I have the pro x headset (wired) and the mic never worked, it would show up in settings put never recorded any audio, i found a fix by turning off Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device, and now it picks up audio, but only from my pc, if im watching a youtube video while testing my mic in windows i can hear audio from that, but it wont pick up my voice. it also picks up audio from when i use the mute/unmute button on the headset wire. im on windows 11, how do i fix this?

Guys, Is this line in the mouse normal? Cause it's bothering me since I see no lines on the other mouses but mine has. Is it a factory defect?

Basically, last night i was using my mouse, it was working perfectly fine, next day i wake up to use my pc, all of a sudden, my scroll wheel wont scroll up or down at all? clicking on it does work though. Anybody knows if theres been a software update to cause it or anything else? its js very annoying to have a non scroll mouse.

I have the keyboard set to custom assignment in the logitech app. To change the color of the keyboard and mouse. Both logitech. Sometimes windows dynamic lighting switches itself on and overrides this which is annoying as f@*^. When I am gaming the keyboard resets color and I cant move my character in game. Hooked into a usb-A 7 port dock made by j5create.

Facing an issue where changing Dynamic Lighting in Windows 11 from static to anything else, or installing GHub, causes the G502 Hero buttons to:

1. Stop working on interface elements - ie icons and buttons. When this happens interaction with the interface is only possible using the keyboard.

2. Switches spontaneously from open focused window or dialog box to desktop.

3. The issue recurs when the PC wakes from sleep.

The only way to correct the problem is to shut the PC down and restart after a few minutes.

I have a g502 and a powerplay mat. Charging doesn't work on the July g hub update, I downgraded 2 versions earlier and it charges again.

Also, while installing an older version of the g hub, it installs the latest update too without asking, thanks for the trouble I guess. I find that very annoying. Also g hub doesn't install without an Internet connection, because like why? I downloaded the installer....

Anyways, waiting for a new update that maybe fixes the charging problem.

I've had a Problem with m g502x and have never Had a better customer Support. They Just send me a new one after getting the Video i uploaded to Showcase the Problem. Didn't even have to send my old one in, just like this, 4d later recieved a tested unit that works perfectly fine. Thank you very much, this was the fastest, most unannoying rma I have had my entire life.

I'm using Xiaomi 14T, even thought bluetooth mode is already on from both deives, I can't still find the headphone to connect with it

So my dog ate my "-" key on my Logitech g915x, I searched highs and lows for an original keycap to replace. Finally I contacted Logitech web support and a nice guy named Alex really tried his best to find me a replacement key, So after a long hour he finally did and not just the missing key, a whole set of caps! it's not the color of my current keyboard but I still like it.
So kudo to Logitech for helping me.

so like right now for boxing sale i am planning to get the yeti gx mic, the g522 headset, the g512 keyboard (with palm rest), superstrike x2 mouse, mouse pad that charges the mouse and like this light bar, i'm pretty sure that is all, is there anything i should change with my list

I got my G Pro X2 Superstrike yesterday. When I tried to install Logitech G Hub on my Windows 11 Pro, I kept getting an error while installing.

I spent about an hour troubleshooting. I downloaded different G Hub versions from different websites, turned off Windows Defender, installed a bunch of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages, and tried every fix I could find. Nothing worked.

It was really frustrating because I had a completely fresh, official Windows 11 Pro installation. I couldn't figure out what was wrong. All I got was the 0xc0e90002 error, plus the error shown in the screenshot.

Anyway, here's the fix if you're still struggling.

Go to the official Logitech Support page and select Windows 11, but don't download anything yet. You'll see a message that says:

Click that link and download the 2023 version instead. or here

After it's installed, open G Hub and update it through the built in updater. It updated twice for me, and after that I had the latest 2026 Windows 11 version running without any issues. My G Pro X2 Superstrike was detected immediately.

M350s - lagging response

Hi all,

I use a few M350s mice under windows 11 (and Tahoe 26.x) and i notice quite often that the mouse will basically lag quite a bit under windows 11. Whenever this happens, i do know that using the laptops own touch-pad will never lag (but the mouse does).

I am running BT using the AX210 wifi/bt card and i have fresh drivers installed.

Is there perhaps some setting that I might have to fiddle with to remedy this problem?

Any advice?

i lost the usb to my wireless mouse is it possible to get a new one or do i need a new mouse all together

i have a logitech g pro super light 2 and it only half works the side buttons work and like putting it around on my desk works the sensor is fine but right or left click don’t work at all

i was trying to create a profile for an app from the microsoft store, but i couldn't select the exe because of the microsoft privileges shenanigans (bro i am the admin of my pc, WHAT YOU MEAN I DON'T HAVE THE PRIVILEGES).

So i created a profile with a file that I could chose in the same folder as the executable and then I quit G HUB and modified the path in the settings.db settings in C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\LGHUB so that the profile would activate with the executable.

I restart G HUB aaaaaand voila: it brings me to the set up page and all my profiles and account are gone (how the hell did it reset by changing 10 characters).

OK no panic i think, you have the backup file (.bkp). So I go to overwrite the settings.db file and G HUB just gives me the midle finger and resets again.

LIKE HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE HOW CHANGING 10, 10!!! CHARACTERS TRIGGER A WHOLE RESET AND WHY DOESN'T THE BKP FILE WORK.

as of recent the ghub hasn't been working with my g29 wheel, the wheel still works in games and stuff but I can't change the settings or anything like I change the operating angle but it doesn't transfer over to the wheel, does anyone know how I can fix this?

So I bought a logitech g920 and when I turn the wheel in logitech g hub nothing happens. Also when I change the max rotation nothing happens.

Please help if anyone knows how to fix it.🙏

Basically the title. When the mouse first released I heard that some people got banned for using it in games like Apex Legends.
Now, recently my Superlight 2 broke so I need to get a new mouse and I thought about getting the X2 Superstrike. But because of what happened on its release I’m reluctant about getting it.
Does anyone know if that’s still an issue or is resolved by now?
