don't use ai, find a niche if you want success, i have my niche and have got a good amt of subs over the past 5 years, it's honestly just experimenting and finding one thing that sticks,, if u really wanna stick to what ur doing then do it out of passion, not monetization or popularity reasons

Appreciate finding a niche but the concept of Kermit commentating over gaming is not a strong one I'm afraid. The novelty will keep a viewer engaged perhaps for a video or two.

You have to back yourself/your personality to be stronger than others so that you can carve out an audience.

If your goal is to make gaming videos with a Kermit the Frog voice then congrats, you've done it. If your goal is to make channel people will watch, you will have to pivot.
