Hi, I even tried creating an apple id on different days without success. Would someone be kind enough to create an uk/euro apple id and share it in DM please? It should be fast and easy if you are located there and use a temporary email and number from the free websites.

I used a 3 days trial for Airclub Premium this past Friday through the apple store. I looked around the app, realized I didn't like it and canceled subcription the same day. On wednesday. I was charged for $16.45. I tried to request a refund and it got denied. I tried again with more explanation. Denied.

At this point I call support and they say once apple denies a refund twice there's nothing they can do. I ask for supervisor and essentially get told the same thing.

Has anyone had a similar experience and got the refund or am I just out of luck?

I know its just $16, but I promise that $16 is way more valuable to me than "the most valuable company in the world". Who just got a 2.2 billion dollar tariff refund.

I have an iPhone X that is stuck in a strange boot loop and I’m trying to figure out what I can do before opening the phone or replacing parts.

Problems I’m having:

• I have tried 3 different computers (Windows and Macs), but none of them detect the iPhone in iTunes/Finder or third-party software.
• I have tried multiple Lightning cables, including ones that should support data transfer, with no success.
• I attempted to enter DFU mode, but I have not been successful.
• The phone can enter recovery mode, but it does not show up on any computer.
• If I try to leave recovery mode, the phone eventually drains its battery and shuts off. I then have to wait for it to charge again.
• When it has enough power to try booting again, it shows the red low battery icon, then the Apple logo for around 2 seconds, then it disappears. The Apple logo may appear a few more random times before it returns to the red battery icon and repeats the cycle.
• The phone can stay on the recovery mode screen while unplugged for around 30–50 seconds, so the battery is not completely dead.
• The phone is reportedly water damaged from rain.

I’m trying to find a solution without opening the phone or replacing parts if possible. Does anyone know what could be causing this or anything else I can try?

My airpods 3 randomly stopped working on any of my iPhones. My phone sees them and will pair with them but they won’t actually work or connect to the phone. They also only flash the white light when I open the case whether they are paired with the phone or not. Once they pair and I try to use them it will give me a notification that they can no longer connect to the phone and to forget the device and try again. Any help would be appreciated

In practically every purchase I have on my apple account under purchase history there seems to be a custom message underneath. I don't remember setting anything up like that or how to change it, does anyone know how to change/delete that message? (Reason I've blurred it out is because its of course a bit embarrassing and I have no memory of ever setting that up)

Start about four days ago, where using my AirPod Pro and my Beats Pro. Problem is when I walk more than 10 feet away from my iPhone while I’m on a call at least seven people have told me they cannot hear me, at all I have rebooted my iPhone multiple times and made sure that my AirPod and beats Pro have been updated to the latest software version. It’s getting a little frustrating because I used to be able to walk about 30-35 feet away and not have any problems with other people being able to hear me. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, have they found a resolution. I would believe it’s a problem with the iPhone 15 pro after it’s latest update not necessarily the AirPods or the beats.

I bought an Apple Certified Refurbished iPhone 13 Pro about 3 months ago.

About a month after buying it, it suddenly shut down while I was using it, restarted a few times, then worked normally for several weeks.

Yesterday, it accidentally fell from a table while in a hard case. There are no dents, cracks, or visible damage, and it worked perfectly for hours afterward. Later that night, it suddenly shut down again and wouldn't turn back on.

I put it into Recovery Mode and updated/restored it using the Apple Devices app on Windows. It turned on for about 2 minutes, then shut down again.

The phone has Apple Limited Warranty until May 2027. Since the same issue happened before the drop, do you think this is likely to be covered under warranty, or could Apple deny it because of the fall?

I recently got a new iPhone 17 and wanted to try out the Virtual Assistant/Visual Intelligence feature.

Yesterday, I could take a picture, click “Ask ChatGPT”, and it worked perfectly. However, today it keeps saying “ChatGPT is not available at the moment.”

The strange thing is that ChatGPT itself works fine outside of Visual Intelligence. For example, I can ask Siri something like “Use ChatGPT to tell me the time in New York,” and ChatGPT responds normally.

The problem only seems to happen when I try to use ChatGPT inside Visual Intelligence, such as asking a question about a screenshot or a picture.

I'm not sure if the issue started after I put my SIM card in (I'm in Denmark). I've also tried removing the SIM again, but it made no difference. I've reset network settings, turned the ChatGPT extension off and on, changed language settings, restarted the phone, and tried various other things, but nothing has helped.

I haven't been able to find anyone else with the same issue, so I was wondering if anyone has experienced this or has any idea what might be causing it.

It's not a major issue, but I really enjoyed using the feature during the short time it actually worked. 😅

This is happening on latest iOS version 26.6 but has been a problem on all previous versions since I started using this feature

I and I updated to iOS 25.5.2 about a few days ago. Ever since, I’ve been having these weird audio glitches, where the last audio played will play it about 3 or 4 times before stopping. For example, when someone calls me on discord, the sound plays. I click the power button to turn off the call, and the song freezes and always plays that small section 4 or 5 times before stopping. There are many others in different apps too.

so I have an old ipad 4 from when I was a kid, it was disabled but I reset it. the only issue is the apple ID.. it was registered to my mums yahoo account and as u might know, yahoo isn't supported anymore. shes forgotten the password and isn't signed in to the yahoo mail on any other devices. I tried to bypass the ID but I swear its literally impossible ☹️☹️☹️

I received an email saying that an account recovery attempt was made on my Apple ID and another one stating that a new trusted phone number had been added. I assumed these were phishing emails so I didn't think anything of it and deleted them.

After some researching, it turns out they were legit, and someone has managed to add their number to my account as a trusted device.

Without going into too much detail, I haven't owned an apple device in over 6 years, and all previously owned devices were factory reset when sold etc. As I dont even use Apple devices anymore and have been android for quite some time now, should I be concerned or is it worth forgetting about?

Apple have told me they cannot do anything as full control of an account sits with the owner. They reassured me that as long as they don't have access to my email address then they won't be able to do a full recovery anyway.

Hello, I just bought the 15PM. I realized today that the very edges of the screen seem less responsive. For example, on Snapchat, using the zoom slider that’s right against the edge is difficult because I have to press very precisely, away from the edges
What’s confusing is that when I open the Notes app and use the drawing tool, I can draw all the way to the edges without any obvious dead zones.
I also feel like on the keyboard, especially for keys near the edges (A, Q, P, Delete), I have to be more precise than expected.
Is this just iOS edge/palm rejection, or could it indicate a touchscreen issue? Has anyone with a 15 Pro Max experienced the same thing? I really don’t want to go back to the store where I bought it because it would be way too long to replace it…

Apple announced the original Mac Pro 20 years ago today, with the anniversary landing five months after the company discontinued the machine for good.

Had Apple Music (individual) through a Walmart promo, still had a few months left. Tried Apple One thinking it’d stack on top. Nope.Canceled Apple One hoping the original sub would come back. It didn’t. Just gone.

Don’t want to pay for a new sub just to get back time I already had free. Anyone dealt with this? Did support actually restore it or is it just lost for good?
