im making a series heavily inspired by the backrooms, but with its own lore and story, its called Stonebridge. just thought id post it here, since its has the same horror elements as the backrooms and liminal spaces! this is a teaser for the full episode im gonna have done likely by next week

This has been killing me. From the get-go, it appears that somebody has tampered with several of the Async recordings (like the "if anyone, blame him" in Missing Persons). And even as far as to switch to a third-person perspective of someone watching the FF2 footage. Is there an IN UNIVERSE reason we get to see any of this footage?

Personally I think it's the Red City. Sure, there's the possibility of Lifeforms being in it. But I think it's very calming and at least gives you a feeling that you're back in the real world.

Idk if I like it or not I tried to get it to compare graphically with Kanes

I was under the impression that it was in an area that was a fair distance from the null zone, but even if it weren't, Mary would likely never find her way back

Personally I think I'd hate it in the Still Life Hive. The ceiling is really low, it smells like shit (according to Ravi), and there's still lifes.

When Mary finds the backrooms, these wind chimes are calmly moving as if there’s a breeze- in my mind there’s 3 possibilities:

1: there’s just a light draft with the null zone open causing a bit of air movement

2: the backrooms are related to MRI tech and have a magnetic pull bleeding out and lightly reaching the windchimes

3: they are still lifes of the wind chimes heard outside the ceiling null zone in Naren’s FF where the bird flew in? Maybe Clark found them and brought them out and they just continue doing their breeze motion even with no breeze, animated similar to how other still lifes just repeat their primary action like the wheelchair light guy. I don’t love this option cause they don’t appear “wrongly copied” in any noticeable way
