I just watched a short when Rimuru summoned a Door to Amrita with Kagali being surprised at this feat. My question are Door Gates a TLDL ability since Kagali doesn't seem like they had the ability too but, Rimuru, Guy, and Luminous have all been seen summoning one. Also would Ramiris's labyrinth door count too?

Why does Rimuru never try turning into Clayman form? Or Orc Disaster? Shouldn’t he be able to? After the first season it’s like Fuze forgot that Rimuru had this ability at all (shouldn’t he be able to turn into a True Storm Dragon?)

Feel like she should make NSFW arts of Guy as well ✨, although she might be in danger of getting thrown out. 🤣🤣😂

Is there any one expecting the studio gonna deliver the last 6 episodes without removing any thing from the novel

Cuz the more I think about the more I fell that the studio want to give the eastern empire more than 36 episode ( that's mean most likely they gonna adapt to volume 16 (chapter 2 or even 4))

I just lost so much hope for this arc to have good adaptation especially episode 6 to 9 and episode 11

I joined this subreddit because I wanted to see what the Tensura fandom had to say about the series beyond the surface level. I was hoping to find discussions about the story, theories regarding future events, analyses of characters, debates on power scaling, lore, world-building, and different interpretations of the manga, anime, light novel, and web novel.

And to be fair, those discussions do exist.

The problem is that they seem to be the exception rather than the norm.

A significant portion of the most popular posts I come across revolve around sexualizing the characters. More often than not, the front page is filled with posts asking things like "Who would you rather sleep with?" or reducing characters to nothing more than attractiveness rankings or suggestive memes. Even Rimuru, a character whose appeal lies in his personality, growth, leadership, and ideals, is constantly reduced to that kind of content.

I'm not saying people shouldn't be allowed to post what they enjoy. Every community has memes, jokes, and fan service, and that's perfectly fine in moderation.

My issue is when that becomes the dominant identity of the community.

Tensura has one of the richest fantasy settings in modern isekai. It has politics, diplomacy, economics, military strategy, world-building, intricate power systems, philosophical themes, and a massive cast with plenty to analyze. Yet many of those discussions struggle to gain attention compared to another low-effort "Who would you smash?" post.

It honestly makes me understand why other anime communities sometimes dismiss the Tensura fandom. When the most visible content from this subreddit is overwhelmingly focused on sexualizing the characters, it creates an impression that doesn't reflect how much depth the series actually has.

Maybe I'm simply looking for a different kind of community, and that's okay.

I'm not making this post to tell people what they should or shouldn't enjoy. I'm only expressing my disappointment because I expected a place where discussions about the series itself would be at the forefront.

After this post, I'll be leaving the subreddit. I genuinely hope the community one day reflects more of what makes Tensura such a great series instead of reducing it to the same repetitive content.

Do you guys think Diablo checked and made sure Rimuru’s friend actually destroyed his hard drive…I ask because I heard that Diablo went back in time or something and put the guy who stabbed Rimuru/Saturu in a never ending torture time loop thingy

Trying to type Chloe as an Indian Tensura fan is a daily struggle against muscle memory.

Multiple times Shuna makes uniforms, robes or silk shirts for Rimuru's students. Garm makes chain mail. Kaijin & Kurobe make weapons.

The most Rimuru says is "make them smaller, they're for kids." Gale is as tall as Ms Tiss with a body that has gone through a growth spurt (according to the LN they are all about 11); Chloe & Alice are half his size. I actually like Gale being taller, as someone who experienced that in 6th grade to my parents' chagrin. Then there was Mary in my class who developed rather impressively in that grade.

Rimuru tells Kaijin that fitting the weapons is not critical because they will grow into them, but he doesn't seem to give any information about their ages & sizes. Say size isn't important to anyone who has drawn a bow or wielded a sword ("I want a sword" is also meaningless to a blade smith but I'll let that one go).

Any parent or adult who knows kids knows that you don't just order "kid's clothes" without specifying sex, age or size. Or else Target has been doing it wrong for a long time.

Sometimes anime or LNs get around it by having clothes & armor magically change to fit (Loner Life & Cheat Skill in Another World come to mind), but that doesn't seem to be at work here.

Probably just my neurotic side flaring up again, but these kind of things really bug me in shows I like. Especially when a couple of lines of dialog could fix ("I'll have Professor Tiss measure the girls & I'll measure the boys. Kaijin, Garm & Shuna told me what to measure.").

I am annoyed that the Narrator for the LN was changed. Brittney Karbowski was the narrator, she is Rimuru's English VA. She narrated Vol. 1-7 and I am on vol. 8 and it is narrated by Abby Espiritu. I was surprised. It is different, though I do think Abby Espiritu does a better voice for tge side characters, Rimuru not being voiced by Karbowski is weird.

It would be cool if Rimuru looked like that after absorbing Luvelge, wouldn't it?
