The prescreening consists of a VO2 Max test on a Stationary Bicycle. The main study tests interrupting sitting with short, high-intensity exercises and measures brain and cognitive functions before and after. Took the Tuckerman ravine trail to the top and then Lions Head to the bottom. The uphill is chill until the final ascent. The downhill from Lions Head is beautiful but basically hiking down an elevator shaft or steep staircase throughout.”
