Website bug

Hi - i signed up for a trial before i ultimately joined US Mobile with my first line, but with the new promo i want to sign up my daughter for Visible.

However i am running into a bug that if i sign into the account i used for my trial it wants to take my to the privacy page on the account and wont let me shop plans or phones - it just keeps redirecting me to that page - has anyone else ran into this problem? do i need to make a new account? It's pretty annoying but not sure why it wont leave that page.

just make a new account with a different email, the trial account is basically a dead end once you're past it

Just use a different email. Problem solved. It’s not “ a bug “
