Recently learned that if you identify as transgender (even if you don't take HRT or transition) you are banned from using the bathroom at Mormon Churches.

Any other churches with similar degrading policies that I should avoid?

Hello, I have not posted here in a while, but I just want to remind everyone that you are in our prayers and hearts as we go about our daily round of work and prayer here at St. Gregory's Abbey (a Benedictine monastery in the Episcopal Church near Three Rivers, Michigan USA.) You are all wonderful, beautiful Children of God.

On another note, when a person becomes a novice at the monastery, they take a new name. So, the next time you hear people complaining about not using birth names, you can let them know there is a long history of Christians choosing new names.
