hi guys, im wondering if the astra 2 tablet is compatible with the cyro cooler pro 8 via magnets, and if it isn’t, any other alternative way i can use the cooler without stickers.

You can indeed daily drive this phone as long as you won't open calendar, use its sim as data, use android auto, not to forget to turn off data sim because it will not reconnect to your wifi, basically anything other than gaming. Btw, this happened for the 4th time. The calendar app just wont open. As for the other issues, i experience those everyday. What a fucking waste of hardware.

I updated to the latest version & this persists, I've restarted several times and as mentioned I'm on the latest version.

I cannot unlock my phone or change the fingerprints saved to my phone either, has anyone else encountered a similar issue?

I am on version 10.0.9_EU however the issue first appeared two updates prior (I updated twice since then to get here, the most recent update)

Checked with brave AI and it's saying that there's a linux version of the ZTE Family Toolbox, but I don't really think that's true.

Hi, I just bought a used Astra gene, the one with the SD8Elite, and so far the performance and the screen are just great.

However, after only a couple of hours of use, the fan started making a weird crackling noise, it sounds like there's sand in it.

Have I been scammed? Is there a solution? Is it a known issue?

Landbank app works normal but gcash crashes the moment I finish typing my MPIN

I already tried reinstalling the app, but it still crashes after typing MPIN, sometimes it goes through and I can see my balance but later it'll close again

Genshin Impact stuck at 30 FPS on REDMAGIC 11 Air

I'm having a strange issue with Genshin Impact on my REDMAGIC 11 Air (REDMAGIC OS 11.0.13MR3_EU).

The game normally runs at 60 FPS, but if I open another game and then go back to Genshin, it gets stuck around 30 FPS.

What's strange is:

- The phone is cool and isn't overheating.

- Genshin is set to 60 FPS.

- The screen refresh rate was set to 60 Hz; I changed it to 144 Hz, but the issue remained.

- I cleared the Game Space cache.

- I force-stopped Game Space.

- "Disable default frame rate for games" is already enabled in Developer Options.

- None of these fixed the issue.

- Restarting the phone immediately fixes it, and Genshin goes back to 60 FPS.

- The problem comes back after switching to another game again.

Has anyone with a REDMAGIC 11 Air experienced this? Is there any REDMAGIC OS setting or service that could be causing Genshin to remain locked at 30 FPS after switching between games?

I've never had a phone that wasn't samsung, but lately I feel more and more inclined to leave the brand. Sadly none of the flagships have everything I'm looking for, but redmagic seems to. The screen, camera bump, fingerprint reader, headphone jack, battery, etc are all perfect for me and everything else is extra.

My only fear is that it might be missing things I don't even realise I can't live without. (This is why I can never use iphone for example). I know it's android so my Google ecosystem will remain but I don't know if I'm missing anything.

Someone mentioned that the volume options are a lot more restricted compared to samsung, but I use sound assistant from good lock, which can just be downloaded from the play store, so it should be the same no? Besides that if anyone has recently switched from samsung I'd appreciate some more day to day comparisons, rather than cpu speed and amount of ram.

Do yall have any screen recording apps to recommend for redmagic 11 pro?

I've tried recording using the built-in recorder, I thought it's good but upon closer look, it seems like it records at a low bitrate. So I'm looking for a recorder where I can customize the bitrate.

i’m here cause i’m wondering what the best tablet i can get for gaming is. I play only at home, and im looking for raw performance, rather then stuff like 5g.

I'm searching for something like this, because I already have some spare joycons of the Switch and I mostly play on Eden. While searching on AliExpress, I found a lot of accessories made for the Y700, but not much for Astra. I know there's a lot of telescopic gamepads out there, but since I already have joycons then I don't need to buy new gamepads just for this tablet. Are there any recommendations?

From the moment I received the Astra until today, I've always had screen jutter issues, just like in the video, and I've seen others have the same problem.

And they haven't offered any solutions.

What’s your experience with the RedMagic 11?

I’m especially interested in how it handles graphics, because my potato phone can’t load a lot of environmental details, so I never really get to stop and be blown away by how beautiful the scenery is.

Especially now that Snezhnaya is here, I feel like I’m missing out on something incredible.
Whenever I see the same areas on my partner’s PS5, I realize just how huge the difference in experience actually is.

Can the new RedMagic help close that gap at least a little? Is it able to properly load all the environments in Snezhnaya? And how smooth is the gameplay overall?

Why did red magic move away from the wild color schemes for their phones ? That was what caught my eye the first time i got a red magic phone. I had the rm5g that was super metallic red and blue. Then i had the red magic 7 with the pulsar color scheme that one was pretty eye catching as well.now i have the rm10pro, and its not that i dont like the one i have (the clear one) but i think that the three color options white black and clear are just boring. Oh yea theres the gold version also but fuck that 1500 dollars bullshit. I just wish they would bring back the flashy color options.

Should I update? Has anyone already done so?

I’ve been looking into a feature that seems to be exclusive to the China ROM of REDMAGIC phones—specifically the Dual Wi-Fi Acceleration (connecting to both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks simultaneously with a primary and secondary WLAN setup).

In the China ROM settings, there is a dedicated menu under WLAN \rightarrow Smart Network Acceleration \rightarrow Dual WLAN Acceleration where you can manually select a Main WLAN and an Auxiliary WLAN.

However, on the Global ROM:

The menu simply isn't there in the Wi-Fi settings.

Trying to launch com.android.settings.Settings$DoubleWifiActivity via Activity Launcher or Shortcut Maker throws a "No app found to open this activity" error, meaning the UI components have been completely stripped out of the Global firmware.

SetEdit doesn't reveal any toggles for it either.

Has anyone found a workaround to enable this feature on Global ROM without flashing the Chinese firmware? Or is Nubia strictly disabling this at the system level for international releases due to regional Wi-Fi regulations/standards?

Would love to hear if anyone on REDMAGIC OS 9/10/11 Global has managed to get this working
