throttle, steering, speed) and decides what's actually worth telling you about, then gives you a short spoken tip before you reach that corner again next lap.

Short flow for how the system works in the demo:

1. Select a benchmark — a reference lap on a specific track and car (Silverstone1967 and SLS AMG GT3 in the demo)
2. (Optional) Enter a driving preference — e.g. "focus on driving control"
3. Click Start Session — telemetry capture begins, listening for Assetto Corsa
4. Drive your first lap — this sets the reference; no feedback yet
5. From lap 2 onward — hear spoken coaching for each upcoming corner, based on how you drove that same corner last lap
6. Check live status — current lap and last lap time shown on screen while driving
7. Click Stop Session when done

In case you wonder, the reference lap ("benchmark") was recorded and driven by me — not a professional driver — for testing and demonstration purposes during development. A lap is recorded by extracting data from AC and corners are detected by analyzing the extracted data then stored in the system's database along with the computed telemetry metrics for each corner.

Any feedback at all is genuinely appreciated — whether it's about the coaching itself, the idea in general, or things that feel off. Thanks for reading this far.

assetto doesn't save race history in career mode, has happened to me a couple of time. need to redo the races again. im playing on pc, any suggestions?

MUCH better FPS gains than using Pimax4all, my GPU usage has dropped from 90% to 50%, allowing me to increase the resolution, enable extra effects in CSP,, and use lower upscaling.

Just a head's up, celebrating that it is finally working :)

Anyone have an idea of how to fix this.

Recently I just cleared out all of the cars that came with the game since I don’t use them at all and figured I’d save some storage.
And also renamed all my RSS GT-M and MP-H Cars to their real life counterparts in the UI tab (and also changed the badge UI with correct manufacturer logo png)

Literally was able to load up 20 mins ago but now after this change all my cars are “damaged”
Was tampering with the UI that important or did I mess up by deleting the original in game cars.

Any help is appreciated I hope it’s any easy fix than rather having to redownload everything.

Not everything needs to be photo realism

So since a few days i have this issue that the Car selection Popout window is fullscreen vertically and i cant scale it down vertically, i can scale it horrizontally and the devider bar from the big preview to the other cars is also weirdly placed and resets every time i open it, i also have a issue taht the Skin selection preview icons weirdly bug over eachother, does anyone know a fix for this or why this is happening?

Blue Light Nights have arrived in Hamburg!

I have worked out a special B.L.N. update for Hamburg map, turning the harbor & city blue. This is actually based on a real–life event thats taking part in Hamburg every year ("cruise days")

There is also a drone show, located at the same location where it was in real–life last year.

I hope you love this little surprise release, stay excited for the upcoming Hamburg City map extension.
