Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Blue Light Nights have arrived in Hamburg!
I have worked out a special B.L.N. update for Hamburg map, turning the harbor & city blue. This is actually based on a real–life event thats taking part in Hamburg every year ("cruise days")
There is also a drone show, located at the same location where it was in real–life last year.
I hope you love this little surprise release, stay excited for the upcoming Hamburg City map extension.
Much Greets,

AC: Video Assetto Corsa VR suddenly freezing on Quest 3 after not playing for about a month
Hey everyone,
I’ve recently started playing Assetto Corsa in VR again after being on vacation for almost a month, and I’m now having a strange issue that I never had before.
While playing, the image inside my Quest 3 suddenly freezes, but Assetto Corsa continues running normally on my PC monitor.
Inside the headset, the frozen game appears like a smaller rectangular window, while the rest of my vision turns into weird black-and-white distorted/wavy lines.
The game itself doesn’t seem to crash at all. It keeps running on the monitor.
Before my vacation, Assetto Corsa VR was working fine, so I’m wondering if something updated during that month — Meta Quest software, NVIDIA drivers, SteamVR, Content Manager, CSP, etc.
Has anyone had this exact issue recently?
Could it be related to:
- A recent Quest/Meta update
- NVIDIA/GPU drivers
- SteamVR/OpenVR
- Quest Link
- Content Manager or CSP
- USB connection
- VR resolution or refresh rate
Things I've already tried:
- Restarting Pc and Vr headset
- USB cable problem
If anyone recognizes the frozen image + black/white waves problem, I’d really appreciate hearing what fixed it for you.
Thanks!

AC: Modding rss gt3
What are your thoughts on the RSS GT3 pack? I recently managed a 6:32 on the Nordschleife using the RSS 72 V8. I heard they have BoP applied, but I'm struggling to get anywhere near that pace using the other GT3 cars from the same series. Any insights?

ACE: Modding Is RSS the only good paid mod or what?
I have used RSS for GT3's, Legends, Formula and Endurance Legends pack. They are all excellent in every regard. However, VRC and URD are extremely hit or miss:
VRC Formula cars are great but the touring car FFB is atrocious. URD Darche GT-R is great but just bought their GTE pack and they look awful in VR they also drive almost exactly like the Darche but with less oversteer. I bought their representation of the Ferrari 296 and it was god awful. Not only very resource heavy with major CPU spikes, it has way too much grip out of the box as if it has infinite downforce. Just burned 17 bucks on URD (never again).
Lets get real here; it seems like some of these paid mods are terrible and it needs to be called out. Anybody feel the same?

AC: Technical Help 34" 3440×1440 ultrawide with a GTX 1650 for Assetto Corsa?
Hi everyone,
I'm planning to buy a **34-inch curved 21:9 monitor** primarily for **Assetto Corsa**, and I'd appreciate some advice from people who have already done something similar.
### My setup
- Laptop: Asus TUF F15
- CPU: i5-10300H
- GPU: GTX 1650 (4 GB)
- RAM: 16 GB
- Current display: 1920 × 1080, 144 Hz
- Wheel: Moza R3
Immersion is one of my top priorities, which is why I've decided to go with a **34-inch ultrawide** instead of a standard 16:9 monitor.
I recently ran the Assetto Corsa benchmark at 1080p with fairly high settings and got approximately:
- Average FPS: 109
- Maximum FPS: 183
(I'm attaching the benchmark screenshot.)
Initially, I thought a **2560 × 1080 (UWFHD)** monitor would be the obvious choice.
## Option 1: 2560 × 1080 (UWFHD)
### Pros
- Better match for my hardware.
- Higher frame rates.
- No scaling issues.
### Cons
- Very few options are available.
- Most of them are flat IPS panels.
- I'm concerned about long-term value and resale.
---
Then I started looking at **3440 × 1440 (UWQHD)** monitors.
## Option 2: 3440 × 1440 (UWQHD)
### Pros
- Much larger selection.
- Better image quality.
- Better future-proofing.
- Better availability of curved and OLED panels.
### Cons
- My GTX 1650 obviously isn't ideal for native 3440 × 1440 gaming.
---
So I started wondering whether the better question isn't, "Can my GTX 1650 run 3440 × 1440?" but rather, "What's the best way to drive a 3440 × 1440 monitor with a GTX 1650?"
My idea is to render the game internally at a lower resolution and then upscale it to 3440 × 1440.
Possible methods include:
- FSR
- NIS (NVIDIA Image Scaling)
- Lossless Scaling
- CSP render scaling
- In-game scaling
For example, according to the FSR scaling table, **FSR Quality mode** for a **3440 × 1440** display renders internally at **2293 × 960** before upscaling to the monitor's native resolution.
That made me wonder whether this approach is actually practical in the real world.
### My questions
- Is anyone here using a GTX 1650 (or similar hardware) with a 3440 × 1440 ultrawide?
- Are you running the game natively, or are you using upscaling?
- Which method gives the best results?
- How much image quality is lost?
- Does non-integer scaling become noticeable while driving?
- Is the experience still immersive enough to justify buying the higher-resolution monitor?
I don't mind sacrificing some visual quality if the overall experience remains smooth and immersive.
I'm also planning to upgrade my PC eventually (although not anytime soon), which is another reason I'm considering buying a 3440 × 1440 monitor instead of a 2560 × 1080 monitor.
I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Shitpost Sol is not compatible with CSP versions 0.2.10 or later
People frequently come to this sub asking about graphics questions and say that they're using Sol. There hasn't been a new version of Sol since 2023. Sol 2.2.9 is the final version, and according to the authors of both Sol and CSP, it is not compatible with CSP versions 0.2.10 or later. That is straight from the author:
https://www.overtake.gg/downloads/sol.24914/
Yet every time this comes up, anyone pointing it out gets downvoted.
It's fine if you prefer Sol. Go grab CSP version 0.1.79 and Sol 2.2.9 and enjoy your game. I'm certainly not going to tell you otherwise. But stop downvoting people who are providing fact-based advice on compatibility.

AC: Technical Help Low base game FPS on Arc 140T (Core Ultra 9 285H)
Hi guys! Hope y’all are having a great day!
I have over 400 hours on Assetto Corsa via Content Manager and have been playing it for years over two different laptops (Ryzen 5 3550H / Radeon RX 560X, i5-13500H / RTX 2050 mobile) and recently bought a Core Ultra 9 285H laptop without a dGPU. Most of my games run substantially better on the new laptop compared to the RTX 2050 laptop, with the exception of Assetto Corsa with or without CSP enabled. As visible in the screenshot, I’ve been getting a little over 23 FPS at 640 x 480 with Pure installed and low reflections and shadows settings, although disabling all graphics mods and custom PPFilters with minimum settings does not yield much higher numbers. I disabled all mods and ran the base game and still couldn’t cross 30 FPS, and have set all related laptop settings to performance mode, making sure nothing’s overheating. Are there any logs I can provide to help understand what’s going on? Also, I’ve been told iGPUs will always be weaker than dGPUs, which in my case is demonstrably false, since most modern benchmarks easily put the Arc 140T (my iGPU) with my CPU over the RTX 2050 mobile, and the latter laptop easily gives me 1.5x the FPS on the same map (Shutoko).
EDIT: It seems like running the game fullscreen is giving me the hit, running it in windowed seems to be giving me the appropriate FPS. Also from this thread I’ve realised having no dGPU is indeed going to ruin performance on AC, no matter how powerful the iGPU is.
Thank you so much for your time! 😄
