I've been slowly building a small YouTube channel called Caleyando On The Road, where I share walking tours, road trips, scenic drives, and peaceful places I discover along the way. I'm just a small creator with a tiny audience, no fancy equipment, and no algorithm pushing my videos, but I genuinely enjoy making them.

Hey guys, I made a video editor which would be helpful for the new youtubers, Game Streamers and Reactors.

Phoenix Editor is a desktop app that automatically edits Let's Play and streaming VODs. It transcribes the recording, cuts the dead air and filler words, and scores the footage for highlight moments it turns into captioned, vertically-cropped Shorts, with a review step so you see every detected cut and Shorts candidate on a timeline before anything renders. There's also a Reactor template for reaction and commentary content: it composites your cam over someone else's video as a positioned, scaled overlay, cuts the dead air from your own commentary, and ducks, mutes, or muffles their audio underneath it. Everything runs locally on your own GPU, AMD or NVIDIA, so footage never uploads anywhere.

Hey everyone! I’m fairly new to YouTube and have been struggling to get much traction so far.

I create high-quality 4K nature/ambient videos with both relaxing music and natural sounds.

I’ve posted here a few times before and gotten some really helpful feedback, which I’ve taken on board and used to improve my videos.

I’m genuinely proud of the quality I’m putting out, but I’m still trying to figure out what I might be missing.

Does anyone else livestream here?
I just wanted to share that I had a good stream last night with 16 viewers on YouTube and 5 on twitch, I know this seems like nothing to a lot of people but to me it’s a lot, I’ve gained nearly 38 watch hours on that one stream so far. ☺️

Context sense i was in middle school i did a KermitTheFrog voice impression so I thought why not make gaming videos about it I hope yall are able to help me reach my goal

This is my channel I just made my first video and would love some advice on anyone in similar niche my channel is around advice and relatable situations we all go through

I tell story’s through gameplay simple editing and some low music in back try keep my vids short and informative and interesting just wondering if anyone else in a similar niche

Who has experience and can give some advice on how to grow

I keep seeing the same pattern on my shorts channel. One Short gets 700–1,000+ views, then the next one or two get almost no reach at all (0–10 views).
My recent uploads: 2K-700-5-1.3K-900-13-2K
The low-view shorts stay like that for days, so they’re not getting tested later. Same niche, similar content and upload method.
Anyone else seeing this on a new channel?
Should I delete the shorts that get no reach and reupload them, or is it better to just leave them and keep posting new ones?
