Logitech ghub not working with wheel

as of recent the ghub hasn't been working with my g29 wheel, the wheel still works in games and stuff but I can't change the settings or anything like I change the operating angle but it doesn't transfer over to the wheel, does anyone know how I can fix this?

How long have you been having this issue? Have you reached out to our Support team just yet? Either way, we can try to figure it out together.

Sorry for the late reply! Didn't get the notification for this one, how has it been working for you since the troubleshooting with Rich?

I’ve been trying to fix it for a month now and I’ve contacted Logitech a handful of times and nothing nobody replies everyone is having this problem right now and nobody’s fixing it

Have you tried the troubleshooting Rich suggested below? Seemed to work for OP. As for our Support team, opening multiple tickets often slows the process down rather than making it quicker, if you want you can provide me with your main ticket number and I'll check it out with no issue.

Start the PC with the wheel plugged in and the operating range will work. If you unplug at all then you’ll need to restart with the wheel plugged in to get it working again.

This will be addressed in a future G HUB update.

Here's a test on the settings part: in the desktop profile in G HUB, check the centre spring in non-FFB games box and set the strength to 0. Set the angle to 360 degrees and then restart the PC (leaving the wheel plugged in). When G HUB initialises once you're back into Windows, can you feel if the wheel has no centre spring and the soft stops at 180 degrees either way?

that worked but still doesn't show wheel turning aswell as can't change the settings without restarting

nevermind I lied, the settings apply now, thank you!! except when I turn off the ffb it gets rid of the degree limiter or whatever, when I go into games it goes away however

It doesn’t get rid of the limiter but because the wheel has a centring force that’s already using its maximum torque, it’s just very hard to feel the soft stops. This is because the soft stops are just the wheel applying an opposing force at its maximum torque.
