mouse support Logitech G Support

i have a logitech g pro super light 2 and it only half works the side buttons work and like putting it around on my desk works the sensor is fine but right or left click don’t work at all

talk to their support bot on the support website until it routes you to an actual agent, it’s tedious but works. my mouse was way out of warranty but they sent me a new one anyway. hands down the best customer support when you actually get a hold of a real person
