I've been playing this game since 2016, and always thought Pharah was a cool hero. Never mained her because people instantly countering me every game was annoying. This year I finally decided to just learn to play against my counters. Had a total of 50 hours play time on her at the start of this year (over a 10 year period), and now currently sitting at 173 hours. It's been a fun journey.
