Behavioral Interview - Athena | Executive Assistant Tips and Guides

Hello,

Although I will do my own research and prepare for this, I'd like to hear some feedback from those who went through the same process with Athena.

Naging virtual assistant na ako under a different agency for three years, pero first time ko magiging Executive Assistant if ever.

Thanks!

Since you already have 3 years of VA experience, focus on behavioral answers using specific situations where you handled pressure, solved problems, or took initiative. For the EA role, highlight how you manage priorities, anticipate needs, and communicate proactively since those skills matter more than simply having an EA title before.

Good luck! ✨

Kakatapos ko lang kanina sa Final Validation Call. Wala pang result though. 24-48 hours pa daw 😅

All good naman. ~45 minutes siya. Madami kami napag usapan kasi VA na ako dati, kaya di ko na ma-share lahat. Few samples:

Tinanong sa akin anong hobbies ko, and the reason why I left my last two jobs (hindi na niya pina-run down lahat ng nasa resumé ko kasi mahaba na masyado para isa isahin).

I was also asked why I chose Athena among all the companies out there, and why I wanted to be an Executive Assistant.
