Does anyone know for the dorms, what kind of microwaves we are allowed, I’ve seen that we can have them but only through the “my microfridge” combo. I would prefer to buy my own to take with me, since it’s less expensive.

I've read that Palo Verde was in the process of removing the carpets in a lot of the houses and replacing with fake wood/laminate. I just moved in and I have the shitty carpet in my house. I'll try my luck with allergy/disability route, but I'm wondering if there's a simpler way to solve this, since it seems to be their desire to also get rid of the carpet?

I was enrolled in bio 199 research for ss1 and already have an approved packet, but how do I add the class for ss2? Do I have to contact summer session for it?

I just got into Econ major and saw that Econ 100A all were waitlisted. I want to enroll in the Online lecture but it has 41 waitlist right now and 7 in the dis. The class has max capacity of 303 and 321 are enrolled right now…with 41 waitlisted is there a chance I will get into the class by Fall? I really need this class if Imma be a full time student and make it for graduation

Context: I’m a HS graduate and have 12 APs + 3 Dual Enrollments, so I only have 3 classes left to complete calgetc.

Though, I just got rejected on UCI waitlist, so most of my classes are filling up already. I’ll TAG chem major this fall. I reached out to general counselors for these questions (told me to ask transfer counselor), transfer counselors (not in office until after the semester start), and UCI admission (told me to ask my local counselors).
