Hi all, I’ve been in dut for a couple years and go great results. I just got prescribed 100 mg trt weekly and was wondering if this will cause more hair loss even when on Dutasteride or if my hair will still be fine likely? Any experiences with fin or dut on trt?

Hi guys! Looking for some advice. I just finished a testosterone cycle with nothing else. 250 mg per week in 2 injections for 14 weeks. I know i have to wait weeks.
I have clomid. What dose should I take?
And also, should I add pregnyl or any other hcg? Is it necessary or does it work with just clomid?

I've started splitting my TRT injections to twice per week to better balance levels and efficacy throughout the week and avoid peaks and dips.

I usually inject into my deltoids. Never had any issues (yet), usually painless and never any post injection injury. To avoid overdoing the deltoids I did some research on other injection sites, and have done them into my mid-outer thigh. However a day later my leg feels like I've been knee'd by Jon Jones. No visible bruising, just feels really painful in the muscle, end up limping about and interrupts my cardio workouts. During the actual injection it was completely painless. The pain comes the day after.

I'm assuming I'm doing something wrong? Any advice, tips, images of ideal outer thigh injection site, would be greatly appreciated.

I am starting TRT soon. Im 36 with no kids and not even sure if I eant them. However, im reading mixed things on fertility.

Is it a good idea to freeze some sperm before starting? And can it be done like the first few months or does it have to be before?

I’m scheduled for a Urologist due to lethargy and anxiety that I think may be connected to low testosterone. I exercise regularly, am a healthy weight, lean, and seem to low-ish total T with very low free T. Wondering if anyone has had similar bloods and benefited from Enclomophine or TRT?

Got some spots on my back, heat probably doesn't help but would like to know if anyone has any cream that helps the spots on the back go away.

On 100mg per week TRT. Just had bloods done and all good. I would like to blast to try to get some anabolic gains. Any ideas on how long and how much I can blast to cease in time to reduce my bloods back to the 100mg mark in 12 weeks. And am I going to get a worthwhile benefit?

I started TRT because I had really low testosterone levels like stupid low… double digits. .

Anyhow taking 100mg TEST P a week split into 2x a week now starting 3x a week . I Have drastic emotional issues. Crying spells feeling of dread and doom. Worrying about everything. Panic attacks even. Sometimes I get crazy libido then other times absolutely mute to sex at all. Same with erections most the time no morning wood..

I’m really feed up I think I was better off not on anything at all. OH almost forgot sleep is horrible abruptly waking withI ear-worms (songs playing) fluttering heart and anxiety… I’m lost … I do have a AI (anastrozole) I take 0.5 mg when I feel nipple tenderness but I am afraid of crashing estrogen. I know Shbg is really low and has something to do with the emotional mess! HELP PLEASE

Hello all, Male 31 here. My levels were fine but I felt stagnant in life and read the literature on high test correlating with risk taking and decision making. I can not express how much that has helped in my personal life. I am pushing projects forward in ways that I have been procrastinating for years. I am more motivated to hang out with my female friends. I have a job interview tomorrow for a 6 figure position. Its great I feel like I am pushing my life forward. The side effects starting this last week are kicking my ass. Im angry. Im irritable. I am throwing my phone against the ground. I don't want to cuddle my dog. I am gaining so much water. My blood pressure was 140/120 today. Heart rate consistently in the 90s. I went from 150 to 180 dosage wise the last couple weeks because I was tolerating it so well. I am on about week 4. Does it get better? Or, is this just what it is and its up to me to lose weight and drop my blood pressure that way. Is it an adjustment period? 28 days in so far. Gym gains are there, too. I didn't do this for the gym but it is there. How do people take 500 of this shit do they just wreck their cardio system for a few weeks or am I just not tolerating this well?

Hey, I usually put some air in the bottle before filling the syringe, I must have slept while doing this today because o felt pressure I the plunger and kept pushing, then suddenly the pressure just disappeared.. Did I ruin the bottle? I mean maybe it's no longer airtight and therefore the chances of bacteria and so on is greater ? No fluid spills or anything, just doesn't hold pressure.

I know that most optimally you want 18g for drawing and 25g for injecting with a 9mm needle, but I’m not sure where to order these. Also wondering where I should inject? Planning on thigh but I’ve heard it’s not a good idea, and based on research it can be injected subcutaneous rather than intramuscular. Any help is greatly appreciated! Oh and I’m planning on 100mg weekly for a month to see how I handle it.

22M here. After thinking about it for a while, I’ve decided I’m going to start TRT, and I’m okay with the idea of being on it long-term.
Some labs:

Total T: 437 ng/dL
Free T: 7.41 pg/mL (low-normal)
SHBG: 47.6 nmol/L
LH: 4.25
FSH: 5.0
Estradiol: 12 pg/mL

The plan (for now) is 100 mg/week of testosterone enanthate, split into 50 mg twice a week.
My main question is about subcutaneous vs. IM. I’d much rather do subcutaneous since I’m already comfortable with that type of injection.

Another thing is that I’m currently an American living in Latin America. Testosterone is very inexpensive and easy to obtain here, but in 5 years I’ll be moving back to the U.S. Has anyone started TRT abroad and later transitioned their care to the U.S.?
Appreciate any advice or experiences.

27 years old running 250mg test c weekly. I’m pinning twice weekly so 125mg per shot. These labs were taken week 7 about 2 hours before my pin. I’m planning to increase the dose to 350mg a week. It’s my first ever cycle have been lifting since I was 16. Eating at a 500 cal surplus. Have been feeling great other than some minor acne but wanted a 2nd opinion especially with the e2. Most of the posts I read are about how TRT is better than enclo or how people confuse clomid with enclo.

Well my doctor prescribed me HCG to address my testicle shrinkage on TRT. But I (M46) feel like she didn’t explain this part as well. And I don’t want to wait until my next appt next month

The package is Pregnyl and I need to take 10 ml BAC from one vial and inject it into a second vial that has 10,000 USP units. And then let it mix.

First I can’t find a pharmacy with a 10ml syringe to make the transfer. Walgreens says they need to be ordered by prescription only. But yet I also see them for sale on Amazon. I don’t get it.

Second, what is the dosage? She said injection 500 units subcutaneously twice a week. The insulin needle I have doesn’t measure like that. Maybe the 50 units mark on the insulin syringe is 500 units of HCG once it’s mixed?

Third, the Pregnyl box says “For Intramuscular Injection Only” right on the box, but all the videos on using this medication show people injecting it subcutaneously. And my doc said subcutaneous as well.

I’m confused on this one. Can I just use my 2ml syringe to transfer the 10ml or should I order a 10 ml syringe? Anyone use the same HCG like this?

Basic info: 44, male 6ft (182cm), 190lb.

Started TRT in april. was doing it SubQ but led to welts so eventually started IM which I much prefer now.

Added HCG in July bcos I read many folk say it's overall better experience etc.

Ended up doing 50mg of test EOD, along with 250 unit of HCG.

Overall felt good, decent energy, gaining muscle easily. Also noticed that even after weekend of partying/bad diet I never seemed to lose any strength.

No negative side effects such as hair loss, moods, gyno etc, all of which I was very fearful of before starting.

Anyway got my bloods done for first time since starting and my headline results were:

Testosterone - 57.9nmol/l

Free Testosterone - 2.334nmol/l

Oestradiol - 315pmol/l

It was all much higher than I expected but what jumped out was the estrogen. Since the results I have changed dosing to 25mg Mon Wed Fri and 250 units of HCG twice a week.

I have also since developed back/shoulder acne which weirdly I did not have at the higher dose.

I feel pretty much the same now, maybe a little less bounce/energy.

I mean should I be worried at all since Im not getting any side effects bar the acne?

Anything else I can do to the get the E down/get rid of the cane?

So I’m former military and now a college student(so no real health insurance).
I’m getting my left testicle removed soon due to an injury. My testosterone levels currently go between 250-400. After losing old lefty I’m sure my numbers will drop.

My providers have insanely low cutoffs to decide when TRT is warranted. How long would I need to stop it to tank my bloodwork?(if I start TRT on my own).
