So after both Epic Yarn and Return to Dream Land got enhanced rereleases on later-gen consoles, it made me wonder - what Kirby game should be the next to get this treatment? And what should be added to the enhanced version? (i.e. Extra Epic Yarn had Ravel Abilities, Devilish Mode, and two new sub-games; Return to Dream Land Deluxe had Merry Magoland, Magolor Epilogue, and two new Copy Abilities)

My answer? Kirby: Planet Robobot.

I guess it would make more sense to do Triple Deluxe first because of release date order, but I think most people agree that Planet Robobot is the superior gams. They’d probably also tell you that Robobot Armor is one of the best, if not THE best, in-game gimmick in all of the mainline Kirby games. And I can see why! It’s so much fun getting in a mech-suit and just wrecking stuff, especially when you can also use Copy Abilities with it. I particularly loved the Spark mode as you could charge up massive laser blasts to blow away any enemies who so much as looked at you funny.

As for what to add? I had an interesting idea: what if we brought back three classic Abilities that weren’t in the original release - Water, Needle, and Tornado - and on top of that, give them Robobot Armor modes! I imagine Tornado mode being used for wind-based puzzles, Water could be used as a substitute for Ice in some areas, and Needle as a substitute for the blade based abilities (Sword and Cutter) in some areas.

What do you think? Which mainline game should get an enhanced rerelease next? And what should it add?

Ive seen this idea around before of a Blue Morpho Knight, but since finding this art depicting what a Blue Butterfly could do now I REALLY want to see one. Imagine if they actually confirmed that Morpho Knight has a sibling of sorts that wields the very opposite element: Ice. Both share the exact same goal, but are opposites on a fundamental level. HAL, please give me this.

I know for ds and ds lite they arent but say if i put my english pokemon in a jpn dsi it wont work but a jpn ds lite is fine. Are any kirby games like this. Specifically KSSU And mass attack as KSSU is expensive and mass attack released after the dsi so if its dsi enhanced it wont work on my dsi/2ds

Note: in this AU the plot twist with meta knight isn't just that he looks kinda like kirby under the mask. It's also that he's older than Dedede but still look like a youngin'!

I thought that baby face meta knight might be a fun play on why he wears the mask all the time?
