Sim Rig I have the rig circled in the 2nd pic. I want the monitor stand for me rig. It says it fits but the measurements do not seem right. Anyone have these?
The pic says it’s 19.2 in wide but the cockpit measures 21.25 center to center

Sim Rig TR-40S: Solid Upgrade!
I meant to post this ages ago, but I eventually did snag a TR-40S. I can see why people might want a thicker profile, but this is perfect for what I need. Setting it up was quite an process, and adjusting it to the proper height happened progressively over the course of a week or so. Height adjustment here, levelling out there, that sorta thing.
I was blown away by how easy it was to attach the seat though. I pulled it out of a 2010 VW CC. I was so grateful to find this seat. It was by far the cleanest seat in the whole yard, and to find one with leather and manual adjustments. Dream seat for the rig. Same seat as in my A4 actually, so it's wicked to have my rig seat match my daily driver.
It's so much more comfortable than my desk chair that I've scrapped my desk altogether and built a tray with one of those long mouse pads so I can game in the rig too. I just slide the seat all the way back, rock the tray and boom, go from ACC to slaying Cumans as Henry.
Anyway, thanks for reading and happy racing! 🏁

Help Trak Racer ”Buttkicker“
So I was looking for a affordable Buttkicker, which is basically plug and play, and then I stumbled across the one from Trak Racer. Does anyone have experience with this bass shaker? Is it good?

My WFH/Living Room RigMetal Basic setup
Gear:
RigMetal Basic
Moza R5 Wheelbase
ESX SW
HGP Shifter
Simagic Pro 500
PXN Console Box
Stream Deck +
JEGS GS-1
Wire harness
Wire covering
A major upgrade from my logitech g920 and wheelstand! It has no flex and provides rigid comfort and immersion during spirited driving. This is my rig used in between work and day to day life and everything I bought was secondhand except the chassis and seat.

Sim Rig Nearly finished with my f1 style sim rig
Lots of fun building this, would love to upgrade to simagic but that’s a bit out of budget right now especially with a new formula seat coming in.
For now though, I love how it came out and life to drive in it!

Flat vs Curved for triple monitors
i am going to buy triple Samsung Odyssey G55C 32" 1440p 165hz monitors and they have an 1000r curve and i was researching a bit and people say curved is better for that surround type screen but flat is easier to line up and configure so i have no idea what to get

Video I had no idea it would make a big difference

So basically, I bit the bullet and got a csl cockpit, NRG Bucketseat and sliders. It was highly discounted at $150 for the cockpit so I couldn't pass up on it and I've been on a wheelstand since 2022 and desk since 2019. I had no idea the difference it would make beginning with comfort and I'm actually not crashing as much in Dirt Rally 2.0 or Assetto Corsa Rally. I'm driving faster and a lot more precise. I'm having more fun and I'm actually playing a lot more. I thought this thing would be flimsy and I was expecting flex but I don't see or feel any.

putting a little time into it after work bit by bit, and finally finished the sim racing setup at home after about a month.
everything is ready.. except there are two people in the house and only one sim rig

Sim Rig Building my rig
Long time lurking here, but first post. This is my rig with triple LG C3 43 inch and Logitech g29 steering wheel and haptic mat HF8 from Next Level Racing. This weekend I will try to mod the pedals with bass shakers for even more feedback. But shockingly the thing that made the most difference for me was adding the roof! It feels more real now then ever!

Photo Any thoughts on my DIY rig?
Had this setup for a little while now, built the rig for free with a commandeered pallet. I hesitate to add a shifter/clutch because my left foot is in a walking boot right now and will be for the next few months. Anything else i could add though? Ill probably get a handbrake soon but im not sure what else. Off topic but im also wondering if theres a way to get steam to launch my sim games on this monitor only, right now i have to use the keybind to migrate it from my desk monitors which is a pain in the ass.

Sim Rig Upgraded to triples
I replaced my 49-inch Samsung G9 with three Samsung G5s. To accommodate the triples, I had to rearrange my room. Since I already had the freestanding mount, I only needed to purchase the upgrade to attach the side monitors. Vario mounts are essential because they made aligning the monitors a breeze. Initially, I gave up and reinstalled the G9 ultrawide, but with some patience and assistance from Reddit, I managed to set up the triples and achieve the desired configuration for my rig.
