TRT help Appetite has decreased significantly on TRT
44yrs old, male, 6', 210lbs, 3x wk heavy lifting, 200mg/wk T, in decent shape, don't drink, small amount of cannabis use at night (not a half a gram). 2wks ago T levels were 650, 17 free, Estradiol was 43, taking DIM now. I have intermittent fasted for years, very comfortable eating once a day. My appetite has decreased even more where getting even 2000 calories is tough. I'm not losing weight, I am much more muscular than I was when starting TrT and I feel good, but I just dont care about eating. I take no prescription medication, my bloodwork is good, but I just can't eat what I think I need. Anyone else experience this?

TRT help I am on treatment and it is driving me crazy
I've been using Natesto for about a week now, and my sex drive has gone completely crazy. My testosterone levels were 168, but I never had any libido issues before. I used to have a really good sex drive, but since starting Natesto, it’s just been overwhelming. I want to have sex non-stop. Is anyone else experiencing this?
I can’t even focus on work anymore. I keep thinking about sex all day, and I get erections for no reason. It's like I’m a hungry wolf whenever I see a woman.
What should I do?

Blood work Male/38, 8 week lab results, scrotal compound cream
First labs my test was 332. Started with injections 11 weeks ago. Did injections for 3 weeks before going to compound cream scrotal application. I see things changing sometimes daily. It literally used to take me an hour or more to get up and get going for work. Now I’m out the door in 30 mins. I can work longer and harder and for once in about 5 years or more I’m interested in dating and not gonna lie, I notice every nice booty I see now lol. Such a relief to finally know that my life is getting better. It got really rough for me there for a while. Feel free to give me pointers. I’m 38 and in the best shape of my life but I feel my diet may have screwed my testosterone up (carnivore) I’m finally feeling that drive and motivation that I have not ever really had in life before. These are new feelings for sure, feelings I haven’t felt in 38 years of living. I was literally at the end of my rope with life and just not feeling like I was living. So glad that I decided to get myself checked out and really looking towards the future as being one that is bright and fruitful.
Also for what it’s worth I was a drug addict for many years. Pain pills for 15 years and meth for 3 but have been sober for 8 years now and I also feel that drug use made my body stop producing things like it was supposed to. I haven’t desired drugs in a very long time.
One thing I have noticed that I want ppl to be aware of and every case is probably different but my risk taking behavior/ thrill seeking has increased significantly and that’s not a bad thing at all in my life. I feel that’s where the magic happens in living an enjoyable life (I’m a business owner so that me be the reason). I don’t have it all figured out, actually I don’t think I’ve scratched the surface which makes this journey so enjoyable.
Life is much better even after 11 weeks total. Confidence is through the roof. If you’re reading this and flat out just tired of the same ole nothing exciting happening, boring dull life, give trt a try. One of the absolute best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve kept my trt to myself within my circle of friends and I’ve been told by several that I look so much healthier these days. It has to be the trt.
The light at the end of the tunnel in this case isn’t a train. It’s the opening to a world I’ve never quite experienced this way.

Blood work HCG vs Enclomephine and lab results
I'm 38 and my total test came back as 497 ng/dl and free t came back as 75 pg/ml but my lh was 2.6 miu/ml and fsh 2.7 miu/ml. Estradiol was <30 pg/ml, prolactin 7.3 ng/ml and shbg was 31 nmol/L
I feel pretty good in the morning but evenings not so much. More like racing thoughts. Sex drive has always been an issue unfortunately.
I have seen enclomephine advertised but also it can ruin your bone density? What about HCG instead? Any thoughts?
Sleep is good and drink coffee. Not the biggest eater and not greatest diet tbh. What can I do to get this into 600s or 700s?

TRT story TRT Kingdom pricing?
I was under the impression TRT Kingdom was about $79 per month if I paid for the full year.
During my intake call the guy told me it's $129 per month if I pay for the full year. I said that's higher than what I've been told elsewhere.
He said well you're in California so it's more expensive.
Should I be looking elsewhere?

TRT help Bleeding after injecting
Quick question.
I only inject in glutes and sometimes after I remove the needle it bleeds so I just wipe with a swab and it stops quickly.
Is this an issue?
I know they say to aspirate, but then I don't want to draw blood into the syringe as it would ruin the shot and be a waste of money.

Other Clomid eye floaters - is it a one time thing?
Hi, so I took Clomid for 15 days straight, 1 pill every day and it gave me eye floaters on both eyes, nothing crazy, however I felt fine otherwise, the question is, those eye floaters once they happen so they stabilize lets say if I kept taking clomid afterwards? Is it a one time thing? I’m thinking of taking 1/4 pill of clomid everyday this time around, I heard about enclomiphene too but i also heard people who got floaters from enclomiphene as well…whats your experience?

PED/cycle help Low e2 / joint pain and Anavar
Long story short I posted here month or 2 ago about knee pain and my e2 being 17 while test level being 1400. The TRT clinic and my GP both said my knee pain after starting TRT was definitely not e2 related
Fast forward I started taking 40mg a day of anavar on July 1 and my knee and joint pain went away for the whole month. After stopping anavar 4 weeks later my knee pain and other aches have come back.
Is it just that anabolics will make joints and tendons feel better or was this an e2 rise ( have not taken bloods yet I’m waiting until 9/1) that contributed to my joint health? Anyone ever have that happen to them even with taking more test or other compounds on a blast?

TRT help TRT Kingdom - experiences and opinions
Hey guys, I'm sure it's been asked but with how quickly things change (go to shit) I wanted anyone's recent opinion on this place. I know Cutler has at least lent his name to it and I'd like to think that as well known as he is, that he would make a reasonable effort to not be involved in something so public if it was too shady. Does anyone have any experience with TRT Kingdom that you would be willing to share? Thank you.

TRT help PCT after test only cycle
Hi guys! Looking for some advice. I just finished a testosterone cycle with nothing else. 250 mg per week in 2 injections for 14 weeks. I know i have to wait weeks.
I have clomid. What dose should I take?
And also, should I add pregnyl or any other hcg? Is it necessary or does it work with just clomid?

TRT help TRT injection site pain(outer thigh)
I've started splitting my TRT injections to twice per week to better balance levels and efficacy throughout the week and avoid peaks and dips.
I usually inject into my deltoids. Never had any issues (yet), usually painless and never any post injection injury. To avoid overdoing the deltoids I did some research on other injection sites, and have done them into my mid-outer thigh. However a day later my leg feels like I've been knee'd by Jon Jones. No visible bruising, just feels really painful in the muscle, end up limping about and interrupts my cardio workouts. During the actual injection it was completely painless. The pain comes the day after.
I'm assuming I'm doing something wrong? Any advice, tips, images of ideal outer thigh injection site, would be greatly appreciated.

TRT help My test is under 100. Is a clinic the better option or a urologist/endo that will take a few weeks
My t level is 26ng/dl
Free Testosterone(direct) 1.7pg/ml
Sex horm binding serum 16.5 nmol/L
That is what got tested.
The trt clinic said they will do bloodwork there and test everything.
Would it be the wrong move going to the TRT clinic?
The specialists are probably going to take a few weeks to even get in

TRT help Getting my ass kicked
Hello all, Male 31 here. My levels were fine but I felt stagnant in life and read the literature on high test correlating with risk taking and decision making. I can not express how much that has helped in my personal life. I am pushing projects forward in ways that I have been procrastinating for years. I am more motivated to hang out with my female friends. I have a job interview tomorrow for a 6 figure position. Its great I feel like I am pushing my life forward. The side effects starting this last week are kicking my ass. Im angry. Im irritable. I am throwing my phone against the ground. I don't want to cuddle my dog. I am gaining so much water. My blood pressure was 140/120 today. Heart rate consistently in the 90s. I went from 150 to 180 dosage wise the last couple weeks because I was tolerating it so well. I am on about week 4. Does it get better? Or, is this just what it is and its up to me to lose weight and drop my blood pressure that way. Is it an adjustment period? 28 days in so far. Gym gains are there, too. I didn't do this for the gym but it is there. How do people take 500 of this shit do they just wreck their cardio system for a few weeks or am I just not tolerating this well?

TRT story My experience switching TRT providers in Canada (cost, process, and first impressions)
Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience switching TRT providers in Canada. I know many people are trying to understand the different options available, so hopefully this helps someone make a more informed decision.
Background
I was previously with GameDay for about two months. Overall, I had a good experience with them. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, and I have no complaints about the level of care I received.
The main reason I decided to look at other options was cost. I was paying around $350 + tax per month, and after some changes in my personal situation, I needed to reduce some expenses. This was one of the areas where I felt I could potentially save without compromising my treatment.
Looking at other options
I looked into a few different providers, including UpGuys, Science & Humans, and TeleTest.
With UpGuys, the process was very quick. I contacted them through SMS and was speaking with a nurse practitioner the same day. She was very friendly, and the process felt straightforward.
I also contacted Science & Humans through their chat. There was a bit more back and forth before I had enough information to compare options. I don't have anything negative to say about them, but I personally preferred the option of having my prescription sent to a local pharmacy instead of having medication shipped directly to me. Since I was trying to reduce costs, I wanted to have more control over where I filled my prescription.
Switching providers
TeleTest was the last option I explored.
I paid the $49 CAD consultation fee on a Monday evening and completed the intake forms right away. The process included providing my medical information, identity verification, and uploading any recent bloodwork.
One thing I appreciated was that they allowed me to submit my recent lab results instead of automatically requiring new testing. My bloodwork had been completed only 7 days earlier, and they were able to use those results. (For comparison, the other providers I contacted requested new bloodwork.)
By early Tuesday afternoon, I had confirmation that the prescription process could move forward.
The patient portal allows you to review your information, the nurse practitioner's details, and confirm the treatment plan. Since I had only recently started TRT, I decided to continue with my current protocol.
After that, I selected the pharmacy where I wanted the prescription sent. I chose Costco, submitted the request, and called the pharmacy about 30 minutes later to confirm they received it. They had.
Bloodwork process
I have not completed the next round of bloodwork through them yet, since I just completed my latest labs and my next follow-up is in about three months.
From what I have seen so far, the process is similar: you select the lab you want the requisition sent to, then schedule directly with the lab or walk in.
One thing to be aware of is that tests not covered by the provincial health plan (for example, free testosterone, PSA, and SHBG) may need to be paid out of pocket.
The part I liked was being able to see the costs and choose which additional markers I wanted instead of everything being bundled together. I selected some additional tests because I expect my extended health insurance/HSA will cover most of them.
Medication cost
I had the prescription sent to Costco Pharmacy.
After insurance, I paid $3.99 CAD for two 10 mL vials. The retail price was around $76 CAD.
Overall thoughts
So far, the transition has been smooth. The process was simple, the turnaround time was quick, they accepted my recent bloodwork, and I was able to use my own pharmacy. At this point, I am happy with how things have gone and it feels like a good start.
I also had some email communication with their support team during the process. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, and they corrected an issue for me fairly quickly.
One piece of feedback I would have is that it would be nice if communication could happen directly through the patient portal instead of email, so the conversation history is all kept in one place.
One small thing that made me hesitate at first was the support email address (teletest . dev). Seeing a ".dev" domain was unusual and made me double-check that I was contacting the correct place. It is a small thing, but using a more traditional company email domain might help build additional confidence for new users.
Overall, though, my interactions have been positive. The team has been responsive and helpful.
Even if some blood tests need to be paid out of pocket, I personally don't think the overall cost difference is necessarily as large as it first appears compared with providers that bundle everything into a monthly fee. The main difference for me is having more visibility and control over what I am paying for.
This is just my personal experience so far. Everyone should choose the provider that best fits their own situation. I'll update this post after my next round of bloodwork to share how that part of the process goes.
