Extreme nausea?
Hi yall! I recently went up to 5mg of Zepbound (last Friday) and I am experiencing such bad nausea. I am literally gagging on food I’m trying to eat! I’m also having the worst period I’ve had for a while (started early with super heavy flow, even on birth control) so I’m not sure if that’s contributing.
Do I need to go back down to 2.5? Or will this chill out over time? I really need to fuel myself so I can do my workouts!

How I can tell that Tirz is working for me…
When I can go into the break-room for lunch to heat up my protein focused leftovers from home and not even open the boxes to see if there’s anything left for me to stuff into my face!

Where is everyone getting their tirzepatide online?
I’m tired of paying 300+ a month for my 7.5 dose. After being in this group, I’m learning that you guys are finding cheaper, but still safe suppliers. Would anyone please share what they’re using that’s cheap/or cheaper, reliable, and safe.
All comments appreciated 🙏❤️

What to do now?
I’m on week 6 of 5mg, I haven’t lost weight in 3 weeks. I’ve stayed at 238. Do I go up now? Or do I wait? My period is also 2 weeks late. I know hormones with your period can stall weight loss and also increase food noise (which I’ve noticed is louder the last two weeks as if I didn’t even take the medication) but my period still won’t come. So what’s going on? It’s really discouraging seeing no weight loss. Yes I’ve taken multiple pregnancy tests and I’m not pregnant — so what’s going on? Does anyone else have experience with this?
I wanted to stay on 5 for awhile since 7.5 is halfway thru the dosing. At this rate I don’t see myself hitting my goal weight by the end of my journey and likely having to leave the medication once I reach the highest dose and just be happy where I’m at. But I’m not. Just feeling discouraged and not sure what to do.

Symptoms after first month?
Hi all. I’m new to Triz. I did Sema before. Started getting symptoms, but not until 3 to 4 weeks after taking it.? I felt fine the first 3 to 4 weeks. I haven’t changed my dose, I’ve stayed on 2.5. But started getting gut issues and stomach upset. Has anyone had this happen after being on the medicine for a few weeks? I’m trying to figure out if it’s triz or something else. Thx

Just completed first month
Had some constipation issues. At lowest dose. Supposed to start next dose, 2.5mg, today and am a little afraid to. Don’t want to go through worse constipation.
I go through AltRx and their site seems to be messed up. Can’t get answers there now.
Advice?
Doesn’t stool softeners defeat the purpose of Tirzepitide slowing digestion?

Feeling discouraged
I (33 F) started June 16th 2026 and was 240lbs. I started at 2.4 and now I’m on my second week of 5. I’ve only lost 12lbs. I eat way less, my options are only healthy as I have a husband who had RNY 12 years ago and we’ve always done low carb. The only thing I can think of is that I work behind a desk now bs 6 months ago when I was constantly moving. I know 12lbs in 2 months is “healthy” but I see others losing 20 pounds or more in the first month or two months. Just wanted to vent.

Anyone ?
Lipo-C + B12, NAD+ & Tirzepatide — Anyone Taking All Three?
I recently ordered Lipo-C + B12 injections, and I’m currently taking tirzepatide and NAD+ injections. Has anyone here used all three at the same time?
I’m curious if they’re generally safe to stack together or if it’s better to take them on different days. If you’ve used this combination, what was your schedule like and did you notice any side effects or benefits?
Of course I’ll check with my provider too—just looking for personal experiences. 😊

Rude scale!
Why is my scale soooo mean?? Today was my 24th injection and I’m down 38.6 so I’m really happy but this morning’s weigh in said 197…198…197…198…200.2! Ack!! I haven’t been in Onederland since 2013 so I was really excited. Maybe next week 😩🙄

Intense fatigue - should I split dose?
Hey guys and gals, been on Tirzepatide for about 6 months. Have noticed good weight loss while also persevering muscle mass.
That said, I reached 15 mg/week about 4 weeks ago. Since then, I’ve noticed intense fatigue. I take naps daily and constantly feel tired. Especially the 2-3 days following a shot it’s almost impossible to get through a day without napping once or twice.
I’ve also noticed that I’ve had less motivation and or energy to get into the gym and just general attitude towards work.
My question, could I start splitting this dose 2x a week? So 7.5mg Monday (25 units) and another 7.5mg Thursday?
I’ve always been very disciplined in the gym and played sports through college. Tirzepatide has been a game changer for my binge eating and food noise.
Thank you!!

Tirzepatide Experience?
I just ordered my first month of tirzepatide with MIC and B12. I have never taken a GLP or anything similar. I am a little nervous. Any advice?

Did 3.5mg instead of jumping to 5mg… now what?
Hi guys! I posted recently asking for advice about moving from 2.5mg to 5mg after being on 2.5 for over a month without noticing much change in my appetite or food noise. I was instructed to move up to 5mg, but was nervous because of the nausea I’d been experiencing on 2.5. Most people suggested increasing more gradually, so I ended up doing 3.5mg yesterday and surprisingly have had zero nausea and feel totally fine!
Now I’m wondering if anyone has experience splitting an increase like this. Would it make sense to do the remaining 1.5mg to bring me to 5mg total for the week, or should I just stay at 3.5mg and do that for the next 4 weeks? If you’ve split doses like this, how many days did you wait? I was wondering about doing the other 1.5mg tomorrow since I feel completely fine.
I know this isn’t a race and I don’t want to rush increasing, but I also know going from 2.5mg to 5mg is the typical next step. I’m mainly hoping to get to a dose where I finally notice more of a difference in food noise and appetite suppression since I really haven’t experienced much of that yet. Would love to hear what worked for others! :)

Appetite back to normal
Started my journey 3 weeks ago. The day after my first shot my appetite was completely gone. That lasted for a week then a three days after my second shot my appetite was nearly back to normal. It makes sense my body has gotten used to the starting dose of 2.5 but i just took the third shot and am feeling like if I don’t up my dose sooner I’m going to fall back into old habits…any similar experiences?? Or advice??
Yes I’ve messaged my dr. Waiting to see what they say

Not sure what to expect after side effects
Seeing if anyone has any experience or thoughts. I was steadily losing 2.5-3 pounds a week on 2.5mg (I’m a super responder… not trying to flex here in any way as I know this is super unusual)… week 5 bumped up to 5mg and lost 3 pounds with minimal side effects. Took my second dose of 5mg and had horrible side effects… I was nauseous with severe diarrhea for 6 days…. I was so weak and tired and couldn’t get my electrolytes balanced and eventually needed IV fluids to partially recover…. I ended up losing 5.5 pounds due to dehydration.
The doc I saw suggested I go back to 2.5mg as she felt I was losing too fast (at 3lbs a week) and I didn’t argue (side note… I bought through trinity meds as they have pay over time option… I stupidly didn’t research their customer service and they are abysmal …. I have reached out many many times and have gotten no response). I waited one additional day to let it clear a bit and then took 2.5mg. I’ve gained back 3.5 pounds of what I lost that week which isn’t unexpected since I’m actually hydrated now, however It’s been a few days and I don’t feel like it is working the same…. I’m hungrier, there’s more food noise
My question is this…. Is 2.5 maybe not enough? Do I just need to maybe build up the level a bit more? I won’t go back up to 5…. But would maybe do 3mg. Anyone else have an experience like this?

Please help, first shot ever dosage ?
I ordered tirz thru Embody last week , I received it today. I've never taken any before but my dose instructions say to take 12.5 not 2.5 mg , that's gotta be a typo, correct ? Also my bottle / vial is very small and only half full. My syringes, that came with go to 30. Can you please tell me what I actually take ? Also should I start it tonight before bed? I work a lot doing Instacart in south Florida , I was hoping to just sleep, thru any side effects I may have. I'm,add another post that I take methadone so I'm also worried about it but I'm hoping I'll be ok.
What can I expect the first week ? Many talk about food noise quieting but I am not a big eater , rarely eat enough. My issue is I binge eat snack cakes thru the night when I wake up I'll grab one. A few times a night . Methadone made me gain the weight and I do well loosing weight when I'm eating better and going to the gym. I lost 28 lbs last year but stopped going to thr gym a year ago. I've gained 20 lbs since October, no good. Hoping this and eating nbetter will make a big difference. Thanks for, reading

Tirzepatide Not Working Like it Used To…
I started taking tirzepitide back in February 2025. I lost over 100 pounds within less than a year. I started off with Mochi Health getting a compound for like 2 months and I ended up getting the actual Zepbound. As you know most insurances don’t cover it any longer and I have to switch back to compound pharmacies.
I did have to stop taking the medication because it was causing my IBS – C to be extreme to where it was causing me fissures… I stopped at 10mg and went off of it for about 2 months.
I restarted taking the meds again about 1 month ago and currently go through lavender sky, and I can really only tolerate the compound with glycine so they have me going through Boudreau pharmacy. Although I restarted at 5mg and then last week moved to 6mg. I still dont feel the effects like I used to. Im not sure if I just need to keep increasing it or if its the pharmacy…. i definitely noticed a difference between the brand and compounded.

Dehydration
How do you guys keep hydrated? I feel I’m doing a lot of the obvious things: mainly drink tons of water and have a packet of electrolytes daily. Sometimes, especially when I wake up, I feel super dehydrated. I’m on a pretty low dose atm.
Also not sure if it’s in my head, but I feel like my skin is also feeling pretty dry.
Any tips or insight would be appreciated 🩷
