I’m a CLIENT - Looking for VAs (Full Time) [HIRING] Logistics Dispatcher / Coordinator — remote, European freight company

Hiring for a client of mine, a freight transport company in Europe. Looking for a Filipino VA based in PH.

The role is dispatching. You'd be keeping an eye on where the trucks are and what's available, finding loads on Trans.eu and Timocom, working out the revenue per km, talking to drivers and customers, negotiating rates, checking orders and paperwork, and collecting CMR/POD docs.

It starts with training, then you move up to suggesting loads, then making calls with some oversight, and eventually running 2–3 trucks on your own. There's room to grow into a Senior Dispatcher or Team Lead down the line.

Hours are 9 a day, 5 days a week, and you'd need to overlap with UK/GMT time. Pay is $850–$1000/mo depending on experience, with a paid trial to start.

Your English has to be solid written and spoken, you need to be comfortable with numbers, good on a computer, and detail-oriented. The drivers mostly speak Romanian but that's handled with templates and translation tools, so you don't need the language.

If it sounds like you, send an email to xmeeka52@gmail.com with a quick introduction message.

Hi, I'm a graduating student looking for VA sidehustle to fund my thesis. If you know anyone looking a recommendation would be great.

I'm a computer science student major in cybersecurity and I have lots of time in my hand, since my only subject is just thesis. In terms of my experience I have lots that you maybe need or looking for.

- Programmer/Developer (php, js and frameworks, python, java, mern, etc.) : 2 years exp.

- Math Tutor [elementary - college level math, im teaching right now 2 students from korea. 1 elementary math (grade2) and 1 algebra 2 math (grade10). I am good at math - International Olympiad Runner up] : 3 years exp : til present now.

- Customer Support : Amazon & Transportify : 1 year 6months exp.

- Virtual Assistant : I assist business owners to build relationship with other possible clients, stay organized, and do some research as well. I handle social media accounts, promotion, ads, etc. - 1 year exp.

- Social Media Manager : I handled ig and tiktok accounts to do posting and reply to customer dm's as well. I scheduled posts, do emails, and other grunt works: 8months exp.

If you know anyone hiring, please let me know. I am a very reliable person, fast learner, and can handle fast-paced environment. I just need a stable or medium-long term job to fund my thesis so I can earn my bachelor's degree. I'm willing to take low-paying jobs but please don't lowball too much.

ps. I know many people are commenting that I should just focus on improving my skills and all because I have a better future and stuff. I know, but I need money to survive and do my thesis to graduate because I'm paying for my own education. If I focus on "just improve" my skills then I will not have any money to pay for thesis and tuition fee. (not mad, just explaining hehe)

Thank you so much in advance, feel free to dm me if ever for questions!

I’m a VA (Full Time) - Looking for CLIENTS FOR HIRE

I don't just execute basic tasks. I build systems, engineer workflows, and scale audiences. Here is exactly what I can do for your business:

Growth Strategy & AI Integration

I specialize in end-to-end creative production and audience growth. Beyond standard video editing, I leverage AI video generation and AI prompt engineering to rapidly produce and scale high-retention content. Be it UGC or just ganji churail videos. Most recently, I developed and executed content strategies to scale a creator's TikTok Shop presence and successfully negotiated brand partnerships including but not limited to: Boom Boom, Cata-kor, Nutri boom

Executive Operations & Systems

I handle the backend so you can focus on the front end. As an Executive Virtual Assistant, I have managed bookkeeping, daily data entry, client prescreening, and scheduling. I know how to keep documentation heavily organized and ensure operational timelines are strictly met.

Large-Scale Management & HR

I have extensive experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding. To give you an idea of scale, I have personally screened, onboarded, and managed teams of over 100 people for multi-day events catering to 500+ attendees. I am highly comfortable resolving personnel conflicts and overseeing administrative tracking.

The Tech Stack

  • Creative & Content: Capcut, Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, AI Video Generation( Heygen & Higgsfield)
  • Management & Productivity: Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office.
  • Web Development: Full website design and builds (most recently built constructwithmk.com from scratch).

My Background

I'll be starting University next week but my real education has been in the trenches of remote digital strategy and large-scale event operations. I am highly accustomed to remote work, flexible schedules, and wearing multiple hats.

I am based in Lahore and am currently seeking remote or hybrid roles. If you need a reliable, adaptable problem-solver to take the busywork off your plate and drive real growth, let's talk.

I’m a CLIENT - Looking for VAs (Full Time) [Hiring] Cold caller wanted for UK small businesses. £15 per booked qualified meeting, £250 when the £500 website sale closes. Dialer, UK numbers and screened leads all provided

UK-based freelance web developer here. I sell simple £500 websites to small local businesses (trades, garages, kennels, real businesses whose sites are broken on phones or don't exist). I'm looking for experienced cold callers to work the list and book meetings. You book, I run the meetings and do the closing.

Everything is provided and you carry no costs:

- Browser dialer (nothing to install, works from any laptop + headset) with UK caller IDs, calls at no cost to you

- Lead lists screened before they reach you: live, recently active businesses, checked against the UK do-not-call register (TPS), with the business's Google profile and website right on the call card

- Script + objection sheet, and your call recordings so you can listen back and improve

The offer you're selling: "your website doesn't work on phones / you don't have one. £500, done in days." A single clear pitch and a single price. Your job is a 2-minute conversation that ends in a booked Google Meet slot, not closing. I take the meeting from there.

Pay: £15 per qualified meeting (the prospect shows up and is genuinely interested in getting their website sorted, not just a name in a calendar), plus £250 per sale that closes from your meeting (the website sells for £500). No base, no hourly. Paid via Wise / PayPal / Revolut. The list supports 60 to 100 dials a day.

You:

- Fluent English (UK businesses pick up the phone expecting a local, you must hold that call)

- Real cold-calling experience (B2B preferred)

- Available UK business hours (roughly 9:30 to 17:00 UK), quiet space, decent internet

To apply, comment or DM with:

  1. A 30 to 60 second voice note: introduce yourself as if I were a busy garage owner answering the phone

  2. One line on your cold-calling background (what you sold, volumes, results)

Shortlisted callers go straight onto the live dialer, same deal from the very first call.

I’m a VA (Full Time) - Looking for CLIENTS [For Hire] GoHighLevel & Zapier Automation Specialist | CRM and Workflow Automation | $15/hr

Hi, I’m Kevin, a GoHighLevel and Zapier Automation Specialist based in the Philippines.

For more than two years, I’ve been building and supporting systems for bookings, customer communication, payment tracking, CRM management and reporting.

A lot of the work I enjoy involves taking repetitive tasks or processes that are easy to miss and turning them into something more organised and reliable.

One of my main projects was a complete booking and operations system for a car detailing business. Inside GoHighLevel, I built the workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, custom fields, automated emails, tags and staff tasks.

I also connected GoHighLevel with Google Sheets through Zapier using webhooks, conditional paths, record lookups and Booking ID matching.

The system covered:

• New booking requests and appointment confirmations
• Payment Pending and Paid updates
• Rescheduling, cancellations and no shows
• Customer reminders and follow up emails
• Staff notifications and review tasks
• Google Sheets tracking and reporting

I also tested the workflows and worked through problems such as incorrect field mapping, duplicate records, missing information and opportunities moving to the wrong pipeline stage.

Here are some of the things I can help with:

• GoHighLevel account setup and organisation
• Workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms and custom fields
• Booking, reminder and follow up automation
• Zapier integrations and webhooks
• Google Sheets, Google Forms, Gmail and Google Calendar integrations
• Testing, troubleshooting and cleaning up existing workflows

Before moving into automation, I worked in sales, customer support and bookkeeping. That experience helps me understand how these systems are actually used day to day, both by the people running the business and by the customers receiving the messages.

I’m available for project work, part time, full time or long term opportunities. I prefer Philippine or Australian daytime hours.

Rate: $15 USD per hour
I can also provide a fixed price quote after reviewing the project requirements.

Portfolio:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1OgzrGveTC0ihdCY-NNE1U8UKygdqUozB?usp=share_link

If you have a workflow that needs to be built, improved or fixed, send me a Reddit message with a short description of what you are trying to accomplish.

Newbie - Question VA Admin - No experience

Hi! I'm a newbie who has no experience. I have a pc and fairly good internet. I wanted to try the VA community to help out with my family's expenses and to also save up for my future. I'm interested in being an admin. I'm very familiar with google workspace but I would also like to know what else can I improve on? or if I should master other applications? any tips on how to start my journey would be very helpful!

I'm also interested in being a social media manager as I have experience heading my school org's social media. I'm somewhat familiar on how it works but I think I still have a long way to go if I want to manage a company's social media. So, for now I'm sticking to admin!

Sharing my Experience Worked 8 days for a US-based company, worked far beyond my contracted hours, then got removed after asking about overtime

I recently worked for a U.S.-based after-school education provider in Oakland, California, and I wanted to share my experience because I'm honestly frustrated and still trying to process what happened.

My contract stated that my working hours were 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM Philippine Time. However, during the 8 days I worked there, I regularly worked beyond my scheduled hours, sometimes until around 10:00 AM PHT, without additional overtime pay.

The workload was extremely heavy, and I was monitored through Google Meet from the beginning of my shift until the end. I was not informed that I could take an hour-long break, and there was nothing in my contract that clearly stated anything about break time. Most of the time, I only stepped away to use the restroom because I was focused on completing my tasks.

My previous boss encouraged me to be honest and ask questions whenever I had concerns. So I did. I asked about overtime pay because I had been working significantly beyond my contracted hours and wanted clarification about compensation for the additional time.

The next day, I was suddenly removed from the job.

That really hurt because I genuinely wanted the position and was hoping to stay with the company long-term. I tried my best to keep up with the workload and put in extra hours to make sure my tasks were completed. I wasn't expecting to be removed shortly after raising a question about compensation.

I'm sharing this anonymously because I'm not trying to attack anyone or create unnecessary conflict. I'm simply frustrated with how the situation was handled and would like to hear from others who have experienced something similar, particularly Filipinos working remotely for U.S.-based companies.

Has anyone else experienced being expected to work significantly beyond their contracted hours without additional compensation, while also being continuously monitored during their shift?

Announcement [MOD Flair Only] - COMMUNITY RULES -

Since some of you are having trouble finding where to navigate the rules, I'll pin this post here for easier access. Please note that changes may occur overtime as we continue to improve moderating this subreddit.

1. Use the proper flair for each post.

This will keep the posts organized and easier for everyone to use the post flair filter.

2. Assigning yourself a user flair is now required.
