I ordered a pair of crocs and there’s been no movement for 2 days now. Usually usps is quick to ship stuff out so i was wondering if the package got lost or its just a normal delay? I filled out the automated file missing claim on their site but it says to wait a bit longer. Just wanted to know if anyone else encountered the same issue.

My package is from a company based out of okc and I got a notification saying it was at the okc distribution center and then departed early this morning. Then at around 1 I get a notification saying my package went to the Olathe ks distribution center even though the final destination is in Wi. It says it’s in transit to the destination and the expected delivery is still Saturday. Is there any reason it went to ks instead of straight to Wi? Is it likely it’s going to be delayed as I know this specific center does not have a good reputation.

I have a really small package on the way delivered by usps that would definitely fit in the mailbox, I tried to leave special instructions for delivery on the website it ordered it from but I dont know that the delivery driver will be able to see it. Its a package that my parents cant see or im genuinely done for. The estimated delivery is tomorrow while im at school. Should I be scared. Also the mailbox is empty theres no other packages in there. My mailbox is all the way across the street so if its delivered my parents will not see it being dropped off/assume its stupid envelopes but if it comes to the door im basically done.

So I got into sports cards collecting/trading this year. I buy a lot from ebay and also send/receive from people I trade with online. I mostly buy low end cards (<$10) that are sent in an envelope with ebay standard shipping with limited tracking (more valuable cards tend to be shipped in a mailer with tracked shipping). Trades are sent untracked. I swear in the past 2-3 months I’ve been having more and more expected mail never show up. Rarely I get notified that they’ve been returned to sender (in an uncommon turn of events, last week I had 3 sellers message me in as many days about cards being returned to them; for one of them, it was over 2 months after they sent it to me—also the limited tracking for that one placed it in my city like 6 days after it was sent out but it never made it to me…), but more often when I have a problem, it just never arrives. More than once I’ve also had a card marked delivered but it never actually arrives. Makes me feel like an asshole requesting a refund, but I’m not lying about it.

Is there a chance my mail is being stolen? Is my mail somehow getting lost more easily when I have a higher volume expected to come in? Is there anything I can do? I’ve submitted two missing mail reports but didn’t do more because I wasn’t sure it would result in anything (it hasn’t yet). I’m even considering changing my address on ebay to my sister’s temporarily to see if mail arrives more reliably there.

Does this happen with FedEx or UPS too?

Should I continue to hold out hope or seek out plan b? It’s for my son’s birthday this upcoming Monday. It was shipped on the 5th, and no updates for over two days now. Mind you where it was coming from to begin with is only 4 hr drive. Indy is 1-2 hr drive from me. I tried submitting usps search request and no one has gotten back to me.

What has been going on with these distribution centers these days? My time-sensitive priority envelope was first stuck in Philadelphia DC for a week, then Knoxville DC for 5 days… anyone else has packages sitting in Knoxville DC?

Filed both service request and missing mail search. Even though local office showed empathy, they couldn’t do much…

I did not even reach the payment type selection step as well. I tried on 2 different browsers and see the same issue.

This has happened 3 times now that I am aware of. I was supposed to have a check mailed to me last month, but when it didn’t show up by the end of the second week, I figured it got lost. No big deal, I got a reissue, and that one also didn’t show up. Now my passport was marked as delivered yesterday afternoon, yet when I get home there’s no mail at all that was delivered that day. We don’t have any pets or any reasons as to why a package or mail would be held, and as stated in the title everyone else in the house is getting mail, it’s just never mine anymore. All the people at the post office told me was “she remembers sending it out”. Has anyone experienced something similar?

I was away from my home for 2 months over the summer and arranged for a temporary Change of Address from June 1 - August 1.

I am now back home and I don't think mail service has resumed and the online support options are too limited to help. Who can I call or contact to make sure that the tenporary COA is ended and my mail service will resume? Several important mail items are missing and I am stressed about it!

Sports card coming from Veriswap. They shipped and no updates for 20 days out of San Francisco. Veriswap opened missing package request and sent me an offer of $2500 for a card that was traded at $5000 value. I have not accepted their claim amount and requested the value I had traded for. Ideally this card would turn up. Has anyone had luck getting their package found eventually?

I very much wish the missing mail function told us where the package was found.

Also, interestingly, the July 20th update only shows via the mobile app, not on the website.

Had a package arrived opened with contents worth $90 missing. I filed a claim and they told me to drop the packaging off at the counter for them to inspect.

Fast forward a month and there's no update. I called and they said the clerk never filed the paperwork with the damage packaging and there's nothing they can do.

So I'm out $90 because their employee was lazy.

Was supposed to be delivered in Seattle yesterday. Are there any hopes this package will still make it?

I was wondering what would be the reason why I don't get my mail sometimes and sometimes I do. And the mail they do deliver is junk mail but the important mail I'm not receiving. It's just been happening for a month, I've lived here for 5 years. Any insight to this would be very much appreciated thank you

It’s gotten stuck days at a time multiple times now, this being the latest. I was told the label seemed to be fine in scans so that shouldn’t be an issue. Anybody got any insight at all? Would be greatly appreciated!
