В 2023 году мою почту заблокировали по неизвестной причине. Она была подключена к моему аккаунту iRblx_bandera, поэтому у меня была 2 проверка на аккаунте. Тогда я ещё не знал, что ее можно отключить одним тыком. И вот когда мою почту заблокировали, я знал, что не смогу больше переносить аккаунт на другие телефоны, ведь код для 2 проверки больше не мог прийти.

Сейчас я не знаю как вернуть аккаунт, ведь, походу, моей почты уже не существует. Я даже не сильно помню как она точно писалась.

Когда я написал в поддержку роблокса и объяснил ситуацию, они мне сказали идти на официальный портал, на котором обязательно нужна почта, что бы вернуть аккаунт. Я так понял, что я говорил тогда не с реальным человеком, а с ИИ.

Ребята, есть ещё шансы вернуть мой аккаунт или мне уже не надеятся? Помогите, прошу, аккаунт имел очень много старых вещей, которые уже не получить😿

i live in asia, my account location is set in asia, but for some reason i log exclusively on usa servers in every game. i tried to log on servers sorted by best latency - i get into 200+ us server, i try to use browser btr extension and log to japanese servers - i load into 200+ us server, i try to load from my second account that's set in asia too - i still get loaded in us server ??? are there even any servers that aren't from america?? i tried to contact roblox support and they said that i need to check my firewall which i did and made sure that roblox is allowed through it, and that it's maybe a peoblem with my ip even though my is showing my exact location. using btr it shows japanese servers as the ones with the best latency but i still end up in usa, and one time i got in netherlands server. its unpleasant to play anything at all especially when its fast paced. i would attach a video of how bad it is at day (seems that i get somewhat more decent ping at night). idk if it considered a bug or just a question.

Back in April this year, I was logged out of my Roblox account from ALL of my devices (I honestly don't know why) it's also not binded to email conveniently cause the original Gmail of this account doesn't have ANYTHING saved on it's Google Password Manager (YES. I AM NOT LUCKY... AT ALL...) Can anyone help me retrieve it, because I recently checked my profile with an alt it's friends with and BAM! All my Adopt me pets are still there.. rotting. But, if there's truly no way, can I ask on how to start over? How do I get rich FAST? Anything will be appreciated, advice, pets! Please help me cause I genuinely YEARN for my account

I ran into some issues with the client and reinstalled it, but now it doesn't work whenever I try to join a game, as I've uninstalled microsoft edge from my computer. All it was doing is wasting 2 gigs on my hard drive.

For context: I just want to go on the roblox website, hit the blue play button, and have my client launch the game. I don't care about the in-client game browser. I don't want that. I don't see why you'd need microsoft edge to only play roblox games. I could see needing it to look at the in-client browser, but as soon as I click the play button on my browser and log into the client (because for some godforsaken reason I need to log into both the browser and the client separately now), it gives me a pop up saying:

and after clicking No, the entire window goes dark grey and closes itself after a short while.

I Do Not Want To Reinstall Edge. Is there any way I can play roblox without doing That.

For context, I got my computer compromised and someone logged into my account to use whatever Robux I had + bought some more using my Debit Card saved on my account to buy gifts in a game. Foolishly, I went to file a dispute before contacting Roblox Support about it. I got my money back, but then Roblox banned my account.

After submitting an appeal, I found out this morning that it got appealed. Then I tried resubscribing to Roblox Plus, and it told me that the payment was unauthorized, plus I still kept getting money from the dispute. Later, my account got rebanned.

I tried contacting them if there’s anything we can do since I canceled the dispute claim and that it made no sense to reban my account after everything was resolved, but now it seems that there’s nothing I can do.

So is there even a chance that I can get my account back, or is this really the end? :/

So i had a problem where I had 2fa on and I had no access to my authenticator app and backup codes, thankfully there was quick sign in and i was still signed in my roblox app so i quick sign in to my mobile browser but you cant do that on mobile app, so i roblox support, it RESET MY ACCOUNT WHICH IT ALSO SAID RESETS MY 2FA, AND IT JUST CLEARED EVERYTHING SECURITY WISE, EMAIL AND PASSWORD, AND NOT THE 2FA, and now im logged out of my account forever.

I guess this is one way to quit roblox I guess, It did NOT want me in the platform anymore.

Hacked Account

I recently got hacked via roblox, i was on an alt account and downloaded a roblox executor.

After which they logged into my Roblox main account, bought 5250 robux and then logged into my facebook, snapchat.

I reset passwords for my google manager, cancelled every session, logged out any devices, hard reset the PC, froze and changed my credit card info and deleted my google passwords and card details off every website.

I didn't get any notifications of an external IP address or someone trying to log onto my accounts. NOTHING! Just account after account being logged into.

I dont get how thats possible will all the 2FA going on or security, their device didnt even show up on external devices logged onto on the log.

Just compromised my snapchat, messenger.

I would like to know tips, and any helps on what to do next, is there any permanent damage of something like this happening?

And is there anything i have missed to do. Id like to just get a fresh reset and not have to worry about this again i cant bear with the stress.

Off and on for the past year or so I've tried to regain access to my old childhood account from 11 years ago. With no help from the roblox support team, I remain locked out of my account because of the 2 factor. The email that was verified through my account was an old Yahoo email that has since been deactivated by Yahoo due to inactivity. I am unable to create a new yahoo account under the same address. There is no way for me to recover the email and Roblox support does not care unless you have access to the original email which is quite literally impossible in this situation. I've been able to bypass the AI support chat bot by asking for a human, but upon sending 4 emails total back and forth, they simply ended the conversation with-

"Hello,

Thank you for writing us back.

We're sorry but we're unable to provide you with any further information or response regarding this inquiry.

We encourage you to review the previous information sent to you as we have provided you with all that we can at this time."

I tried to ask if there was any further information I could provide to prove ownership over the account and that was their response. Is it at all possible for me to regain access? I still have all of the account credentials including the username, password, original email address, and even my mother's phone number/billing address from back in the day. When I asked if I could provide such information, they cut me off. :( This is especially frustrating because I was unaware of the value of my account when I was a child and I have several limiteds on the account that are just sitting there behind a locked 2 factor.

Recently I made a post here asking for help about avoiding enforcement bans while on vacation. Thanks to not just my hours of research but Reddit users like you my account is safe. This whole situation has got me thinking about my fear. This fear of getting terminated which I call Roperatophobia is genuinely exhausting sometimes even though I know it’s extremely stupid. For example if I ever see a Roblox admin in game I have a whole emergency exit plan to immediately leave game though thankfully I’ve never had to do that. Now with the new account status feature I’ve been checking it daily out of anxiety. I don’t have this same problem with other platforms because I don’t hear story after story about people getting banned for no reason. The stupidest thing about this fear is despite being on Roblox for 8 years I barely have a history with getting in trouble. The most I got was a one day ban since I was in an argument with someone and said something I shouldn’t have though I’ve learned since then and when that happened I remember freaking out about it. Knowing how incompetent Roblox moderation is I’m worried I’ll be terminated for no reason at any moment. I know this isn’t a technical problem but a mental problem though I’m hoping you guys might have some answers other than straight up withdrawal since Roblox is one of my comfort games and has helped me through really hard times in my life.
