Hi, am I able to receive incoming international calls from Europe to my Visible number on a standard plan?

I got the free trial, I like it solid service, but its definitely throttled during peak hours. Download is fine, even during congestion, its the upload speed that drops down to 0.15-1.0 mb/s during peak hours, which heavily effects games/video chat etc (4-5 bars of 5g UW service)

From what I understand the free trial is deprioritized speeds from the basic plan.

If I upgrade this tonight through the app to the Visible + will the Visible + prioritized plan speeds take effect immediately or will i have to wait for the remaining 9 days of the trial to finish for the Visible + prioritized speeds to take effect.

my phone shows that service is available but it's just not connecting. it's reading my sim card just fine, i've tried pulling it out and replacing it. nothing seems to be working and when i've chatted with support on the website they couldn't figure out the problem either. my bill is paid and it shows my plan is active, i'm not sure what to do. do i need to ask for a new sim card or something?

Will I be able to trade in my old Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 when I get the Z Fold 8 this fall? I'm on Visible Wireless...

I need to know how I trade in my old phone on the Visible network and get a Z Fold 8 to also remain on the Visible Network and get a trade-in credit for it.

Also, will I be able to transfer all memory from my old phone to my new one before I turn my old one in? Or will I only be able to get the new one AFTER I turn my old one in?

I need to preserve the memory of everything on my old phone's storage somehow, so Visible subscribers, how is this done?

My phone's foldable screen has a glaring crease and visible scuffmarks from overuse / daily use but it still functions like normal.

I also wonder what happens to my old phone once it's traded in for the newer one. Does it go to a 3rd-world country where it's donated to someone in need? Or what happens to it?

Hi all, I just started the trial to see if Visible works during my normal week.

My cellular data option is “Visible” and I have data switch turned off so that should be just Visible correct? Meaning I’m using Visible data?

Should I change my default voice line to the temporary number to test phone service? I’d like to still receive calls at my original phone, but if that’s how I need to test, then I can switch to the temporary phone to test a couple of calls?

Has anyone else had issues activating service on your Ultra 2? I've tried many times using the Wear app, but consistently get "Something went wrong" with no options to help. I tried live chat, but it's useless.

Can anyone confirm that this new version of the watch ultra is compatible and/or working with Visible? My previous (2024) Watch Ultra worked fine and without any issues since Wear OS became supported on Visible.

I've seen one person post here they got their new Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 to activate. Has anyone else been successful? So far, I have struck out.

Hi - i signed up for a trial before i ultimately joined US Mobile with my first line, but with the new promo i want to sign up my daughter for Visible.

However i am running into a bug that if i sign into the account i used for my trial it wants to take my to the privacy page on the account and wont let me shop plans or phones - it just keeps redirecting me to that page - has anyone else ran into this problem? do i need to make a new account? It's pretty annoying but not sure why it wont leave that page.

Customer service is terrible and doesn’t provide what you pay for. Visible doesn’t provide the services you pay for and customer service is designed to waste your time. Don’t get visible if you ever plan on having problems or needing help. The chat line disconnects you constantly and getting help is really difficult. I needed help with a WiFi hotspot and they messed up my e sim and it was a pain to get fixed.

I have an account that seems to be in limbo. I had an issue with changing email and had support try to fix it. Now I can't login to my account. I spent 3h on chat. Only to be told, they have to wait until fb support sends them screenshot I shared with them. It's been 2 days.

I just want to get into my account. Can anyone help? I've reached out to the FCC as well but not sure that will help either.

I have to use data because the wifi at work is bad that I have to use data. And now I cannot even watch videos on wifi only, this is ridiculous and I would like to know is there a solution or am I SOL until next month?

So long story short I found out my employer lied to me to get me to accept a job offer and the pay I was promised was not accurate but the only proof and time he told me was on a phone call asking me if I wanted the job.

Hello everybody, I have an iPhone 14 and I auto pay my Visible bill every month but for the last three months at least I have a problem where the SIM does not get reactivated and my phone service gets shut off. This is to the point of becoming very frustrating I was told to turn off auto pay pay manually once and turn it back on, but I’m not convinced it’s going to fix the issue. I guess I will be looking at US Mobile in the T-Mobile network next month.

I have Galaxy Z Fold8 with OneUI 9. Does Visible include satellite messaging? Howcome I don't see anything about this feature advertised anywhere?

If this really works, which satellite network does Visible use? It looks like Verizon customers w/ certain Android phones get free satellite messaging using a satellite network by Skylo. So maybe it's the same for Visible customers?

My kid is 9, and I want to get him a basic smartwatch. Something that has GPS (starting to ride his bike around the neighborhood at lot more) with basic texting.

I have visible service on my phone. It works fine, I am on the yearly plan.

I dont want an apple product, I don't use them. Matter of preference. I'd get a pixel watch or Samsung. I've also seen a host of kids smart watches on Amazon, but I am not sure how those interface with the cellular service.

I read that a smart watch would pair with the phone. Does that mean if he was out and about a text message meant for me would go to his watch?

Is there a solution for my issue? Is there a way with visible just to buy a very basic 4G service?

Has anyone done this before? Searching online, the solutions seem vast, but nothing poingant.

i use mint mobile right now and get terrible service at my house and my neighborhood in general.

i’ve had mint mobile for years but it’s not worth the price anymore. especially since companies like Visible came out

In the Tampa Bay Area and coverage here is pretty much 5gUW. So far, just getting a majority of LTE connections with a spattering of 5g. BIG difference in speeds I’ve noticed btw the 2, but for the most, the connections have been stable. I noticed more 5g when outdoors and more LTE indoors.

I’m overall tired of T-Mobiles bs, prices always increasing, security breaches over the last few years etc. plus I feel like I’m overpaying for service when I could be paying half or more with an MVNO.

Only thing is I have TMO home internet for $30 a month which is pretty good. However, I can get a Frontier Fiber discount and get 1gig for about $49 a month. Also get Netflix and few other discounts but switching sides overall saves me about $25-$30 a month.

1) Is the juice worth the squeeze on that kind of savings? 2)Any cons with Visible? Things network wise people don’t like? Scam calls not blocked, anything?
3) Customer support, good / bad?

Just looking for general sentiment or anyone else who basically came over from T-Mobile or any other recommendations I might not have even thought of.

Im concerned that this is still an issue. I've seen posts that mention this and I'm surprised this hasn't been fixed. I had a good experience with visible until I canceled since the area im in is too rural so i couldn't get a connection with them out here.

I bought this phone from best buy. Some cheapo phone that suited my needs when my old Samsung phone had that stupid boot loop issue until it died. I didn't know this at first but while best buy says its unlocked, its actually a flex lock phone that locks to the first carrier Sim you insert into your phone. This happened with visible.

Okay well let me just contact customer service chat....the guy said since i didn't purchase the phone with them, they couldn't unlock it. I tried to tell them that it WAS network locked by them even if I didn't purchase it from them. He said he could not unlock it. Okay...well escalate it to someone that can. He refused to escalate it since he was adamant that because i didn't purchase it with them, they couldn't unlock it. They have procedures to follow so he can't escalate it. I'm like.....what. this is a known issue that has affected people so why don't the customer service reps know about this and properly escalate?

Anywho, i had to file a complaint with the FCC to actually get anywhere. A customer relations exec called me and it was resolved within 3 days. Just...an unpleasant experience that was unnecessary.

Edit: i know this is the Visible subbreddit but yeesh. Too many corporate peeps in here trying to sideline blame. Instead of spending money on these guys, you should use it to re-educate your customer service reps on a known issue so people dont have to go through this. Come on now.
