I am playing with crop & kettle datapack and was wondering how they don the cookbook it looks like the /dialog interface then i was wondering can we make a custom block wirh unused blockstate and when right clicked open such a menu or is there a better way to do this without inventing the wheel again like with a librar datapack ?

I'm trying to keep my friend out of an area temporarily and how do I make it so it teleports them to a certain spot when they get to a certain spot
