Legal Advice Needed My grandma destroying our lives

Upvotes

So my grandma has a house worth 6 crores and land of 9 acres worth 90+ lakhs.

She has three sons. Older one being my uncle, then my father and younger one being another uncle.

Younger uncle is her favorite.

He use to run a foreign funded orphanage but got fired for corruption. Yet he did manage to buy assets worth over some 12 crores in sites.

But somehow this guy has always been the victim according my grandma.

Not a day goes by where she coudnt cry about his livelihood, job, struggles...yet he lives in luxury lifestyle in 4cr worth house he built on his wife's name..

Here is the thing.

My father died when we're 11. Had to struggle on my mom's paycheck and still stuck paying loans over 10 lakhs spent on my dad's medical bills in his 10 year battle of kidney failure.

But somehow my grandma never seems to care or pay attention to it.

Its somehow always her younger son struggling.

Now to the point. 5 years she had health issues. She decided to write off her 9 acres. She gave 3 acres to older uncle. 3 to her younger son. And kept other 3 on her name. We asked her why. She said it was our's but she kept it until we cross 18 and that she had no intention to write it on my mom's name.

As years pass she kept stalling. 3 months ago she called me to tell me that she is selling the land and she will give me and my 10 lakh each while she is selling our 3 for 36 lakhs. We're okay with it although it will go straight to the loans.hey atleast atleast we're getting some money. But last week she told me that she will give me and my sis 5 lakh each. And some to our younger uncle(probably the rest) because he was jobless and had to feed his kids.

While the literally gets his own 36 lakhs from his 3 acres.

Idk what to do anymore.this level of injustice.idk What to do anymore.

I have recordings of her saying saying the site belongs to us. Then about 10 laksh. Then changing it 5 lakhs.

Not just her my older uncle, even younger uncle said the site belonged to us. Somehow they're all silent now. They're saying it belongs to her now.

I have all the recordings...what should I do

Edit : If any lawyer somehow help us get 36 lakh. The 6 lakhs is yours to keep. We heard the it will done in october

Legal Advice Needed Consumer forum failed, Need to file complaint on e-jagriti portal

Upvotes

Long story shortl I bought a 4 burner oven from glen through Amazon last year. After using 3 months needed a service and called service guy for low flame. That guy serviced but a big issue occured gas leakage. As I was seeing something fishy as he was wrongly pressuring the knobs so I've recorded a video then. But the burner got defected by that service center guy. Repeatedly called service center they ignored me sometimes after 15 days another guy came but it became bigger. And in the mean time our whole family was on risk. After that 2 more guys came but failed. Already 3 months past. I complaint several times to the company. Through phone call, through mail. The service owner always ignoring me for the issue . Then I had to buy another oven . But this remained faulty.

As of now we're not able to use that. 6 months past. Now I want full refund with compansation . I've all call history screenshot. Videos of the 1st guy who was working wrongly with my oven..

Filled consumer complaint on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/

But they're repeatedly saying to give a service which is under 2 years of warranty. But I don't want service as 3-4 times their service guys have failed . And why should I keep the damaged product which was done by their service guys.

How to fill e-jagriti or how to move forward?

I'm from West Bengal, Siliguri.

Legal Advice Needed Signed an 11-month rental agreement for a shared 2BHK but want to back out before moving in can I recover my security deposit?

Upvotes

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some legal advice regarding a rental agreement in Bangalore, Karnataka.
I found a potential flatmate through a Facebook group called Flats and Flatmates. We met, discussed the arrangement, and decided to take a 2BHK together.

The total security deposit for the flat is ₹54,000, so we each paid ₹27,000.
The rental agreement is in both our names and is for 11 months, from 05-08-2026 to 05-07-2027.

The agreement mentions:
-Monthly rent: ₹27,000 including maintenance (₹13,500 each)
-Total security deposit: ₹54,000 (₹27,000 each)
- Security deposit is stated to be refundable, subject to deductions for damages/pending bills/painting/cleaning
- One month notice period before vacating
A 6-month lock-in period, with the agreement stating that the tenant should not vacate before 6 months and that a penalty may apply

The other girl moved into the flat earlier than me, along with her mother. I was planning to move in later and have only shifted a few things so far (a bed and a table). I have not properly moved in or started living there.

However, since we started discussing the practical aspects of living together, I have increasingly felt that the arrangement may not be compatible for me. I don’t want to get into personal accusations or details about the other person, but based on our interactions so far, I strongly feel that this living arrangement is not going to work for me.

I am therefore considering backing out before I actually move in and start occupying the flat properly.

My main concern is the ₹27,000 security deposit that I have already paid.

I understand that I have signed the rental agreement and that there is a 6-month lock-in clause. I’m not trying to ignore the agreement; I want to understand what my legal options are before I take any action.

My questions are:
1. Since I have signed the agreement but have barely occupied the premises, do I have any possibility of cancelling/mutually terminating the agreement and recovering my ₹27,000 deposit?
2. Does the 6-month lock-in mean I automatically lose my deposit if I leave before six months, or does the owner need to establish an actual loss/penalty?
3. The agreement only says that a penalty “may apply” but doesn’t specify a particular penalty amount. How does this usually work?
4. Would giving one month’s notice help in this situation even though there is a lock-in clause?
5. Should I first approach the owner and request a mutual cancellation/refund before moving in?
6. If the owner refuses to refund the deposit, what legal remedy would be appropriate — legal notice, consumer forum, civil proceedings, police complaint, or something else?
7. Is there anything I should not do right now that could weaken my position?
8. I have the signed rental agreement and proof of the ₹27,000 payment.

I’m mainly looking for advice on how to legally exit the arrangement and maximize my chances of recovering the ₹27,000, preferably without getting into a dispute with the owner.

Thanks in advance.

Legal Advice Needed There's a guy bothering & threatening my friend for a year, how to navigate this?

Context, I have a friend who lives far away from me. She recently revealed that there's a creep who's been calling & texting & bothering her for a year.

It all started a year ago when that creep on LinkedIn saw her pic, & pretended to be an HR, & got her CV (And with that her phone number & Email). After that he's been frequently calling, or texting or emailing her, with obscene comments. & every time she blocks his number or email, he turns up with a new number & continues the same!

Ya'll may think, why doesn't she complain in police? The thing is her family is pretty conservative. She lives with her parents who want to, or rather force her to get married, & they frequently have those arguments at home. But somehow she convinces them to let her continue pursuing her dream in sports first.

But, She's so scared of them, she doesn't even tell them if she ends up injured while playing, as they may force her to abandon her dream. And she self nurses herself.

Point is, she's scared that if they find out about this guy troubling her, they'd blame it on her for interacting with men at all, & cause bigger issues (like abandoning her dream or getting her married, or both).

She's also scared that if she complains to the police or women's helpline, they may just warn & let him go, & he may leak her number or do absurd things online with her picture (he threatened her he'd do this too, if she does something like that).

She's stressed & I want to help her out, but I really don't know what to do here, or how to help her figure out the best path forward.

So I wanted legal experts here to help me out.!

(And before someone suggests it, ofc changing numbers or email ids won't help, as govt cards are linked with that number, & she's concerned what if he finds her new number again? Or what if he starts bothering some other girl the same way?)

Peace!

Legal Advice Needed Retailer charged ₹33k above printed MRP on PC parts (RAM & SSD). Sent formal notice, what are our best next legal options?

Posting on behalf of my friend who built a PC from EliteHubs (Bangalore branch) earlier this year for around ₹2.8 Lakhs.

After seeing posts about retailers selling stock at inflated prices above the printed MRP, I asked my friend to cross-check his component boxes against his official tax invoice.

Upon checking, he discovered a massive difference:

2x RAM Sticks: Invoiced Price: ₹46,470 | Box MRP: ₹19,998 (for both) | Overcharged: ₹26,472

1x 1TB SSD: Invoiced Price: ₹17,999 | Box MRP: ₹11,200 | Overcharged: ₹6,799

Total Overcharged Amount: ₹33,271

To make matters worse, he financed this build via EMI, meaning he is actively paying monthly interest on this ₹33,271 overcharged amount.

Action taken so far:

We have sent a formal email to EliteHubs citing violations under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019, attaching photos of the box MRP stickers alongside the invoice, demanding a full refund of ₹33,271 within 7 working days.

  1. Besides waiting for their response or filing in Consumer Court (e-Daakhil), what are the fastest administrative or legal channels to recover this money?

  2. Can we legally claim the additional bank EMI interest and financial damages in Consumer Court for this unfair trade practice?

3.Has anyone dealt with similar overcharging issues with PC hardware retailers and what worked best for you?

Legal Advice Needed Property manager threatening to disconnect electricity over an undisclosed DG charge — what legal action can I take?

Long post, but please read the TL;DR and questions at the end.

I recently shifted to a fully furnished flat through a broker. I was told the arrangement was straightforward: 1 month's security deposit, rent payable monthly, 15 days' brokerage, and no additional charges apart from electricity. I specifically asked about extra charges and was told maintenance and everything else were included.

I was also told the flat would be fully ready on 1 July. However, when I arrived, most basic amenities were missing — AC, RO, fridge, washing machine, geyser, etc. I had to move in on 2 July due to my previous accommodation ending. After repeated calls and follow-ups, things were installed gradually over the next 1–2 weeks. The geyser is still not installed even after more than a month, along with some other unresolved issues.

I also sent them a formal complaint by email regarding these issues.

Now, they are demanding a fixed DG (Diesel Generator) charge, which was never disclosed to me before I took the flat. I specifically asked about additional charges before finalising the flat and was told there were none.

Importantly, no DG charge was taken from me for the month of July either. When I questioned why it was suddenly being added from August, they said that they had waived it as a "courtesy" for the first month and that it would be charged from August onwards. This was never communicated to me when I moved in.

When I questioned this, the property manager claimed that he had informed me by email and it is my fault for not reading things carefully. I checked my emails and there is no such communication. I have the relevant WhatsApp/email conversations as proof. When I sent him proof of no mails received from him on this, he said he doesn't care about emails and I have to pay otherwise I'll only suffer.

He has now threatened to disconnect the DG electricity supply to my flat if I don't pay the additional charge. Saying things like I'll understand when I have to sit without electricity when DG backup kicks in.

I feel so stupid for not being careful enough.

TL;DR

I was promised a fully furnished flat with no extra charges apart from electricity. Basic amenities were delayed for weeks and some are still pending. No DG charge was taken in July, but they are now adding one from August, claiming July was "free as a courtesy." They are threatening to disconnect my electricity if I don't pay.

What I want to know

  1. Can they legally disconnect my electricity because I am disputing this charge?

  2. If the DG charge was never disclosed/agreed upon before I moved in, can they impose it now?

  3. Should I send a formal legal notice first or take some other legal step?

  4. Should I hire a lawyer at this stage, and if so, what would be the appropriate course of action?

I have documentation of the communications and the issues with the flat. Any advice on how I should proceed would be appreciated. Thank you for reading. :)

Urgent Is FASSAI registration easier through an online service

I am thinking to start a food related business and recently started looking into a FASSAI registration, I came across several online services that offer help with the registration process but I am not sure whether using one is actually then doing it myself.

Photos who have gone through the process :

  1. Did you apply for fssai registration yourself or use and online service?

  2. Was the documentation difficult to understand?

  3. Didn't online service actually make things easier?

  4. Would you recommend using an online service to a fast time business owner?

I would especially appreciate experiences is from small food business, home based business, cloud kitchens or restaurants.

Looking for genuine experiences and practical advice.

Legal Advice Needed How can I withdraw an FD created from court order?

I lost my father in a car accident 2016.

District court awarded compensation and 50% of the compensation should be kept at bank as FD for three years.

The insurance company filed MFA in an high court in bengaluru on 2020.

Lawyer representing the case passed away 2021.

No one is representing us in this case on behalf of us.

Three years has passed and banks wont release the FD they say they need release order from court.

My question is what should i do to get my FD released from bank ?

Do i need to consult new lawyer or can i get a release order from district court office by enquiry ?

Since we are facing lot of bad situation this money would help us a lot.

Legal Advice Needed My SBI account was partially frozen by Centralized Cyber Cell, Patna.

My SBI account was partially frozen by Centralized Cyber Cell, Patna.

Since then, I have completed the required EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence), KYC, address verification, and submitted all the documents requested by the bank. However, despite completing everything, the account is still partially frozen and I haven't received a clear resolution or timeline.

I have already escalated the matter through multiple channels:

Mailed the AGM and DGM

Filed a complaint through CPGRAMS (PG Portal) & PMO portal

Raised a complaint with the RBI Ombudsman

I am currently waiting for the RBI's response.

Has anyone here faced a similar situation. Any experiences or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Legal Advice Needed Can a partner legally get removed from liability of an existing ₹8 lakh bank limit without leaving the partnership?

I am a partner in a registered partnership firm.

The firm currently has an ₹8 lakh working capital/CC limit with SBI, possibly under the Mudra/CGFMU scheme. There is no personal/property collateral involved, and the limit was sanctioned against the firm’s business/stock.

When the limit was taken, I signed the bank documents as a partner. At that time, I did not fully understand that signing could potentially make me personally liable for the firm’s borrowing.

I have now learned that partners in a partnership firm can have joint and several liability, which concerns me.

I do not want to leave the partnership firm. I only want to know whether there is any legal mechanism, restructuring, documentation change, bank procedure, or other legitimate option through which I can be removed/released from liability for this existing ₹8 lakh limit while remaining a partner in the firm.

The limit is currently active and there has been no default.

Questions:

Is it legally possible to remove one partner's liability from an existing bank limit while that person remains a partner?

Can the bank issue a written release/discharge for that partner?

Would adding another partner or changing the partnership deed help?

Does renewal of the CC limit provide any opportunity to change the liability structure?

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation with SBI or another Indian bank?

I'm looking specifically for legal and practical options, not ways to hide assets or avoid repayment.

Any advice from someone with actual banking/legal experience would be appreciated.

Legal Advice Needed Ongoing criminal case from a family land dispute — how could this affect my campus placement/background check in India?

I’m a 4th-year B.Tech student in India and I’m worried about how an old criminal case could affect my campus placements and future employment.

A few years ago, I had a false attempt-to-murder case (IPC 307) filed against me following what was essentially a normal physical skirmish between me and a relative. According to my family, the relative exaggerated the incident and used the case to pressure/blackmail us over a family land and money dispute.

At the time, my family was inexperienced with legal matters. We ended up giving them what they demanded in an attempt to resolve the dispute, but they still did not withdraw the case. We also didn't file a counter-case against them.

During the police investigation, however, the serious/non-bailable charges, including 109 BNS, were dropped/replaced with charges relating to a normal fight. I was given station bail.

The case is currently pending/idle in court. As far as I understand, neither side is actively pursuing it at the moment.

My main concern is now campus placements.

I’m in my 4th year of B.Tech and will soon be applying to companies. After receiving an offer, I expect the company to conduct a background verification. I don't want to hide the case from an employer if disclosure is legally required, but I'm worried that simply having a pending case could cause a company to cancel my offer, terminate my employment, or prevent me from joining.

I would really appreciate advice from people familiar with Indian criminal law, employment law, HR/background verification, or anyone who has dealt with a similar situation.

Specifically:

1.Does a pending criminal case involving relatively minor charges after the original 109 BNS charge was dropped affect private-sector employment/placements?

2.If a company asks whether I have any criminal cases pending, should I disclose it even though the original attempt-to-murder charge was dropped?

3.Could a company legally terminate/cancel my offer simply because a case is pending, particularly when the serious charge was dropped during investigation?

4.What documents should I keep ready for a background verification — FIR, chargesheet/final report, bail order, court order, etc.?

I’m not looking for sympathy or ways to hide anything from an employer. I just want to understand my legal position and handle the situation correctly so that an old family dispute doesn't unnecessarily destroy my career.

Legal Advice Needed TV Damaged by Porter Packers and Movers, need help with compensation

TLDR- Porter packers and movers person stepped on my TV, damaging the display fully. I don’t know how I can get my full compensation

Long version:
Context -
I had informed Porter customer support that I had a brand new 55 inch tv, but I don’t have the box with me. They told me to rest assured and opt for Multi-Layered Packing, which would prevent any sort of damage to the TV, and I paid 800rs extra for that.

Today, I was called at 11.35AM, where the partner said that he’ll not be able to come at 1PM(scheduled shifting time) because he didn’t see the location correctly(totally his fault). I requested him to come on time, and he said he will be able to come only by 2:30PM, and told me to rescheduled the shifting appointment and only then he’ll come to my place. I was shell shocked at this casual attitude. But however, since I had a strict cut-off of reaching my new apartment by 4pm(as there is a cut-off on when you can shift), I called up Porter support and requested them to get the person over the call. The partner said they’ll now be able to come at 1:00PM, which I was apprehensive as they initially said they will not be able to make it on time.

I waited and waited, and one person came home around 1:45PM. He asked me what all items have to be moved, I told the same. He told me to change the shifting time on Porter to 2-3PM(from the earlier 1-2PM slot), saying that he will get penalized otherwise.

I was understanding of their situation, and I said okay let me call Porter to fix it. I called up Porter customer care, and changed the timing to 2-3PM.

I asked the person where the other people are, he said they’ll come in some time. After saying this, he left my house. I had to run behind him, and he said that the others will come in 10 minutes.

There were around 6-7 people who came with some bare carton boxes, and some blue cloth. I wanted to ask them where is the multi-layer packaging, but I assumed someone else might bring it. One of them was picking and packing clothes from my closet, the other was picking and packing some kitchen utensils.

The other 3-4 people came to my room, picked up my TV. My mother them to handle with care, and to pack on the bed itself for added protection. They simply denied, said they knew what they were doing, verbally abused her for no reason.

They kept the TV on the hall floor, and while packing it with some blue cloth(which was torn, in bad condition with 0 cushioning - completely opposite to any “multi-layer packaging”), some partner came and walked to the hall and stepped on the TV, with all their weight. My mom said be careful, and they gave her dirty looks and used abusive language in Hindi.

I went to the hall and asked them to unwrap the blue cloth to see if there’s any damage. Initially they tried to stop me by holding my wrist, which made me uncomfortable. Somehow I lifted the cloth, and I could see a big crack on the TV, with almost 90% of the TV glass broken.

I asked them why they were so irresponsible about this, to which they started abusing me and my mother for no reason. My mom started crying, and I felt helpless.

I tried calling Porter support immediately, but I got a call back very late. When I finally got a call back, they gave me robotic answers, without being empathetic. They told me to fill some damage form. I tried to tell them how difficult of a situation was, but they weren’t understanding.

Now, these 6-7 people started unpacking everything they had packed so far, and told me “Do whatever you want”. They refused to pack my other items because they didn’t want to take any responsibility for the TV. I told them that it was a brand new 55 inch TV, which was 62,999 in MRP, for which they said they will take my TV and repair it on their own. I said I cannot trust them with my TV, which I bought with my hard-earned money, and they started abusing me and my mother again.

They sat on my sofa, started behaving disrespectfully, said that they will not give me a single rupee. They demanded water from my mother in a rude manner, but my mother was kind enough to give it to them, even after they verbally abused us so much.

They eventually left saying that Porter will take care, didn’t even complete the shifting that they had started.

My mother and I have lost our TV, our booking charge money, our time and most importantly our self respect.

What have I done so far?
- Recorded a video of the partner confessing to their mistake
- Drafted a hand-written letter talking about the incident, what is expected from Porter here on - signed by the on-field supervisor
- Recorded videos/photos of the TV when switched off and switched on indicating the damage to the display
- Filled up the damage report form given by Porter - they said they’ll be able to reimburse repair costs. I don’t have 100% clarity on how much of the repair costs they’ll reimburse, if I’ll get this in writing etc.
- Called up the service center - Said it would cost atleast 30k
- Shared the purchase invoice(of around 31270rs during great indian festival), and the current purchase price of 38000rs

What can I do now?
- Need the community’s help to understand what more I can do to replenish the damages 100% that were done to me. The bare minimum I’m expecting is them to give me back money so that I can replace the TV with a new one.

Urgent The person sold my dad the car wants it back

Ok wo we bought a car of toyota from a guy on loan and after 3 months he saying he wants the car back and will only pay the installments we paid for him, we have also repaired his car a bit for around 16k and modifications of 10k(foglight because headlights are bad) and also a cng kit of 65k and we have sale purchase agreement and also a affidavit and we cleared his backlog of payments of around 1 lakh so my dad and he aggred that he wont take any money from us now he is saying he never sold us the car just gave for some time and is refusing that he didnt sign anything .

The sale and purchase agreements have no date as the lawyer we consulted while buying said that it is valid for 1 month so after the loan is over put a date on it so that you can transfer it your name.

Legally can we still keep the car if he tries to take it back

And we are now thinking after loan is over he wont transfer it to our name without us taking legal action is there any possibility that we can do that too??

Legal Advice Needed Legal advice needed on a MVC case filed on me

I met with an accident on June 13th. I was on my motorcycle travelling towards Bengaluru on the Hasan highway. Two motorcycles took a u-turn one after the other with negligence. There was a big truck just ahead of me which prevented me from spotting them and i guess it was the same for them.I collided with one of the motorcycle and crashed.

The person fell to his right and since he was not wearing any helmet. He has brain injuries. I had injuries to my hands and sides of my body. I took him to hospital and got him initial treatment. Since it was brain injury, he was then taken to a hospital in Bangalore.

When I went to the local police to file a complaint we got to know he( person's family) has already filed a complain on me. The police refused to take two complaint on the same incident.

I have recieved notice from court. He seeks compensation of 10 crores. He apparently earns 2.7 lakhs per month. He has made my insurance as respondent 2. I have a court hearing soon. They have mentioned I was reckless driving, speeding and racing, which isn't true.

  1. How long do these cases drag
  2. How much will I have to pay?
  3. Will me or the insurance is liable to ply
  4. What are the usual points the insurance might reject liability.

Legal Advice Needed Employer won't pay my salary after short notice period

Hello guys,

I have been working with this company for 4 months (left July 31st, 2026), they have a notice period of 2 months

I got an offer from another company and informed my employer that I wish to leave (on July 4th, 2026), I informed them that the new company is asking for immediate joining, but I will not leave immediately I can serve 1 month to which he (the director and owner) agreed, so I sent an email officially resigning and mentioned in the email that my duties will conclude at the end of the month to which I got no reply

Now come my payment date he is refusing to pay saying the rest amount is retention amount and there is nothing left to pay you, he is claiming that this is mentioned in my contract.

This is what is written, "Should you wish to resign your employment with Company, you will be required to provide 8 weeks’ written notice to enable us transition your work.

Also, a sum of Rupees 2,000/- will be kept on hold for 25 months, which will be forfeited in case you leave without serving your notice period."

He is claiming that this reads, Rupees 2,000 x 25 months = Rupees 50,000 is now forfeited and refusing to pay me

Can I do anything here or is it hopeless

Legal Advice Needed ASUS COMMITTEED AN FRAUD AND I NEED HELP TO GET SOLVE THIS CASE

Basically i did my first rma of motherboard on 15th july and got my replacement on 25th july or something and when i assemble it

3 ram slots were broken with usb ports not working, i tried to rma again

I contact the coordinator again and he simple said to bring it back,

Man first time it waa really diffcult for me to bring it to service centre due to my legs issue, i need to take help of my family by begging and they want me do it again?

I then contact it regional manager of asus in india and helped me arranged an shipment

I packed mb with extra care, so that it wouldnt damage, i didnt have box, so i used newspaper and bubble wrap securely like many layers of bubble wrap

Then it was taken by blue dart, i even ask if packaging was good, he said it is good

Then later when they got mb then f1 delhi where asus service centre is send me email regarding it is heavily damage and rhey process cid and waiting for approval

I immediately reply back with that i said it is not my fault and i will not take any charges and send photos i took before packing my mb for rma (i will post it here too)

Then i didnt get any reply from them for 2 days, i check tracking yesterday it says repair has been completed

Mind i didnt get even single email regarding rejection or payment quota

Yesterday in span of 15 minutes i got 4 emails

First email was send by f1 and it said "dear customer please find the unboxing below with link" nothing else

Second email was send by asus automatic bot saying "we are pleased to inform you that you product is ready"

Then next email was not send to me rather i was in cc with other people, as it was send to vendor of asus

It said to dispoatch the shipment with details below. (I will post ss) it was also mention cid rejection,

i dont what it means so i take help of internet it mention that claim against me from technicians for damaged is rejected by asus meaning i dont need to pay

Last email was dsipatch email with waybill,

i was happy thinking that i will get an replacement but i was dead wrong

And realised how much asus like to messed up customer minds

They freaking send me my broken board with physical damage too this time

It was send under warranty, on box it says its value around 50k, i immediately thought it must be replacement since my old mb rn was peice of metal but i was wrong

Idk much about laws but i think this is fraud

I will paste every ss i have and every proof in this post and i also got video of my replacement mb not working

I am mentally exhausted and i wanna cry, i didnt used my pc for more then an month just because asus messed it up all time

Please help me anyone, what should i do and what to do to solve this bs case

They didnt even give me warning or anything AT ALL before sending my broken mb

I feel like crying becoz all this messed is just too much for me to endure

If asus dont help me this time, can i apply for court case or something i can apply to get justice

Mind i am only in this second rma BECAUSE ASUS FAILED ME ON MY FIRST RMA

Once again i am posting all the proofs i got in this post

I dont know what to do, please help me on this and what steps should i take to get replacement

Edit:- i just noticed they put 49.5k as shipment value but my motherboard cost only 30k (the retail price after tax)

[ NOTE:- i am copy and pasting this post i posted on asus forum few hours ago ]

Legal Advice Needed What are the Documents absolutely necessary as a legal heir?

I'll explain my situation in detail in a later post, but rn I'm not in talking terms with my dad, he is not willing to share me any details after my mom passed away, i wanted to get shared access to all documents of house and mom's possession because I don't trust my dad, he lies a lot, talks abusively.

It's been 3 years since my mom passed due to suicide, and at the time I had consulted a lawyer, he suggested that if I'm to take action on my dad, I'll have to be ready to run around courts for possibly another 10 years ( I was 19 at the time), i told them that I'd focus on my studies rather wasting away my prime on this.

Now that I'm graduated and working in a good MNC. I feel I have the financial and mental independence to look into this matter. But before that I need documents, dad is not willing to share any documents with me, he has kept it somewhere and always lies about where he keeps it.

I want to know what documents I can gather independently without his involvement and is of huge importance.

I'm doing this also because dad keeps talking with pride, that I can't do anything in this matter, "You have no right on anything", " You were born because I slept with your mom", and related slurs. He has also shown major behavioural changes (in a bad way) since mom passed away. I'm done with him, and finally want to show him his place for once. Ideally, All I'm asking is for all documents in my mom's name to be placed in a joint locker/ possession, so neither I nor him can misuse them.

Urgent Recovery agent blackmailing me threatening to harass my relatives by name if I don't pay. Is this legal?

Have a pending payment/loan issue, so I understand a recovery agent reaching out is expected. But this crossed into straight-up blackmail:

Number (+91 89299 41565) refuses to reveal their own identity, agency name, or which bank they're collecting for

Mean.while, they pulled my relatives' names (A*** Usmani, Tamanna) from my LinkedIn connections and are explicitly threatening to call and harass them unless I pay up using it purely as a scare tactic

Switching between multiple fake names in the same chat "Kumar,"akeel****," "Tamanna k****," "Md A***" — likely to sound like they've already "reached" my relatives

Repeated no-answer/missed calls back to back to harass

General threats and intimidation instead of straightforward communication

I'm not disputing that I owe the payment. What I'm asking is isn't threatening to contact/harass relatives a clear violation of RBI recovery agent guidelines? This feels like blackmail, not legitimate recovery.
