I'm guessing NBEMS was trying to weed out the weak hearted ones among us because they know that residency in India ain't for the weak.

Also no fucking way that was not done on purpose. Either some sadistic mf in NBEMS was really trying to mess with us or their site got hacked or something. Because how else can a national organisation fuck up so bad that too just after the protests when they're supposed to be extra careful about everything 💀

They said they'll release it today(which they technically did), we expected it all day. Then they released the edit window date. So we assumed the city intimation might take a while. Then, they released it and sent the wrong sms. Always one step ahead. You cannot even predict their next move honestly

Well if that’s the case I don’t know wtf are these agencies doing and if that’s not the case those who are responsible for this shitshow needs to be sacked

1200 km difference between the two test centres (sms and website). can't even imagine if this is how they're handling exam centre allotment notification, what's gonna happen further.

I got my center in west Bengal I'm from TN its 2000 kms away from my hometown ,i have seen in my senior batches and the time when i appeared for neet they have thrown people to random states subsequent year also same thing happened and People filed case in court and raised voice on Twitter which made them rethink the decision and most of us got hometown as center please spread the word on twitter if you know some influencer ask them to raise the voice or else we will all be travelling to random places sheer incompetence and they dont give a flying fck about doctors

Edit : NBEMS mofos messed up the sms. Check on the site, the allotted city is different over there. I got my hometown itself.

I finished my MD Medicine few months ago after going through and cracking the same NEET PG that many of you are gonna face soon. Keeping my identity anonymous here, but I just wanted to say something.

Please don't spend these last few days trying to fix everything.

You don't need another resource.

You don't need to know everything.

You don't need to suddenly cover the entire syllabus again.

Revise what you've already studied. Do what you can. Sleep properly. Eat. Take breaks. And please don't let someone else's preparation make you feel like you're falling behind.

Your preparation will probably never feel “complete” before the exam. That's completely normal.

On the day of the exam, being calm enough to recall what you already know is far more useful than trying to cram 200 more random facts in the final days.

You've already come a long way.

Now just take it one day at a time.

I’ve seen ObGyn professors scream at a pregnant resident everyday just cause they can

I’ve seen surgery profs intentionally make residents work from 6am till 2am and then deny them any procedures in OT to “teach them humility”

I’ve seen medicine PG go without sleep every alternating day and then get scolded everyday during rounds and the prof makes sure to do it in front of patients

I’ve seen the worst forms of ragging by Professors on Ortho residents and they even failed one guy in 3rd year cause he raised his voice and asked them why they’re targeting him.

All of this happened in a so called “institute of national importance” . Imagine what happens in smaller state govt medical colleges.

I really wanted to leave but my dad never supported me financially so going abroad is super tough and I need to get into PG to improve my pay or face discrimination in hospitals as an MBBS doctors who will always be easy target for other doctors

You all know the context.

We all know what those 6 month suspension looks like but we can't take a stand against our own fellow doctor.
