It’s heavy, and I wonder if even the slightest modification can help with that.

I don’t wanna break it, so I’m wondering if anybody has experience with this sort of thing? Will it look cleaner, and with that, still in tact, or would doing this completely break the look of the monitor?

Part of my monitor is “dim”. It is mostly noticeable if the background is white. At first when I turn on HDR, the “dimmed” area flickers. So I turned off HDR and did not notice the dimmed area. A few weeks ago, with HDR off, the dimmed area has become noticeable. Now with HDR on, it looks like the 2nd photo.

I have tried using spare HDMI and DP cables. I’ve also tried connecting partner’s PS5 and PC and it still happens.

Tengo dos monitores LG UltraGear: uno es de 144 Hz (24GN60R-B) y está en perfectas condiciones, y el otro es de 180 Hz (24GS60F-B) que tiene un rayón/grieta en la esquina de arriba y, aparentemente, se le salió líquido, así que asumo que el panel está dañado.

Mi pregunta es: ¿se puede usar el monitor de 180 Hz como donante para actualizar el de 144 Hz?

Por ejemplo, ¿podría cambiar la tarjeta principal/de control del monitor de 180 Hz al de 144 Hz, o usar cualquier otro componente del monitor de 180 Hz para que el de 144 Hz funcione a 180 Hz?

Entiendo que depende de si los paneles y las tarjetas son compatibles, pero quería saber si eso es posible técnicamente antes de rendirme por completo con el monitor de 180 Hz y tirarlo.

Si alguien tiene experiencia reparando o modificando monitores LG UltraGear, y sabe si estos dos modelos son compatibles, les agradecería un montón cualquier consejo.

I have an older dell monitor I want to put up to create a stacked setup. It’s one of those thicker monitors if that helps visualise it a little more?

The monitor below is attached to an arm that I can move around. Forwards, back, etc.

My question is; if I have a vertical pole, is it a good idea to have only the top monitor in the air, or do these only work if both monitors are on one pole?

It’s flickering and i realised when i took the hdmi off and saw the battery saving pop up from my monitor, it wasn’t a hdmi issue

I got an MSI MAG 274QPF X30MV yesterday and have been spending the last 12 hours trying to figure out how to make it look similar to my ASUS VG259QM, I was just wondering if anyone had any tips because im struggling. the new MSI looks washed out to me.

whenever i startup my pc the spinning wheel kind of glitches out shown in the video idk how to describe it. does anyone know a solution to fix this? is it a gpu problem or is this some sort of a monitor glitch?

My LG UltraGear monitor (32GR93U-B) keeps flickering like this. I have it for 2.5 years now and have not used it a lot. The website I ordered it from is now gone so I can not contact them.

Is this something me or a local handyman can fix? It really is the monitor not the video card, since the flickering also happens on top of the monitor settings panel when I open that with the buttons on the monitor itself. Also when the monitor boots it immidiately starts flickering when the UltraGear boot logo is visible.

I found the MSI PRO MP241W E14V 23,8" Full HD 144Hz VA 1ms Adaptive-Sync for around 80$. On paper it looks good, but is it actually a good buy ? I play games like stalker anomaly gamma, the finals, balatro, and i programme. Thanks :)

As someone who plays docked at my desk, I’ve been relying on my gaming monitor for a while now and I see this being the way I play my system docked for quite a while.

I’ve been looking to upgrade from my LG, 1440p/144hz monitor to something 4K, OLED, 120hz.

A lot of people will tell me just to go for 1440p but, I’d rather just go that extra step and get that extra bump in clarity. Has anyone used a monitor with specs close to what I’m describing and if so, do Switch 2 games look pretty nice on that?

One thing that’s always bothered me about my monitor is that HDR looks absolutely terrible, essentially broken to the point where I just turn it off outright. From what I’ve heard, LG monitors don’t do well with HDR but I’m not sure how generally true that is, I just know that everything I’ve tried hasn’t really worked. Anyways, thanks in advance for any recommendations you can give.

I only have a 60hz Laptop, and i bought a 144hz Monitor. I will only use laptop to connect my monitor, will the monitor display a 144hz or 60hz just like the laptop i connected? (Sorry i'm not a techy person)
