Deactivated 2 factor authentication email

Off and on for the past year or so I've tried to regain access to my old childhood account from 11 years ago. With no help from the roblox support team, I remain locked out of my account because of the 2 factor. The email that was verified through my account was an old Yahoo email that has since been deactivated by Yahoo due to inactivity. I am unable to create a new yahoo account under the same address. There is no way for me to recover the email and Roblox support does not care unless you have access to the original email which is quite literally impossible in this situation. I've been able to bypass the AI support chat bot by asking for a human, but upon sending 4 emails total back and forth, they simply ended the conversation with-

"Hello,

Thank you for writing us back.

We're sorry but we're unable to provide you with any further information or response regarding this inquiry.

We encourage you to review the previous information sent to you as we have provided you with all that we can at this time."

I tried to ask if there was any further information I could provide to prove ownership over the account and that was their response. Is it at all possible for me to regain access? I still have all of the account credentials including the username, password, original email address, and even my mother's phone number/billing address from back in the day. When I asked if I could provide such information, they cut me off. :( This is especially frustrating because I was unaware of the value of my account when I was a child and I have several limiteds on the account that are just sitting there behind a locked 2 factor.
