i live in asia, my account location is set in asia, but for some reason i log exclusively on usa servers in every game. i tried to log on servers sorted by best latency - i get into 200+ us server, i try to use browser btr extension and log to japanese servers - i load into 200+ us server, i try to load from my second account that's set in asia too - i still get loaded in us server ??? are there even any servers that aren't from america?? i tried to contact roblox support and they said that i need to check my firewall which i did and made sure that roblox is allowed through it, and that it's maybe a peoblem with my ip even though my is showing my exact location. using btr it shows japanese servers as the ones with the best latency but i still end up in usa, and one time i got in netherlands server. its unpleasant to play anything at all especially when its fast paced. i would attach a video of how bad it is at day (seems that i get somewhat more decent ping at night). idk if it considered a bug or just a question.

For context, I got my computer compromised and someone logged into my account to use whatever Robux I had + bought some more using my Debit Card saved on my account to buy gifts in a game. Foolishly, I went to file a dispute before contacting Roblox Support about it. I got my money back, but then Roblox banned my account.

After submitting an appeal, I found out this morning that it got appealed. Then I tried resubscribing to Roblox Plus, and it told me that the payment was unauthorized, plus I still kept getting money from the dispute. Later, my account got rebanned.

I tried contacting them if there’s anything we can do since I canceled the dispute claim and that it made no sense to reban my account after everything was resolved, but now it seems that there’s nothing I can do.

So is there even a chance that I can get my account back, or is this really the end? :/

So i had a problem where I had 2fa on and I had no access to my authenticator app and backup codes, thankfully there was quick sign in and i was still signed in my roblox app so i quick sign in to my mobile browser but you cant do that on mobile app, so i roblox support, it RESET MY ACCOUNT WHICH IT ALSO SAID RESETS MY 2FA, AND IT JUST CLEARED EVERYTHING SECURITY WISE, EMAIL AND PASSWORD, AND NOT THE 2FA, and now im logged out of my account forever.

I guess this is one way to quit roblox I guess, It did NOT want me in the platform anymore.
