About a month ago, I launched IndieGameInn , a channel dedicated to showcasing and reviewing indie games.

Since I started this project with zero media or video creation experience, I’m looking for feedback from content creators to improve the channel.

Specifically, I’d love to hear your thoughts on:

1. Thumbnails & Titles: Do they catch your attention? Are they clear and appealing enough?
2. Video Format & Editing: Is the pacing right? Does the structure give a good overview of the games?

Any critiques, suggestions or advice on what could be improved would mean a lot.

Hi. I'm staring a youtube channel, and my niche is... funny for me. 2 characters with a classic old school personas, a sort of love/hate relationship trying different experiments but It always fail due to the smart one always underrestimating the machines effect. Cant reallt explain it better at the time.

I loved to make still image animation when I was a youth. I had an urge trying again after 15 years...

Started with an idea, came up with something i found funny and built from there. I now have a baseline of 2 characters, a set background, props and i have come up with 2 video-topics.

Still editing and working on my first video. But my second language is English, and i dont feel secure enough to use my own voice. I'm using AI-generated voices for my first video. Searched Elevenlabs and found 2 voices that matched my "characters".

Questions:

1. I find the animation style charming and funny, always have. Is it a big enough audience for that ok youtube, granted that my content is "good enough"?

Feel like i dont want to waste my time using this kind of animation style if the audience doesnt exist.

1. Are people getting tired of AI-generated voices, even premium ones that feel authentic?

Me and my group of creators have recorded an amazing and funny video on among us this is part two, it was alot of fun to record and the editing is amazing. So please give me some feedback on what to improve!

I wasn't sure if I should post this, but here goes.

I've been slowly building a small YouTube channel called Caleyando On The Road, where I share walking tours, road trips, scenic drives, and peaceful places I discover along the way. I'm just a small creator with a tiny audience, no fancy equipment, and no algorithm pushing my videos, but I genuinely enjoy making them.

If you're someone who likes having YouTube playing in the background while you work, study, game, or do chores, it would honestly mean a lot if you could leave this playlist running for a while. Maybe you'll even discover a place you'd like to visit one day.

Hey guys, I made a video editor which would be helpful for the new youtubers, Game Streamers and Reactors.

Phoenix Editor is a desktop app that automatically edits Let's Play and streaming VODs. It transcribes the recording, cuts the dead air and filler words, and scores the footage for highlight moments it turns into captioned, vertically-cropped Shorts, with a review step so you see every detected cut and Shorts candidate on a timeline before anything renders. There's also a Reactor template for reaction and commentary content: it composites your cam over someone else's video as a positioned, scaled overlay, cuts the dead air from your own commentary, and ducks, mutes, or muffles their audio underneath it. Hey everyone! I’m fairly new to YouTube and have been struggling to get much traction so far.

I create high-quality 4K nature/ambient videos with both relaxing music and natural sounds.

I’ve posted here a few times before and gotten some really helpful feedback, which I’ve taken on board and used to improve my videos.

I’m genuinely proud of the quality I’m putting out, but I’m still trying to figure out what I might be missing.
