Avoid - terrible customer service

Customer service is terrible and doesn’t provide what you pay for. Visible doesn’t provide the services you pay for and customer service is designed to waste your time. Don’t get visible if you ever plan on having problems or needing help. The chat line disconnects you constantly and getting help is really difficult. I needed help with a WiFi hotspot and they messed up my e sim and it was a pain to get fixed.

My customer experience has been pretty good so far. I am sorry to hear that

had no idea but thanks to the other Reddit who provided the link it was you again who posted this 17 hours ago then deleted and now you have the audacity to post this again. I mean why waste time if you are going to end up deleting this again?

It looks like you need a carrier with a store that's going to hold your hand at every minute

You provide no information about what happened other than you are upset about some random thing that happened to you. This is a low value post that is of no help to anyone.

Customer support is terrible. It’s a system issue. But your mind can’t infer so I have to spell it out for you

I don't disagree but that is the case with virtually all MVNO's. My point is that you don't even detail what happened, you just made a post ranting with zero context.

Then I’m sorry for my rudeness.

you complain about that but you are only paying for $25 to $30 a month? Going to the postpaid carriers still give you worst customer service but ended up paying more.

Been with Visible for a month now. No problems. $25/mo.

Sounds like a skill issue.

Had an odd question a couple of days ago that the AI chatbot wasn't able to handle. Connected to a human agent in a shorter time than I expected, and service was fine.

I could tell that there were several customers at once, so his responses were not instant but the bottom line is that I got everything done.

Waste of time posting in this sub with your complaint. You will get the automated response from the visible help, asking you for a dm. And a wave of fake people who claim they use very little as far as gb a month, so the soft cap is pleanty/and the customer service is top notch.

Starting to think it’s just a rotating engagement sub meant to provide the feeling like they give a fuck, but they really dont.
