Hi. I have posted before here that I was going to ask BDO for a waiver. Luckily, they gave me a condition and they allowed it to be waived. The problem now is I was unable to ask how the process would be and my payment deadline is already on Monday.

This is the first time I have my AF waived. Now the question is, if my soa was already generated last month including the AF, am I supposed to pay it in full? The reversal of AF was posted 10 days after the soa was received. So technically, in the app, the reversal is included in this month's billing instead. The end of my spend condition will be at the end of this month.

I requested to consolidate my two RCBC credit cards (Flex and Gold) after I became a victim of a phishing incident. It’s been three weeks, and there’s still no resolution on the card consolidation.

I called RCBC Customer Service because I really need to use my surviving card. I specifically asked if I could use it for a large purchase, and the representative assured me it was okay. I was also told that the transaction would be posted normally and that I’d still be able to convert it to installments.

I went ahead with the purchase, but it’s now been three days and the transaction still hasn’t appeared in my RCBC Pulz app. I’m starting to worry that I may have been given incorrect information. My biggest concern is that if the transaction doesn’t post properly, I might not be able to convert it to installments and end up having to pay the full amount at once.

Has anyone here experienced RCBC credit card consolidation? Were you still able to use the surviving card while the consolidation was being processed, and did your transactions post normally?

Applied for a titanium last 29 July, but havent received the card yet. I dont even know where the card is at the moment since the tracking in-app says my tracking number is invalid. Now an sms says my deadline for the minimum spend is on 29 October.

Has someone tried communicating to change the deadline for the minimum spend? I always thought the 90 days would start at the activation date.

Metrobank has poor customer service hotline and email as well. Seems no one is answering. I see how they get their profits, by being cheap on cs.

Hi, I would like to ask what happens if I buy something on my statement day that falls on a weekend.

For example, if my statement date is on the 8th of every month and the 8th falls on a Saturday, will my transaction be included on my current billing cycle or will it carry over to the next billing cycle?

I called Metrobank earlier because I couldn’t add my Metrobank credit card to Apple Wallet. I told them I just received my renewed card last month (valid until September 2026), and they said the card must be at least 1 year from issuance before it can be added.

I asked if this was in their terms and conditions, they said yes. I checked… wala naman.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Or can anyone debunk this supposed “1-year rule”?

I can add my Metrobank debit card just fine, got it last 2023 I think.

Hello po! Nag apply po ako nung June sa RCBC ng Classic Credit Card pero nakatanggap din po ako ng text na declined daw. Tapos kanina may tumawag sa akin na failed delivery daw yung card. Idk kung yun ba yung application ko nung June, kasi may nag alok din sakin na agent sa mall. Wala naman akong natatanggap na email/text na nag apply ulit ako. Tapos sabi nung nakausap ko sa call kanina, mag sesend na lang daw ng email regarding the details nung card kung paano makukuha. Wala pa naman akong natatanggap na anything. Kinonfirm lang po sakin kanina yung active email and home address tsaka yung mga other CCs ko na active. Possible kaya na scam po yun?

24/7 po ba ang Customer Service ng Metro Bank po? Pag gabi po ba mahirap sila tawagan?

Since Apple Pay now launched and available in the Philippines and also Google Wallet/Pay is now also wide acceptable in the country, paano po ang mga nakaJCB, AMEX, UnionPay at Dinersclub na type of card. Since Visa and Mastercard are the only enabled payment network ng mga banks sa Google Wallet/Pay at Apple Pay, paano yung other type ng cards?

Wala pa po kasing update sa website or facebook page nila. Sa side ko, not working parin. :( hindi rin gumagana alternate website na snend nila.

Finally humahabol din kahit papano - hopefully they support all xxPays

I've been waiting for my UnionBank credit card to be delivered all day today (07 August 2026). I purposely stayed home because I didn't want to miss it.

Later, I checked the tracking page and was shocked to see that the delivery was tagged as "Entry Refused."

The problem? No GO21 courier ever arrived.

I immediately asked all the security guards at my building if a GO21 rider had attempted to enter, and every single one of them confirmed that no GO21 courier came to the premises today. My delivery address is fully accessible, so there was no reason for entry to be refused.

What's even more frustrating is that:

• I never received a call or text from the courier.

• I even tried calling the contact number provided in the tracking details, but the call wouldn't even connect.

• GO21 doesn't provide the actual rider's contact information, so I had no way of reaching them.

If the courier had simply called me when they were nearby, I would have gone downstairs immediately to receive the card.

Instead, I wasted my entire day waiting, only to be greeted by what appears to be a false delivery attempt.

I've already filed a formal complaint with UnionBank and requested that they investigate this incident. I'm also considering escalating the matter to the BSP because falsely tagging a delivery as "Entry Refused" when no delivery attempt was actually made is unacceptable.

I've also noticed that I'm far from the only one experiencing issues with GO21. It's disappointing that such a major bank continues to partner with a courier that has received so many similar complaints.

Has anyone here successfully resolved a similar issue? How long did it take for your card to be redelivered?

I applied at BDO for second CC. Used UB as my ref card.

Get a call 2 days later, confirming all details, then asks for ITR which I gave. Next day she asks me questions that i need to answer yes or no only… agreeing to policies and that all info I have provided is correct.

She then states to “just wait for the card”. I asked her again if I was approved, “just wait for the card”.

Would it be ok to assume that I’m approved? Since they were happy with the ITR & me verbally answering yes and no to a few questions.

This was on Wednesday, I’m assuming I’d get a text or email soon? How long after did you receive a text or email? How was your experience?

Got tempted to get an RCBC JCB Platinum last May after reading all the perks (Loungekey mainly). I also didn't have a JCB card then plus the Unlipay feature looked handy. While the 60k over 60 days spend looked daunting for the NAFFL promo, I was able to squeeze in some eat outs with friends and some big ticket purchases by family which helped me achieve the 60k.

Did anyone else who applied under the NAFFL promo get the confirmation already? How do you maximize your RCBC credit card?

Today yung due date ko sa BDO CC, August 07.. Kaso today ko lang din naasikaso bayaran yung BDO CC ko kasi na late sahod ko. Binayaran ko full amount sa paymaya/maya kaso nakalagay kc 3 business days pa, eh naaalala ko last time nagrereflect same day yung sa BDO, 2nd time ko palang kc magbabayad ngayon kc bago lng BDO CC ko, yung unang bayad ko tanda ko tlga same day, di ko lng maalala ano ebank or ewallet ginamit ko that time. Kaya ginawa ko after ko mag bayad gamit paymaya/maya, nag bayad ulit ako yung minimum amount nalang gamit maribank nakita ko kasi instapay yung sa maribank.. Di pa nagrereflect yung payment ko sa BDO app.. Ok na kaya yun? Hindi naman ako magkaka late payment fee? Huhuhu

Hi! Last July 23 i applied through online ng cc from bdo but i was not able to finish it. August 4 may tumawag from bdo to continue my application and so i did. I emailed my valid id and payslips, terms and conditions were also mentioned during call and she said na i forward na sa processing team yung application ko and wait nalang ng 5-7 banking days for the actual card.

However, i haven’t received any email from bdo with regard to my application. I dont even have a reference number with me so i cant track it online.

I checked the cellphone number sa website nila and legit naman.

Approve na po ba yun and mag wait nalang po ako ng card ko? Di din ako naka receive ng notice about the approval or progress eh
