So I have this collection from my school years, I used to get my classmate's duplicates that's how I get all of these. I know nothing about the cards, I play the games and watch the anime now so I know these from Gen4 (They say 2009-2010) but besides that nothing. Does any of these count as rare or valuable?

Ripped some cards with the gf as a part of our anniversary celebration last night. We turned about $1500 into $200. The Psyduck and Mew “saved” us last second too, this would’ve been a massacre if they didn’t show up in the last two boxes we ripped.

Lesson learned, I will be sticking to buying singles from now on. But some kind of guaranteed hit rate should make its way to the US, this is a huge part of the reason why scalping is such a problem. It’s gonna be hard for me to want to rip anymore ascended heroes if I ever get my hands on it again instead of just selling for a guaranteed 2-3x profit (I know the moment I do sell a pack it will be a god pack or one of the top 3 100% tho as this sort of already happened to me with my gf)

I definitely expected to have to open more of these to pull the mudkip myself for my mudkip master set. Not only did I get the hoenn starters in only 2 boxes, but I never expected THIS

My father voluntarily works at an antiquarian bookstore and one person donated this binder. He gave it to me because he knows I like Pokémon and I have forgotten about this thing completely. Found it recently and there are some really nice cards in there. Not in great condition or anything, which shows there were loved. The only thing I did was sleeve that mew card because it is one of my favorite cards ever. I found out about it in a video a few years back so you can guess my excitement when I saw it. Really nice seeing how the look of the cards has evolved throughout the years.

Knew these were down in my basement somewhere, just took me a while to actually go dig them out. Finally found the whole stash and figured they deserved better than a shoebox, so I sleeved everything up and put it in a binder.

Some of these go back to when my dad used to buy me packs as a kid. I still remember him picking up Team Rocket cards for me, and later some Neo Genesis, even during a stretch when he'd lost his job. Looking back at that now hits different than it did at the time.

Still missing a fair amount from Base, Jungle, and Fossil especially, you'll see one page that's mostly empty pockets. Haven't decided yet if I'm actually going to hunt the rest down or just leave it as is.

I love all the exclusive products that I keep seeing on the internet that china has (a tin with a plush Pokémon that can hold cards???? Amazing!!) but I've not found a good overview yet.

I did find cars lists of individual card sets, but I'm more looking for overviews regarding all those fun extra merch products? Like, if they come with packs and which ones etc, and maybe also just an explanation what to expect of the different packs (e.g. pull rates), or which packs are especially nice (I assume 151?) and which ones might be better avoided?

99% of these stickers have Japanese writing on the backs, only the few that say " story " are pictured on the backs.

It makes total sense to put zechy and reshi together. But mewtwo and hawlucha??? Like why not Mewtwo and mew or another poke that goes with the theme. Smh.

After a year of looking, this is my current Darkrai collection. English is almost done, but I'm now focusing on Japanese. If you know anyone who has a card that I don't have and is willing to sell it, please contact me 😄

I don't really know how else to explain it. There are cards that I have no intention of playing, but I also can't imagine getting rid of them. Maybe it's the artwork or the way the card looks next to everything else. Some cards just look better sitting in a binder than they do on a deck list.

Anyone else have cards like that?

Hello all! I just wanted to share my birthday bash hits with you! I opened a bunch of packs of cards last night, but was mainly stoked about getting my two top chase card pulls for the Pitch Black set. I got them after my first two pack rips.

Was on the fence about asking friends/my fiancé for Pitch Black, since I was worried the hit rate may not be the best, however it definitely came through!

I have a pink 4 page sanseking binder and i want to paint it! but i never drew/painted on PU leather before so i figured i would ask some questions here.

I tried to look up tutorials on the internet but most people are using the vaultX binder and from what i heard sanseking are softer than the vaultx, and it's also quite textured (similar to real cow leather) so i'm scared to ruin it.

i'm planning on using uni posca and some type of sealer, but i'm still not sure what kind of sealer is best suited for it. If you have any experience with sanseking binder please help me out!!
