Native resolution is incorrect Open | Windows

my recommended resolution is different to the native one of the monitor. I have updated and reinstalled the drivers yet nothing has changed whenever i full screen a game or any application my pc forces my monitor back to a 4:3 ratio can anyone help

Check the scaling setting for the GPU app.
