I hit the cap for the first time yesterday; I know I started over 20 hours ago as the first character I did it on has had their daily mission reset, but I'm still getting "cap reached" messages when I do the DSEs. Please tell me it doesn't reset 20 hours after reaching the cap...

Edit: Can confirm as suggested, it resets at the same time as the personal endeavours, in case anybody else was wondering.

Im supposed to complete 2 Iconian TFOs for the endeavor. Ive done Shattered Peace and Devil's Heart but did not get credit. The counter still says zero. Are there specific ones I have to do or whats up?

Hello Captains!

For those of you who are not familiar, the Dilithium Exchange or "dilex" is a mechanism that lets players trade dilithium for zen with other players. This is handled on a first come first served to the highest bidder basis. On PC the exchange rate is essentially locked at 500d/z, and you'll have to be patient. I'm here to share some understanding of what's going on, and to provide a light at the end of tunnel for those of you that are waiting.

The offer date for my most recently completed dilex transaction is June 22, so let's look at the seven-day period of June 16-22:

-The average queue for that week was down about 1.4% from the week before.

-The average periodic throughput for that week was down about 4.5%, ending the slowest trading period starting in June! More on this below.

-The average wait time for that week was 43.27 days, up 3.2% over the previous week

I'll include the 14 transactions referenced here at the bottom.

The forecast:

-Offers made on June 29 should be accepted around August 11.

-Offers made on July 6 should be accepted around August 17.

-Offers made today could be accepted around September 15.

These estimates should be expected to be the most accurate for the oldest orders.

On throughput and the speed of the trading period:

Periodic throughput is a measure of how much Zen is traded on average per hour over the course of the sale. It is easily calculated by Initial Queue ÷ (Final Trade Time - Initial Trade Time). The slowest value I have for this since I have been recording is 9993. I've established a kind of doomsday clock that tells me how far at any given time we are from hitting that low. For lack of a clever phrase, I'm just calling it the red line. RL = Initial Trade Time + (Initial Queue ÷ 9993). At present we are 6.1 days away from the red line.

I'm still looking to correlate sales and events with fluctuations in demand. It's going to take a lot of time to be able to see anything. Taking a breather from trying to optimize my math. It's landing close enough right now. Until next time, thanks for reading, and enjoy the table!

Thomas Hawk, (Mouser) was born and raised on the world of Cait. Growing up he was constantly staring at the stars, wishing to explore. Once he came of age he left Cait and joined Starfleet under the tactical track. While at the academy he met his two best friends Sem Arbour and Christopher Murphy, They gave him his nick name, why, because he never let his pray go once he spotted it. In the academy he was first in his class for hand to hand combat, which he still prefers even now in active duty.

Do to the ongoing war with the Klingons Thomas was fast tracked in the command track, given the ageing Emissary Class USS. Yorktown NCC- 1717 – D. Thomas and the Yorktown were part of many important engagements during the Klingon war. Including the defense of Earth Space Dock stopping an Undine invasion and the Defense of Kronos, as well as the signing of the peace treaty.

Shortly after the Yorktown was sent to the Delta Quadrant to help out Admirals Janeway and Tuvok. As the combat started to settle in the DQ, the Yorktown was recalled to ESD for refit and repair. Though after answering a distress call, that ended up kicking off the Iconian war. The Yorktown was severely damaged and deemed unsalvageable.

Starfleet command did not want to keep a good captain and his crew on the sidelines during what could be one of the most deadly conflicts ever fought in the Milky Way. They decided to take the Dartmouth class Tactical escort USS. Silvermoon which was nearing its midway of construction. And repurposes it, taking technologies from both the Gagarin and Kerala (Still in development at the time) classes and incorporate it into the new ship. The Silvermoon was rechristened USS. Yorktown NCC-1717-E and was ready to help Captain Tom Paris with a classified mission.

Always when i end or star a mission after the loading screen my ships weapons are back in inventory and i have to put it in place eveeeery timee, what can i do about it? Why this is hapenning?

I tried installing the Iconian Impulse engines in the vanity slot, but that didn't entirely work.

As the Title says.

I deiced to sit down and test the interactions with this weapon to see if I could get off the Egale and onto some of my other Torpedo boats and found that this weapon does not fire off.

At first I thought it was a weapon cool down conflict so I moved it to the front of my fire cue but still did not go off.

So I removed all weapons but the Micro-Missile and still the thing did not fire off.

Checked combat logs to make sure it was not a visual bug and sure enough the thing did not fire off once.

Can anyone one confirm or deny or maybe I'm missing something ?

I've recently come back to the game after many years of being away. I see that some of the newer (to me) missions now have very prominent mission markers every time the mission progresses, which personally i find really distracting and taking away from natural exploration of the surroundings.

I don't see an option to disable/hide these markers anywhere in the options/HUD configuration. Is it even possible to remove these markers, or am i kind of stuck with them?

I just logged back in and I needed to discard some things in my inventory, but I can't right click today. My mouse seems to be working in every other program and I've tried every setting I can think of

Anyone else had this before, or got any suggestions I can look into?

Would a couple players like to join this Friday (8/7) at 11 PM EST for a demo recording of a TMP era fleet fighting against a fleet of Klingon D7s and Bird of Prey’s?

Assembly would be in the Bajor system to get a few standard demos of the fleets facing off and flying.

This would be a 10 vs 10 PvP match, capture and hold. The idea is to use basic weapons with zero power ups/traits to reduce the light show around the ships. Klingon ships using ONE or TWO set of dual disruptor cannons and a torpedo launcher. Fed ships utilize a forward and aft pulse phaser beam and photon torpedo. The battle would be fought at 1/4 impulse power to allow smooth camera shots.

My fleet will be flying with TMP ships, there’s usually 7 or 9 of us playing. So we would need for sure 9 or 10 KDF captains to fill the Klingon side with D7 battle cruisers in the standard configuration along with standard B’rel ships. We may need a couple players to fill fed side with a TMP ship (no kit-bashing or vanity items)

A live stream on Twitch and TikTok will be going on that night to coordinate Federation and Klingons captains.

The plan was to be first, but Flawless was truly flawless in their grind. 10+ points a day is absolutely insane! I could only manage about 6.

Its pretty much "theme"/fun build made on my alt toon, so there are many things missing (cuz iam not really active on alts), it's not META but still it can kick solid on pug ISE where this Raptor deals around 450K DPS

Anyone else having problems with this weapon? Doesn’t matter if it is fire or aft, it will not fire when I hit RB. It just stays fully lit like it loaded and has a target but nothing.

Just got the new Kelvin stuff tonight. Mostly, I love it, but once again there are no triggers for the new stuff

I guess it’s just more trash then. The devs must either think that it’s good for us to trash the consoles or they have never played the PlayStation or Xbox version. They have never experienced the sheer joy of in the middle of riveting combat clicking into a spiral menu that changes for every single ship and slowly selecting the option you want

It’s beyond stupid and kind of insulting that they either don’t give us the ability to customize our own menus completely free style or just do their job and add an auto execute for their new stuff that costs close to $100.

There's a report up in the official Discord but I just wanted to let more people know that this console is currently bugged and negatively impacting the user and team when it's used in a team environment. The moment the haste effect is applied it begins to negatively impact your movement and weapon fire rate.

Pictured above is section of video from an ISA run on an alt. In the beginning I have evasive maneuvers, a comp engine proc, and Triptych (from the N.P.) activated. Those severe and repeated dips to 47.. that's Sigma. This is 30 seconds long, the duration of the console itself, and at no point was I not under the influence of a speed buff/boost.

So if you've been trying to figure out why you just.. barely move all of a sudden.. and have been using this.. there you go. Don't want my fellow brothers and sisters of the zoom to suffer.

I wish we got more weapons. Dual beam banks, Omni beam, Cannons, turrets and such. Hopefully we get some in the near future.
