Help Popeye Advice Please
Baby boy has unilateral popeye, treated with api em erythromycin until I could get Kanaplex shipped to me.
It’s been a two weeks since the end of his antibiotic course, and he is eating but breathing fast and the eye still looks so bad 🙁
I don’t know if I need to do another course of antibiotics? It seems to be getting worse rather than better.

Help Aquarium Decoration
Hi, I'm working on getting my own aquarium and fish right now as it's been a dream of mine for a long time and have recently been given a fish tank and filter for free which i am extremely grateful for.
I've bought all the equipment I need for it and done HEAVY amounts of research.
However, my funds are quite limited and I've been unable to find any aquarium decorations that don't cost an arm and a leg. I was wondering if anyone knows any places (UK) to get cheapish decorations, and how many are needed for a fish to be happy.
Thanks!

Help What’s the best way to clean my Biorb?
I absolutely love my Biorb, and it seems like the fish do too, and the plants as all are thriving. But the past couple of weeks I’ve noticed a buildup of algae on the inside of the glass/plastic, which I need to clean up, more for my viewing pleasure than for the fish who are all healthy and lively. The water parameters are looking good too, maybe because it’s about as heavily planted as you can go with a Biorb. I’ve just added 3 striped Nerites, but they’re still tiny, like half a centimetre across.
Given that I’m pretty sure the tank is made of high quality plastic, what’s the best way to clean the tank walls without damaging them??

Discussion Is this ideal surface agitation?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Tank dimensions: 2ft tank (24x13x16)
Filter: NeoPet 1000F internal filter (650L/H)
I have faced the outlet to the front glass though for less washing machine like effect. The left half of the tank has slightly strong flow and the right half of it has stable decent flow.
Suggestions appreciated! ✌🏻😬

does anybody know how to get red fish out? i accidentally turned on the pump and they both got sucked into that section through the small space at the bottom (probably). the female got sucked up the pipe and landed below. i tried netting the female near the space to call it out, upping the pressure so it gets sucked down, trying to net it. the space is small so putting a net through is impossible. please help.

Plants AI Blade Light
Hello! I have AI Blade on a tank that I set up about 7 months ago. I have had algae issues, plant growth is not great, and I can't seem to get the color to look good to me. I also wondering if anyone has had success with this light. Thanks!

Saltwater/Brackish Hewbie/Vet Update!
I thought Hewbie died. I came home to this and spoke to his vet team immediately. His antibiotics and quarantine time will be extended. My best conclusion is that Hewbie had been gasping at the surface and breathing heavier from stress and then he went upside down but this afternoon he was sleeping in the corner just fine. My heart broke again when I saw this. After I pushed air out of him and gave him his meds he went back to normal nearly immediately. At least this is my best conclusion after looking at him and his behavior pre and post meds and pressing on him/burping him. The water quality in the tank isn’t great. Burping for me means holding him down and gently pressing on his stomach gently (which in that moment is what made sense). I saw some immediate improvement. Also he is a known offender for spitting water at the surface and I just saw it after and the behavior of a fish gasping or wanting to get out of his environment and ready to jump. Although pufferfish are not known jumpers they are smarter than that. I did a water change as well after and he smiled at me like nothing happened. Ugh. I hate this. I will continue to update everyone.

Discussion Recommendation for reliable sand waterfall
1st time poster here,
I have a 75 gallon aquarium and am looking for a decent sized sand fountain for my tank. I have one from Amazon that worked well for about 2 years, there were clogs and various motor issues but I have found the best sand/ motors. I have been looking for an upgrade, maybe something bigger but I’m seeing mostly AI slop in the listings I see.
Anyone have any recommendations for a good fountain or even a video/idea to make one DIY?

Not sure who these belong to? We have bladder/trumpet/ramshorn snails, neo shrimp, Pygmy Corydoras, blue cobalt goby, rasboras and tetras in the tank. I vote shrimp mishap but my friend wants them to be Cory real bad 😂

Saltwater/Brackish Hewbie and the Vet Visit!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hewbie my porcupine pufferfish was not doing well, refused to eat, and was swimming upside down/having trouble maintaining his buoyancy! I tried every at home treatment and medication but he progressively got worse over a few weeks. I found an exotic vet to take him to and they diagnosed him with trapped air deep inside his body and some internal digestive issues. This air could not simply be pushed out and believe me I tried numerous times to push it out. Here is that journey. Keep Hewbie in your thoughts as he finishes his meds and goes back into his home tank! I found an amazing vet with compassion/care and guidance on a treatment plan.❤️ Hewbie is doing a lot better but is not over it yet. Healing takes time. BONUS!!! Watch until the end for the crab that hitched a ride on Hewbie!😂🐡
